Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff that make your appointment as convenient as possible.

Fantastic experience: Another excellent visit. Booked online. They called as soon as they were open. Sent me form by email to save time. Both ladies at the front desk were very friendly and had everything ready. Roger once again found and took care of a back issue. Feeling great leaving !

Negative experience: I called to book an appointment for a functional assessment. The receptionist put me on hold three different times to confirm the appointment details, so I trusted that everything was being booked correctly. During the call, I was clearly told that the total cost would be $107, and I booked the appointment based on that information. However, after my assessment was completed, I was charged $150 instead. When I asked why the price was different, I was told that the receptionist may have quoted me the price for a different type of appointment. If that was the case, they should have informed me before my appointment or at least before starting the assessment, not after it was completed. Mistakes can happen, but customers shouldn’t have to pay more because of an error made by the clinic. I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication and transparency regarding the pricing.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to Dr. Roger Morrison at Felt Physiotherapy for getting my shoulder back on track after I made the brilliant decision to dive into water that was much shallower than expected. The bottom won that battle. From my first appointment, Roger was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how we were going to fix it. His treatment was effective, and I noticed steady improvement with each visit. He also gave me exercises that actually helped instead of just telling me to "take it easy" (which, let's be honest, I probably wouldn't have done anyway). The entire team at Felt Physiotherapy is friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit a positive experience. If you've injured yourself doing something athletic... or something spectacularly unathletic like I did, I can't recommend Dr. Roger Morrison and Felt Physiotherapy enough. Five stars. Next time I'll check the water depth before trying to recreate an Olympic diving event.

Positive experience: Well I was going to Feit Physiotherapy for a fer years. The massage was the ultimate best. Ryan was freaking amazing. So professional and informative. The massage was truly the best . I also went to Roger. I have 2 curves in the spine . One curl up and then curves to the side. I've had this for years. Ive asked Roger to see if he could request an xray he said he can't. So my hips and back and neck go out of place. Moved to Bc seen a chiropractor he did 4 x-rays. Found a nerve was pressing on my bladder for years making it hard to void and doctor said it was kidney. Nope it was my spine. This profession did a few tests. I stood on 2 scales it showed 6 lbs more on one side. simple test. Did a nerve test. He aligned my back hips neck everything. Amazing. So Back home Roger should do more practice on new things besides the electrical shock pads. That actually makes it worse. Roger only aligned my hips. But its whole skeletal system that is off out of alignment. Iam so GREATFUL for Valley Chiropractor ❤ Amazing Chiropractor with just 2 visits. I can't not express how people need to shop around especially for your health . I thought I was getting ok service at Feit with Roger. NO sorry There is so much more he could be doing with his patients more tests. My drug plan paid 120 every time I went. This Chiropractor costs 50 $ more for exrays but you get them that day. Next day back for results. No fuss no 6-8 week waits. Instantly. Professional. Extremely understandable. over all best service from a Chiropractor. Ive learned more in 2 days about my whole body. Thank

Fantastic experience: I had a really tight & sore low back after driving my RV to Cape Breton for 5 days ... I went here and Roger took care of me. He hooked me up to his machines and introduced me to his water bed device and wow what a difference. Great guy.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for years now and the staff and very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very positive, and everyone there ensures your comfort it top priority. They are very knowledgeable in their field of practice and are quick to inform you of what needs worked on.

Negative experience: Disgusting business practices at this clinic! Called to talk to the owner about my upcoming program with them and was told (I have email proof) that I would be called back. No call back given. When I finally called back I was refused to be provided any information on my program and told to contact wcb, who told me to call them because they are the ones providing the service! Aaron at Feit Physiotherapy has now refused to provide treatment because I've said I'm have wcb activity seeking another provider who can communicate with their patients. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are okay with just being a number and not having someone be able to talk to you like a human being. Worst physiotherapist office in cape breton.

Fantastic experience: Very professional business that handles a wide variety of injuries! Probably the best clinic on the Island for getting you going again! The owner is such a good guy and really helped us out!

Negative experience: One of the worst ever; my personal experience was extremely disappointing one. Even they check thoroughly but their all focus was on meetings rather describing the excercises that work for me. Those excercises that they describe were realyy very basic and did not work at all. I wonot recommend it to anyone. Donot go there.

Negative experience: Hello was very disappointed with the Rx I received and most of all my evaluation. The gentleman I saw for evaluation could learn alot from Phoenix Rehab. Eight weeks there and those educated to treat work place injuries, and what you can and can't do was enlightening. The experience gave me a great awareness of my body and WHAT I CAN and CANNOT do to prevent pain. Very discourahing for NO recognition for the education given me regarding my injury. A paramedic elightened me on this business and a true shame that professionals cannot appreciate knowledge from other professionals. Colette Poirier
