Fantastic experience: Brent MacAdam is so knowledgeable and applies the appropriate pressures and techniques suitable for the affected area where I’m hurting . I look forward to coming to Physio East when the need arises! I have had different therapists over time and each one is professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Physio East!
Fantastic experience: Brent is awesome and patient with me. It was only my second visit, but he made me feel at ease and not ashamed (like I tend to do to myself). The other staff I have met have been friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have ben coming here for over a year for my chiropractic and physio treatments. I was having major issues with one shoulder a year ago, between Ainsley and Brent the managed to get that straightened out. Both have worked on keeping me pain free since then. Megan at reception is the first smiling face you see walking in the door. The place is awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Brent was very friendly and observant and asking questions and how I felt where my pain was and listen very well. He understood he was aware and willing to help. I was in a lot of pain. Today I feel much better my back pain, even after Leaving felt much better and today my whole body feels much better. Is it all gone of course not but I feel better. I’m out and about. I had lunch with my sisters went and got my nails done and now at the Superstore, which normally I couldn’t go that long without lying down, so thank you Brent for caring so much Physio East has been my best place since the day they opened, and Brent has been my physiotherapist, of course since the day they opened so he’s helped me a long way through a lot of hard times great guy.

Fantastic experience: Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable. He listens to your symptoms then assesses the issue and is able to explain and demonstrate with visual aides what is causing the issue. The exercises and stretches he provides you are effective and helpful with progression. He also knows how far to push yourself and when you just need to rest and allow things to heal. My shoulder feels better since the first visit and I’m able to move it much more without as much discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I went for my first appointment with Adam, totally not knowing what to expect! I had no experience with acupuncture so i was totally nervous. Adam listened to my story/information. He then told me about himself and how acupuncture works. I felt totally at ease as he began the treatment, keeping it simple and explaining as he went. Not knowing what to expect when i left, i was unsure if the calmness and exhaustion was post treatment or just…. my normal for that day …. I look forward to seeing what is next… After almost 2 years of various therapy modalities to help me recover from an automobile accident, it is wonderful to try some different things to help ,me with chronic pain in my neck, lower back and pelvic area and PTST/depression/anxiety. Again, I do not know how i could have made it this far without the team at Physio East.

Fantastic experience: My chiropractic visit with Dr Ainsley was exactly what I needed. I was about to go on a trip but my back was so bad I could hardly bend over without a lot of pain. She took me in the day before I flew out and worked her magic and relieved my symptoms! She was also very informative and gave me stretches to do to keep me loose during our vacation! Once I got back I went for a follow up treatment which is helping even more. So grateful we have a professional chiropractor like her in our town!! 10/10!
