Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Focus Health. The appointment began with a straightforward conversation about my health, concerns, wants and expectations where I felt heard and affirmed. They were thorough when completing an initial assessment of my movement, pain levels and current abilities. I was then coached through performing the exercises correctly and made sure I completely understood the mechanics behind the movements as well as why they are important as building blocks for long term mobility. We then discussed the different support options that they provide for clients and lastly we put into place a plan that will help me achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: I've had consecutive fractures of my shoulders 2 years apart. Cortney has readapted my left arm to the maximum range of motion . By fracturing my right shoulder this summer, I am back in her care . She is wonderful ! Kind, generous, thoughtful, caring, gentle, STRONG and mighty, efficient , much aware and willing to adapt exercises to my rate of healing . She is sensitive to my emotional needs and is encouraging to pursue with diligence my progress. In my book she phenomenal. I also very much appreciate all the personal attention received from the staff. Everyone is wonderfully considerate and professional.

Her methodology is based on physiology; she truly understands how the body and joint muscles work together. The exercises she gave me solved the problem in the long term, not just bandaged it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experience here treating a knee issue. The level of care was unmatched to any physio space I’ve ever been to. They demonstrated my exercise program with me multiple times in studio until I felt comfortable doing them on my own. The hospitality was amazing and Courtney & Sara helped me so much to gain my knee strength back and feel supported the whole time. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to improve an injury or take their health seriously.

Courtney has supported me when I had a sciatic break a few years ago and now this year I broke my ankle and with her guidance and support I'm back walking around and enjoying my summer. She is kind, thoughtful in her responses, always open for the many questions I have and always reassuring that with the proper stretches and time my injuries will heal. From muscle tension to stiff joints, and overall feeling unbalanced, I’ve always come out feeling great and with a smile on my face. I love receiving cupping before my adjustments.
