Fantastic experience: I fell and sustained a concussion 5 months ago. My GP recommended Tall Tree Health for treatment. Their concussion physiotherapist, Karoline took me on.; she has been working with me on my balance, eye convergence, and other issues. Her assessment of me was extremely informative and i’ve been following her advice which has helped me to progress significantly. Thanks Karoline!

Negative experience: I was so hopeful as I walked in this clinic. But a wildly unethical breach of confidentiality and trust within a day left me unbelievably disappointed. And quite frankly traumatized.

Fantastic experience: I can't express enough how amazing my Massage Therapy appointments are. I have been to many over the years and I am always disappointed in the lack of willingness (or desire!) to understand my complex medical needs! However, my initial assessment appointment with Kirstie Jarolim was the complete opposite. She was very thorough, and actually pre-read the long questionnaire I filled out prior to my appointment (which sadly is not always the case), and asked many questions during the appointment so that she was certain she understood everything. She took the time to ask me exactly what I was hoping to gain from my time with her as well, which I appreciated. I have seen her once since, and can say with certainty that she 100% knows her stuff! She is mindful of my needs, and lets me know what she is doing, and is very kind and non-judgemental. I felt completely heard and I am excited knowing I'm finally in good hands! Literally and figuratively I highly recommend Tall Tree in general, they are all so knowledgeable and nice! I feels so welcomed when I walk in which is very important. I definitely recommend seeing Kirstie if you're in the market for an amazing massage therapist!

She came up with a plan that makes sense for me and was respectful and patient during our physical work. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and did direct billing to my insurance. It is a beautiful location and Steve Young is an excellent physio. I finally found a doctor who thoroughly analyzed my case and provided a comprehensive treatment plan that I'm confident will work. She was precise and addressed all my concerns about how to improve my lifestyle to manage my high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and anemia. I was utterly burnt out, and she gave me a scientifically based action plan to recover soon. I highly recommend her 100%.

Fantastic experience: A very valuable hour on physio and bike fitting, spent reviewing my mobility and advice on how to improve that. Included super helpful instruction on knee angles and seat position to complement the mobility work. Graeme was generous with his time and information, with clear explanations.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with 6 physiotherapists in Victoria. I would recommend any of the 3 Physios I have worked with here - Steve Young, Curtis Tait, & Chris Nelson. In the past, I have felt dismissed, pushed in ways that make no sense, not had exercises monitored, appointments rushed, and plenty of new injuries through treatment making me reluctant to even try anymore. I never feel rushed here and every session has been a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been in the Longevity program for one year with Dr Alex Brothers. The program is excellent. I have also trained many hours with Kinesiologist Mat Oakley and been treated by physiotherapist Graeme Wall. Both are outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I met with Steve to help me through what I know is going to be a complex and lengthy rehab. He was professional knowledgable and warm. He really listened to learn about my goals and how we could work on those together during my rehab. He was realistic about my expectations. He was not only interested in the area of concern but took the time to try to understand me as a whole person. The ability of him to record my needed exercises so I could listen and follow through with them at home was excellent. Way better than a standard kind of paper hand out- these were personalized to me. I left my session feeling encouraged and so much more confident with a plan in place. It was one of my best physio experiences ever.

Fantastic experience: First visit, reception staff are really great, perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency. Dr Marita is excellent, very thorough and easy to chat to. Although we seem to be mostly on the right track with diet and healthy lifestyle, she was able to identify a few areas that needed attention, which was exactly the reason we signed up for this assessment.

Positive experience: It is too early to give a fair rating. Graeme put me through his diagnostic workup, and recommended specific exercises to fit the diagnosis. It will be a few weeks before we know how accurate he has been and how successful the recommended activity will be.

Fantastic experience: Outside of the fact that Tall Tree has two different locations at Mattick's Farm and I got dropped off at the wrong one so thought the service was closed down, it was a great experience. When I arrived eventually at the right location, the staff was friendly and informative. Being an old guy curmudgeonly type, I had some doubts about the spiffy look but once I contacted Stephen, my physiotherapist, all doubts were put aside. He seemed very friendly and knowledgable. Within a few minutes, he was able to explain my problem to me which my doctor's hadn't been able to. With just a few simple exercises, I'm no longer walking with a cane. Of course this wasn't inexpensive but in my case I feel I got more than my monies worth;

Fantastic experience: excellent results. I had 8 weeks of IMS treatment for tennis elbow with little improvement but after two treatments from Edward I am much improved. I highly recommend trying this for any chronic body pain.

He systematically went through various steps to diagnose my problem. At each stage he explained what he was doing and why. Fantastic experience: A really wonderful clinic space. I go to their mental health clinic and it is so inviting and lovely. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. I love that I can also change my appointments to virtual so if I am sick or something comes up I can still attend my appointments. But their clinic space is so nice I really enjoy when I can attend in person. I also love the area so after my appointments I can do some local shopping.

Fantastic experience: Graeme Wall is the best Physiotherapist I have ever had. His compassionate nature is very much appreciated. I live in pain, and Graeme’s treatments make my life a lot easier than it would be without them. He uses a variety of methods, and what is even better, is that the homework he gives me to do, is related to my lifestyle (exercises, stretching and dancing). I always look forward to my appointments with Graeme, because I can be confident that I am going to enjoy walking away feeling much better than I did when I got there. As a matter of fact, I brought my husband to see Graeme, because I wanted for him, the same excellent treatment that I receive. As a result, my husband is very thankful for having been treated by Graeme.

Fantastic experience: Tall Tree Cordova Bay's reception is tremendously kind, understanding, warm, and helpful! I had an appointment on Monday but I got sick on the weekend before and called in on Sunday, leaving a message on the answering machine. The reception team replied right away on Monday, expressing full understanding and warm wishes and cancelled my appointments right away. This really helped give me peace of mind. I have a very warm impression of Tall Tree Cordova Bay!

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with acupuncturist Lucy Mei Lee and my first at Tall Tree. I found the clinic to be professional, efficient, clean, welcoming, and serene ... an ideal environment to experience a healing modality. Lucy was a perfect fit for this clinic, as she exhibited these same qualities. As well, she was personable, knowledgeable, and a good communicator, including being a good listener. It's early to comment on the effectiveness of the treatment, but I look forward to the follow-up appointment.
