Fantastic experience: Ive had a shoulder/ neck issue for swine and wanted to dry needling. I chose to see Dr. Mcnutt from a Google search and I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't just treat me, he showed me exercises I can do you aid in recovery, made sure I was properly performing them and fully explained what was thing on which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!!

In particular, Dr. Ashley Fichter took someone who was afraid of chiropractors and put me completely at ease in her care. And Amanda Lloyd-Haubrich is a top notch physiotherapist whose sunny disposition and knowledge makes her a joy to see for appointments. I cannot recommend both of these talented women enough.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr N, Jessica over a year ago by my previous chiropractor. I do have to admit, the other chiropractor was quite clever, as Jessica was a good choice. First and foremost, she is a very competent chiropractor. Her treatment relies heavily on technique instead of brute force and good luck. She takes the time to determine what needs to be done through a series of questions and really listens to your responses asking clarification questions as you go. Her upbeat personality makes her bedside manner feel natural and, this includes putting you at ease by pretending you’re funny. For those of us who are supported by VAC, she knows the reporting process and protocols. The clinic staff is very well versed and diligent submitting all reporting to VAC in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend her for everyone though… just people I like.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben McNutt was filling in for my regular chiropractor. I had the privilege of this gentlemen’s strong gifted hand get my body to naturally slide back into place, just while he was assessing my problem areas and some firm stretching. Its usually a fight to get my problematic areas to even move, let along getting to go that quickly. The traction he did on my neck released my tension headaches for days afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr. Ben McNutt, he takes the time to make sure you are feeling much better than when you walked in. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Brownstone Health since 2016. I feel like I have a whole team looking out for my health and well being since having a cervical spine injury in 2016. Matthias and Deana are my physiotherapist. Ben is my chiropractor and Cynthia is my massage therapist. They are all at the top of their game with knowledge and they take the time to not only treat me and educate me, but to also send me home with the tools I need to keep up my therapies.

Positive experience: I received A special Concussion Assessment in November 2023 to assist in an injury I received in June. Dr. Fichter provided me With Great information!

Fantastic experience: I would’ve left a review sooner if I hadn’t thought I already did. I went to Amanda for vestibular physio and she was phenomenal! I suffered a vestibular migraine last February that was so severe that it rewired the neuroplasticity in my brain (which I now know thanks to Amanda!) which resulted in me struggling with PPPD for months. I was so dizzy that I couldn’t even drive without feeling nauseated. Amanda was the only physiotherapist I went to that validated my diagnosis by my doctor, knew what it even was, and actually helped me. Within 3 months I was back to normal (after 6 months of constant dizziness) and I’ve been feeling great ever since. Her availability is amazing, I wasn’t even waitlisted. You can tell she is passionate in what she does and that in turn allowed me to have high hopes in getting better. Thank you so much Amanda!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Brownstone Health is always phenomenal from start to finish! The lady at the front desk is very professional, helpful and kind. I see Andrea for physiotherapy and she is an absolute breath of fresh air every single time. She is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does! If you are struggling with TMJ/jaw pain of any kind, I highly recommend her. I also saw Brooke for a massage recently and she was fantastic! Also very good at what she does. Highly recommend Brownstone Health! You won’t be disappointed. :)

From his first visit with her to this final discharge, Ashley made our son's progress through healing easy to understand. Her assessments and directions have been clear and well explained. I am SO grateful for Dr Fichter’s knowledgeable attendance to our son's specific needs and overall health! Her up to date application of post-concussion care made it easy to trust her with his health and healing. Using the CCMI app was convenient, with details on our son's healing progress, his allowable level of play, and exercises designed move him toward health. Under Dr. Fichter's care, our son has healed quickly and has confidence in his physical and cognitive health – that is the best result of all.We are deeply grateful for Dr. Fichter’s help.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Fichter a few times a year for several years for chronic conditions. Her treatments (chiropractic, acupuncture, and Graston technique) and assigned stretches help keep me functioning without pain. Recently, I fell at work, so today she did a very thorough assessment for WCB indicating clearly what was a new problem and what was a prior condition that was aggravated by the fall. I'm confident that with her help, I'll overcome these new problems and also that her notes will help make the WCB process smoother. I highly recommend going to her if you need a chiropractor.

Dr. Ashley was very kind, friendly, thorough with the initial assessment and was able to work on some issues that I left unattended for years. I was happy to see that foot placement for walking was corrected and that I walk with both feet forward instead of one offside that I had initially. I would highly recommend her and I look forward to attending more follow up sessions.

Negative experience: Not happy with this place. I booked a “psychologist” appointment with them. Which they ended up booking me with a “clinical counsellor” which isn’t covered under my insurance and they don’t refund.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Brownstone Health, I went for acupuncture but after a quick exam on my body, it’s was an hour of treatment and a lot of new experiences, had cupping and acupuncture done, but they way they explain and understand your body quickly and know what to do for which areas, I am feeling amazing and know exactly what’s going on and how we will get me back in my prime. Trisha was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she really explained everything, and put all her focus into helping me, made the entire experience even better. Though in the case of Brownstone Health, I have found myself wanting to take the time to give a good recommendation. After being involved in an accident with a drunk driver while riding my motorcycle, I have used multiple services at this clinic. 1st the receptionists are receptive to the clientele. You always feel welcomed when you are either booking or entering the clinic. A very peaceful, clean and pleasantly uplifting atmosphere in the clinic. 2nd Dr. Ben McNutt Chiropractor is assertive, attentive and his practice has helped reduce tightness and restriction in my arms, hands, back and neck. Throughout my life I have seen multiple chiropractors and can testify that Dr. McNutt has achieved results that no other has accomplished. He is extremely easy to deal with, accepting of his clientele, and is motivated to get improvement as quickly as possible. 3rd Samantha Hendren, Message Therapy, fully understand the dynamics of how to work and reduce stress in the muscle systems of the body. Sam is very focused and easily finds the areas which are restricted and, in my case, has worked magic in reducing tensions in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I have seen many message therapists and find Sam to be top tier in her field. 4th Amanda Lloyd-Haubrich, Physio, I have seen Amanda once so far, and again within this clinic I find another individual who I am highly impressed with. In my treatment with Amanda instantly I understood that this lady is highly concerned regarding my condition and the events which occurred throughout the accident. The utmost time and care to detail was given during my visit, and the truth being is I felt “safe” discussing all aspects of the trauma taken throughout this accident. Brownstone Health and their employees have changed my cynical views, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who takes their own well-being seriously.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Brownstone for years, and cant say better things about this place. Very professional, easy to contact and book appointments. I personally have gone to physiotherapy with Matthias and Deana Karner; both have been excellent in helping me get back to sports or normal. Very easy to talk to and have expertise to share. If their level of knowledge speaks to the quality of the other staff, then I would have no issue seeing others there. I also hear their gym/sessions are very good.

Negative experience: Owner asked me to take my child outside in 30 degree weather as my child was 'too loud' as I waited for my chiro appointment while my partner was enjoying her appointment. Not a good place for parents or families.
