Fantastic experience: This place is exceptional! I was in town only for a few weeks and Jordyn and the staff really took care of me. Been to my share of physiotherapist and I can attest that Jordyn knows her stuff. They also were very quick to call me back whereas seven oaks never returned my call. I will be coming back whenever I'm back in town!

Fantastic experience: I had another office last minute cancel on me this morning for an apt I’d been waiting a month for, while their pelvic floor physio was away right now - Jennifer the receptionist here is seriously an angel and helped me find somewhere else to call and was able to be seen today. If I wasn’t in so much pain I’d wait to see them based on this experience alone, thank you sooo much for the help - you guys are amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to D'Arcy Bain Physio for 15+ years at 3 different locations for a reason. This time around has been my best experience yet though. The front desk staff are so pleasant, its a very comforting feeling walking in to deal with uncomfortable injuries/ailments. Emily my physio therapist this time around is the absolute best ive ever had. She is well rounded in all areas of her job; great with talking to people and explaining things proper, extremely knowledgable in every aspect required to be a top tier therapist from diagnoses to treatment plans and recovery. Every step of the way ive felt cared for and listended to. Its nice to have people who truly care and arent just there to get paid. Emily is a real one and I respect and appreciate that more then anything. Thank you for being you.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Friendly staff. I was doing physio therapy and they also offered me a laser therapy and a paraffin wax therapy to heal down my injury. I have done physio in other places before and I wasn’t offer other therapies besides exercises. I recommend D’Arcy Bain on Main!

Jordyn uses a variety of techniques to support recovery. She always takes time to provide you with explanation of her treatments as well as follow up exercises to advance your rehab. Jordyn and Arcy Bain are great therapist to work with. Arcy was the one taking over Jordyn when shes off for a week during my session. It was nice meeting him. Barb and Kristen, the receptionist are very friendly as well. Another thing I like about this clinic...You are in as soon as you walk in the door and you are not left waiting for treatment. Exceptional service, exceptional treatment, friendly and clean environment. I am very pleased and highly recommend Jordyn and Arcy Bain!

Fantastic experience: I came to see Janna for a massage about a year ago when I did something to my hip and couldn't walk. Nothing seemed to be working and she was able to fix it!! I've loved coming to see Janna (monthly!) To get all my "kinks" worked out, some friendly chatter, and my personal/mental health!! Definitely would recommend :)

My physiotherapist was Amy, one of the best that I have ever seen. She takes the extra time to fully understand the injury then puts together a comprehensive plan to fix it which includes both exercise and treatment, very thorough. Highly recommend this business.
