Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here, I finally got the care I've been needing for years. Honestly, they noticed long standing posture issues that others questioned even existing. The hands on correction was quite intense and painful, but good pain, and exactly what I've been needing. Negative experience: I was really disappointed with the lack of follow-up. I was told someone would contact me with a treatment plan, but no one ever did. I had to call twice and still got no clear answer. This is not acceptable for a physiotherapy clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been in the clinic for a few different problems over the past 2 years and every time the service was great. Recently, Chandani was the physiotherapist that took care of me and she's a wonderful person and professional. Always received me with a smile and a positive attitude, which helped the recovery process. Also, her approach allowed me to share my concerns and understand very clearly my problem and the proposed solution. The people at the reception are also very nice!

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic for a physiotherapy treatment (jaw problem) my experience was beyond my expectations, I was in serious pain for weeks, but i had the most kind and professional physiotherapist Dr Chandani Sanghavi she found a solution for my problem and explained to me very well and gave me the care needed, I’m more than grateful for her, I can recommand her closed eyes she is more than excellent. The assistant in this clinic are very good also, u are taken care of with smile and respect. I recommand this place of physiotherapy.

Positive experience: I love the therapists and they do know their stuff- I’ll give them a 5 star. They work so hard to help us function better at work and our daily lives so we are relieved of our body pain and discomfort. The staff are also very diligent about follow ups and making sure we get our next appointment. But the reason why I’m giving a 4 Star is I think 30minutes per session is not enough for me to complete one routine. Basically the 30mins is just enough for me to be taught/coached about a few stretches… I believe additional staff is needed since this clinic has overwhelming number of clients.
