Fantastic experience: Came in needing a brace for my arm, pharmacist recommended I talk with the therapist before I purchase one . Made an appointment and 4 hours later was in office getting a physio session after they diagnosed my injury. Definitely a breath of fresh air as opposed to trying to see a doctor.
Fantastic experience: I had an injury in my shoulder that I ignored for a while and nobody else said anything about it but when it came to seeing Kelsey, she quickly discovered it and said “your shoulder is literally not moving” and she spent a lot of time working on it and was a big part of getting it better. My physio even mentioned to me that I should keep seeing her because she was noticing that it was helping my shoulder improve. Kelsey is incredibly knowledgeable and will educate you as she works on you, which makes a big difference.
Fantastic experience: Very thorough first visit; saw issues I didn't realize I had. Recommended daily exercises that are working.
Fantastic experience: Himani is an amazing physiotherapist who has successfully helped me get relief from a couple of injuries over the years, and Melissa is a wonderful massage therapist! Recommend anyone in need of either service leverage the team.

Fantastic experience: Himani is absolutely genius. Went in after a tumble off my horse, and she not only relieved those hurts, she fixed my knee so I could ride without pain. I'm addicted to horses and had been riding with knee pain for decades. Did a 9 hour ride last week at Hummingbird in the rain and the only thing hurting was my pride for forgetting a slicker.
Fantastic experience: Maunik has a great sense of humour that puts you at ease immediately. He takes time to explain how you will work to rehab your injury. He was great at explaining the treatments and how they work, I even got a fun science lesson in my last meeting with him! 10/10 will recommend.
Negative experience: Friendly staff but was not the right fit for me. I was not given a good assessment. No plan for recovery was put in place, no home workouts assigned. Always in more pain after each visit.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it I have always felt much better leaving this place, I have had chronic pain and it really helps manage the pain. They offer an arrangement of different treatments and it's definitely worth checking out from dry needling (amazing) to physiotherapy with a facility to get you back on your feet in no time! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: It's my son's first time going in for Physio. Himani was wonderful, she explained to my son the procedures and the reasons for them. My son asked about a hundred questions and she answered them happily. She made my son's first Physiotherapy as excellent as it can be. Fantastic experience: Amazing physio clinic !! I have got my physio for my ankle and Nishtha was amazing with my treatment and exercises. One of a kind in small town like rocky. They got great massage therapist Angie aswell and she provide best massages. She goes above and beyond make sure your pain is gone. Thanks once again.

Fantastic experience: I was in the RMH area on vacation for a month. The first week into my vacation, right before a long weekend I did something to my back and was immobile for days. I did some research and found Rocky Mountain Physiotherapy and Wellness and requested that I be added to a waitlist for the next available appointment with a Physiotherapist. I was lucky enough to received a call sometime shortly after and was booked in with Himani. I am sure all the staff is just as lovely as Himani but I am so thankful I was lucky enough to get booked in for an Initial Assessment with her. I was hesitant and stubborn when initially seeking out help with my back, hoping it would go away on it's own. As nervous as I was going into the appointment Himani put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable. She was so smart and knowledgeable and worked on the problem helping me get better and back to my normal self after each appt. I am thankful and lucky enough that I was able to continue to do follow up and treatments with her for the duration of my vacation. I wish I had more time to continue with the appointments but she gave me the right tools and advice to get myself sorted once I returned back home. Would highly recommend RMH Physiotherapy and Wellness, especially Himani - I cant say good enough things about my experience!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Physiotherapy and Wellness. Thank you to Staff and Himani my physiotherapist. I decided to go to Rocky Mountain Physiotherapy and Wellness for physiotherapy after my rotator cuff surgery through WCB. It has been a excellent experience without having to travel to Red Deer. The staff have been friendly and professional. Himani worked one on one with me. She was very knowledgeable and skilled in physiotherapy,dry kneedling and ultrasound treatments. Very impressed with all my treatments I had with Himani. I highly recommend her she goes above and beyond

Fantastic experience: My physiotherapy treatment was explained thoroughly, any of my questions were answered completely and I was supplied with additional support at home through the "app" which had my customized exercise plan for me to follow each day.
