Fantastic experience: Char is an amazing physiotherapist! My daughter had a complex elbow reconstruction with metal plates and screws. Her recovery took seven months, but Char guided her every step of the way with an excellent in office/home exercise program.Char has a wonderful bedside manner and genuinely cares about her clients. Thanks to her expertise, my daughter has regained full range of motion, which the surgeon was not confident could happen. We highly recommend Char and we will miss her.

Fantastic experience: Actually Barb Brown...being a person with Lyme disease I have been to many specialists in a variety of fields of medicine. I am so absolutely impressed with CBI health in general, their staff, the facility but particularly Charlene. I went for assessment for vertigo and she is incredibly knowledgeable, explains every aspect of the condition, possible causes, can pretty much pinpoint where the problem may be if you can.provide her with triggers etc. If not, she will find them. Their is no.clincal feel with her...she's genuine, patient, a great listener and gets down to business with a smile on her face. Always determining the cause before any treatment, which was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend CBI health and Charlene for possible vertigo issues. I will be returning to address more 'problems' .

Fantastic experience: Everyone has been awesome to deal with. Been coming here 7 months after an accident and it’s been nothing but good and easy! Crystal at the front desk has been great with booking! Super welcoming and accommodating ! Any of the physio therapist (seen a couple) have all been very good to deal with and have helped me tremendously get back to health! Even gone to have a massage or two and I feel great! COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!

Fantastic experience: CBI Health Centre is a place where I have connected to professionals who have worked together to support me in recovering from an injury. Physio, deep tissue treatments, dry needling, psychological help with the anxiety felt when injured. CBI will be a go to place for me going forward.

Positive experience: I have been coming to cbi Health since about March after injuring myself at work in February. Let’s start off by saying the front receptionists are amazing, kind, friendly and great with kids I might add. I have been working with Kim from the get go and she’s absolutely fantastic, she’s caring and she definitely helps get it known when there maybe other issues at hand. Just recently I’ve started working with Neisha and although it maybe new I am predicting amazing and safe results and ways to strengthen and get back to pre injury levels.

I was able to bring my kids with me, as I was commuting a long distance for each appointment. I'm very grateful for the experience, and my time spent there. Fantastic experience: I felt much better after my massage from Melissa. She listened to what was hurting me and asked for some background on the cause to give better service. She concentrated on the bad parts with really good pressure. She also provided some self-treatment to do at home to help keep everything loose. I would highly recommend Melissa at CBI Health.

Fantastic experience: I’m genuinely grateful to the fabulous team at CBI. The short version is that I had an acute bout of vertigo and the expert physiotherapist fixed it completely in a single visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, humble enough to check her notes for confirmation. Her disposition was empathetic, charismatic and genuine which helps considerably as I was feeling quite insecure and perhaps even frightened. I had never experienced a neurological deficit that left me immobile before. The lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely and clearly organized and competent. A really scary scenario turned into an excellent experience thanks to CBI. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: My husband just passed away. When CBI called to confirm my appointment. I told them I couldn't go because my husband had just passed. She was so cold like my car just broke down. She just said, "ok, just call back. No, I'm sorry. Or anything.
