Positive experience: I am giving this place 3 stars because in the past the service was terrific. Why I am not giving it higher is due to the fact I was waiting close to an hour for the physiotherapist I had to leave as I would have been late for a meeting I had scheduled after my appointment. When I was waiting, I didnt even have one of the staff come in and check up on me or just give me any kind of up date. Again, I have had excellent service in the past. Not sure if it was a double booking mistake or not.
