Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing my physiotherapist for several treatments now and have been extremely impressed with the care I’ve received. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and I always feel that she takes the time to explain what we are working on and why. I particularly appreciate that all of my exercises are provided to me by video with clear, detailed instructions, which makes it so much easier to continue my rehabilitation properly at home. She also incorporates acupuncture into my treatment when appropriate, which I’ve found to be a valuable addition. My recovery is still a work in progress, but I feel very confident that I’m in knowledgeable and capable hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping her patients make progress.

Fantastic experience: I started physiotherapy at Hayer's the end of May 2025 after suffering from a partial and completely torn rotator cuff. Sarab and Jamie have been working wonders to ease the pain. I've gone from unable to completing most tasks with my right arm, to only a select few movements that hurt. They take the time to listen to new issues, new pain locations and alter treatment accordingly. I'm very pleased with everything; great location with easy free parking and plenty of room for each client within the building.

Positive experience: She was very knowledgeable and kind. She actually listened and recommended different resources. She was very thorough and I left actually feeling heard. I have to edit this but i definitely stand by the fact that she listened and was very nice. However, twice she said there was nothing she could do to help me. My progress reversed because of her recommendations as well. I went to another therapist in Brantford who found issues and has been addressing them. So I would now change my recommendation.

Negative experience: I've been receiving scam calls from this number claiming they are with Rogers and that I qualify for either an iPhone or an Android. I asked them how many people they were able to scam with this and she continued to ask me my name. I hung up on them as Rogers wouldn't be making these types of calls on Thanksgiving Monday! They can scam the next person. I would check and see who has access to your phone to be placing these types of calls.
