Released so much built up tension in areas that have bothered me for years. I am afraid of needles but this was different I didn’t feel them I just felt the pressure release. She develops a treatment plan with you with your goals in mind. She is detailed and uses technology to provide you with computer support. Jennifer is personable, pleasant, does not rush you. Her followup is as detailed as her initial assessment and she adjusts the treatment plan dependent on the progress. I cannot express enough the appreciation for the service Jennifer provides. I will continue to use her services as needed. She never pressures you to return. My pain level when I first attended was a 10/10 even with heavy pain meds and she reduced it to 0 and no meds. The office staff is very helpful, professional and confidential. I cannot say enough about this place!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Radiance Physiotherapy has been a really positive one. The office space clean, well kept and very welcoming. I began seeing Jennifer after having severe neck pain, that a chiropractor failed to treat. She is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and shows a genuine interested in my recovery. All of my appointments have been on time, giving me the confidence that I can leave work and be back with minimal delay. Jen is a great listener, and holds me accountable to do my homework outside of class, She has also supported and encouraged me to get back into working out and doing the sports that I love. Fantastic experience: Megan was so fantastic with my little guy when he needed a bit of baby physio. She’s super friendly and kind, but also knowledgeable and professional. Megan made me feel very reassured that my baby was on the right track and that everything was fixable. Lori at the front desk is also fantastic and very welcoming. It was bittersweet when my baby’s treatment ended, we both enjoyed going there!

Fantastic experience: After no luck finding relief from specific issues related to pain and discomfort from years of desk work and more recent cancer treatments (which included radical surgery) via chiropractic care, massage therapies and osteopathy, I decided to look into physiotherapy after someone recommended it to me. I know one of Megan Doyle's patients who found some relief from other types of repetitive stress injuries they suffered from and gave it a try. Only a few sessions in (with "homework" stretches & exercises) and I'm astounded at the level of relief I feel. Although I still have other areas in my musculoskeletal system that need lots of work, it's the best I've felt in ages. Megan is attentive and really knows her stuff and I am grateful to have come across her and her expertise to finally be on the road to pain-free mobility.
