Fantastic experience: UPDATED REVIEW (new owners) I have been a client of Rose City Wellness since 2020. I wanted to update my 5 start review to reflect the new owners/chiropractors Dr. Chelsea and Calvin. I recently suffered a serious lower back spasm to the point I couldn't get out of bed or put on my shoes. Calvin immediately saw me and extended his time with me (far beyond what I scheduled) to ensure he helped me as needed. I was so impressed. He was diligent, thorough, caring and above all, helped me so much. Both Chelsea and Calvin are extremely knowledgeable and excellent at providing post-appointment exercises to help recovery. HIGHLY recommend Rose City Wellness! (Previous Review - 2021) Brittany is an example to all businesses how to put the client and their experience first. I have been receiving chiropractor care for nearly 30+ years and have yet to have a poor experience. My family and I are new to Vernon and set up care with Brittany and Rose City Wellness. I was so impressed with how much care, attention, focus and diligence she administered. She spent more time with me than I would have expected, to ensure she understood 'all of me' and my expectations, goals, history and needs. There is a reason she has such an incredible reputation. I highly recommend that if you are looking for 'holistic' care for the long-run, Brittany is perfect. What a great experience on putting clients first. Very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Can we talk about physiotherapist Cheri Stewart? She. Is. Amazing! Cheri took as much time as was needed to not only address my physical symptoms, but also my mental health. I have health anxiety and tend to go to the worst case scenario with any physical symptom I have. Cheri is so kind, thorough and incredibly empathetic towards my anxiety. Her 30 years of experience shines through brilliantly. I'm so thrilled I found Cheri.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, variety of services and actual relief. Front staff are knowledgeable and efficient with direct billing. Having a variety of services in one location is exactly what we needed! The treatments are fairly priced and services are better than expected. This establishment has helped us achieve some much improved health goals that we thought we’d never reach!

Fantastic experience: Not only is Rose City Wellness a Chiropractic clinic, they also do Massages and other forms of treatment! I've had other chiropractors and physiotherapists in the past, and nobody has been able to ACTUALLY make a notable difference in my body than Brittany at Rose City. The service here is very personable and welcoming, and after 1-2 visits, I already felt a surprising change from the soreness of my back and body. Thank you Brittany and staff!!

Plus, it is always a wonderful bonus to talk to someone who is just so passionate about their job, and an all around caring & loving person. I am forever grateful for Brittany, as a person & my chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brittany Chase is an amazing Chiropractor who takes the time to do the job right. She never rushes you in and out. I am unable to have adjustments on my neck but she has managed to help me find relief ( as well as many more issues). She truly cares enough to want to help. Jenny McFarlen is an amazing massage therapist. I have seen many RMT's over the years but have found Jenny's techniques to be most benefitial. Jacqueline Staveley is also an amazing RMT. I have not seen the others in the office but am sure they live up to the standards of this office. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Leah Sartison did a fantastic job of assessing and treating an ongoing issue with my foot and knee. She recommended some excellent rehab exercises that have made enormous difference in my ability to walk and hike. I have had a problem with my foot for over 5 years, which I believe has lead to a knee issue resulting in a surgical repair. Rehab for my knee has been slow and not effective until Leah connected the dots. Leah’s knowledgeable and caring approach and treatment has made a difference as I am back being active and getting stronger!! Thank you Leah

Dr Chase was able to see me right away and described treatment options and made Sure that I understood the cause and treatment. After just a few treatments I am back playing and feeling great!! Fantastic experience: Brittney is incredible! She is so caring and truely wants the best for her patients. She uses ART (active release technique) which if you haven't tried it yet, is amazing. Her office is bright and welcoming and the staff is very friendly. I won't go anywhere else!
