Positive experience: Had my first massage here by Ruth D. She was absolutely amazing. One of the best I have ever had!! My only concern -not Ruth’s fault-her room was up a flight of stairs. When my back is at its worst, I would be unable to walk up the stairs. I have been assured that there is a room on the main floor if necessary. I cannot wait to go again. Thank you Ruth. Barb the office manager was also very kind.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client here for years and I have yet to be disappointed. Always a clean and welcoming environment when you enter. I see Dr.Kailee who listens to my needs and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. I highly recommend her to everyone, she recently helped my Mother out during a stressful medical situation as well. She handled her care with such respect and expertise. I am forever grateful for the chiropractic care she provides, she always goes above and beyond. This place is gold all around!!

Fantastic experience: It works

Positive experience: I desperately needed a good massage and booked one a few weeks ahead. The massage room was very uncomfortable in the attic of an old house. You couldn’t stand without hitting your head in parts of the ceiling and in short. The massage didn’t relieve the pain and tension I had, and hurt at times. Also my back hurt the next day from it. I never had a massage like this .

Fantastic experience: Natalie at Grimsby Health and Wellness is an absolute delight! I had no idea what an osteopath did…and to be honest I do not think I could even put it into words! It quite frankly feels like magic! The results are incredible and Natalie is fantastic in absolutely every way! She is very skilled at what she does, and goes above and beyond to be genuine and kind! I feel very thankful to have found her and osteopathy!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Elaine today because I have been having terrible issues with my back for years. Elaine is beyond amazing and my body has not felt this way for years. Fantastic experience: Been seeing Dr Cruise for some time. He only sees patients who do the exercises he prescribes. If you don’t, if you only want him to adjust you and instantly improve as if you took a pill, he’ll tell you to go somewhere else. He wants you to heal, and you’re responsible for your health. Sadly, he’s retiring August 2021. Fortunately, Dr Stock who’s taken over the practice, is an excellent chiropractor who also wants patients to do their parts.

Dr. Kailee has treated me several times and is a very good person and doctor. Her listening skills show that she really cares about her patients. Grimsby is lucky to have her in town.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming health centre! The atmosphere is quite comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Mom is getting great results from her Physiotherapist Brandon Broijer! He is knowledgable, patient and kind, but knows when to encourage Mom to push through her discomfort. Since we come from Hamilton for appointments, I really appreciate that the clinic runs on time!! Great job Grimsby Health & Wellness!!

Positive experience: Location has pretty much everything for alternative wellness. Therapy, massage, osteopath to name a few. They also give back to the local community. They have adopted a family of 5 for Christmas. Parking is severely restricted.

Fantastic experience: First saw Dr Cruise maybe 25 yrs ago. After a few others, he was the first to encourage self help with few visits to him. Others could not help me, and encouraged weekly visits, indefinitely. I understand them wanting to make a living. Over the next few years, I did see Dr Cruise for occasional help. Since then I've been able to control my problems with self stretching exercises he taught me. However, last year, after not seeing dr Cruise for close to 20 years, I could not fix myself. I gave in and went to see him. Same good guy, that said he has learned a lot, and gave me alternate exercises. 2 visits was all it took. Now one year later, I had another spell. Did his exercises, and within a couple days, I feel great again. Worth the drive to Grimsby to see this very special chiropractor. About an hour drive for me.
