They are punctual and very pleasant to work with,, but most of all they are dedicated to the health and well-being of clients. Special thanks to Dr Tracy Kish, Chiropractor extraordinaire, who has always been so attentive to my needs and thorough in her treatment approach. Dr Kish has great expertise and a wonderful personality! She let's me know what's happening with my body and what she and I can do to improve, heal and recover. I have definitely noticed a difference after sessions with her and other practitioners at Westwood. My wife has as well, so we definitely recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: After years of trying different places, I can now conclude that Dr. Tracy Kish is the best chiropractor in the city. Most chiropractors adjust you and then give you a date to return for another adjustment, continuing the payment cycle; Dr. Kish did the complete opposite. I'd been dealing with a back injury for close to three years and went to Westwood Health for acupuncture, a treatment that gives me some relief. I had no intention of asking for more than acupuncture. But as I was prepping for the treatment, I spoke with Dr. Kish about my back. She listened like no one else before and ended up telling me I should get surgery. Surgery? I asked. Surgery? But EVERY other chiropractor said that was the dumbest idea known to man! So after one appointment, she set me up on a new health stream at St. Mike's Hospital and in a few months I was getting an L4-L5 Microdiscectomy. It's been two days since the surgery and I feel amazing! Long story short: Dr. Tracy Kish had the opportunity to milk me and my injury for money, but instead sent me to someone else who could better help me, effectively saving my life.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this clinic for massage and chiropractic care for over a year. Friendly staff who genuinely care about their clients well being. Appointments are punctual and service does render results esp with a longer commitment to treatment. Assistants are friendly, and often help set up direct payment with benefit companies which makes life so easy. I work with Dr. Martin for my weak back and leg/neck pain. She provides exercises, tips and adjustments that help me. Her great sense of humour is a bonus advantage. As for massage, I've used two RMTs there and both helped. I do suggest booking in advance as some RMTs are so popular, it's harder to get a last min appointment. However, that just again shows evidence of how effective these services are. Overall, a genuine hidden gem in The Pape Village.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kish is quite simply AMAZING. I have had 3 concussions over the last 3.5 years and she is the most action oriented and compassionate doctor I have seen. She has that right combination of firm boot camp leader with sympathetic, caring doctor. She is efficient but thorough, professional but approachable. She pushes you and encourages you. I am so glad I found her.

Fantastic experience: Great team of doctors here that go beyond chiropractic treatment, although that's what they're most known for. They also offer sports and physio therapies, massage, and acupuncture. I walk in hunched over and in pain and I walk out standing tall and at least with a direction of wellness. They often take a wholistic (well...holistic, too) look to see what may be going on in the background and then prescribe you homework to take on later. In this way, you're not necessarily locked in to coming back for 15+ sessions of treatments as they basically tell you how to go home and fix it yourself (for minor stuff, of course) and to just come back in for fine tuning occasionally. I'm really glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Wendy Martin used a variety of safe and effective techniques to resolve a lower back nerve pain. She observed and listened attentively to my explanations and provided detailed information and follow-up. She built a pleasant and comfortable rapport with the patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Kish for several years over which I have had a range of issues, mainly with my knees and feet which she has been able to help me through and overcome. I would not have been able to train for and complete my Ironman without her! She is a wealth of health knowledge and she has always taken the time to talk through an issue to ensure she provides the right treatment including ART and acupuncture.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Tracy Kish at Westwood Health for years and have always been impressed by her knowledge, her ability to assess and treat injuries. I had a knee injury a couple of years ago and was not given much hope by a specialist. Through Dr. Kish's care I am back playing tennis. She provided the right exercises to hehab the knee and make it stronger. Affordable, on time, pleasant office and staff.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing total body,deep tissue massage the other week with Steve,the new massage therapist at Westwood Health...He preferred that I not tell him what aches and pains were bringing me in that day.Following a total body assessment-tactile of course,Steve proceeded to work on my poor tortured, body.Daily stress and strain (that we all suffer from),were slowly melted away...however I should mention that it was quite painful at times(though totally welcome!)It is now a week later,and my muscles and IT bands are thanking Steve.Keep up the great work,Steve!
