Fantastic experience: I started visiting Lifemark Physiotherapy in September 2024 to address a persistent lower back problem, and I continue to go there for treatment. My physiotherapist, Manpreet Chahal, has been instrumental in my recovery process. From the initial consultation, Manpreet demonstrated a deep understanding of my condition. She carefully assessed my symptoms, explained the underlying issues contributing to my lower back pain, and created a customized treatment plan. Her ability to clearly communicate and guide me through each step of the process has been incredibly reassuring. The exercises and techniques she introduced have made a noticeable difference in improving my mobility and reducing discomfort. Her advice on maintaining proper posture and strengthening my core has also been highly effective in preventing recurring pain. The clinic environment is welcoming, clean, and professional, which adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Manpreet Chahal and the team at Lifemark Physiotherapy for their expertise and patient-centered care.

Fantastic experience: I had Shreya Kharel as my physiotherapist. Starting out, I was unable to use my left arm at all after an injury, and within 3 months of physio with Shreya I can now live normally again and have full use of my arm and hand. She was warm, caring, professional, and non-judgmental. I had a very positive physiotherapy experience at this clinic, and I highly recommend Shreya :)

The support and encouragement I received was exactly what I needed, I had lost faith in my back and was scared and unsure on how to proceed. Fantastic experience: I completed a secondary Physiotherapy program after finishing a primary Physio program at a different clinic. The difference in the two clinics were night and day. Lifemark was stellar. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. They not only treated me but they also taught me about my injury and recovery. Although I had a Physiotherapist and an Exercise Therapist assigned to me, other Therapists would offer guidance and direction and all were happy and willing to help. I was well taken care of. In addition, Lifemark clinic was not over crowded which allowed Therapists to spend quality time with each client. Special shout out to my Physiotherapists Cassidy and William, they are both outstanding at what they do. Thank you both. I highly recommend them as I do Lifemark Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: As a student working at Courtside, I had the pleasure of seeing firsthand the capabilities of this clinic. The environment at this clinic is beyond anything I have experienced. The staff is well educated, and they do their job well. They are dedicated to provide the highest level of care to return and even improve a client’s functional abilities. They have a rare piece of equipment that aids in rehabilitation which I have never seen in any other clinic. This clinic is truly a gem and anyone who is considering this location should definitely book an appointment. This is an amazing place!

Negative experience: I believe my other review was deleted .This review is from an injured worker not a student intern at lifemark as most other reviews seem to be and if you want my advice and are a injured worker with permanant restrictions as per the surgeon my advice is avoid this place at all cost and seek proper physio therapy clinic .

Fantastic experience: I am currently a student working at Lifemark Courtside. I have had a great experience getting to learn under my supervisor and other staff. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and great to learn from! One perk that stands out at Lifemark Courtside is the Cybex machine. There are not many of these machines in the city, and as a student I have had the opportunity to see the progress this machine helps with client rehabilitation and learn about its use. I would totally recommend to any others looking for their field work to apply at Lifemark Courtside, they are a great, knowledgeable agency, with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: I am currently a student at Lifemark Courtside. I have had a great experienced here. The team at Lifemark is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am learning a lot from this clinic under the supervision of clinical exercise physiologist. I would totally recommend to apply for a fieldwork as well as to book an appointment for the any of the treatments they provides.

Fantastic experience: For as long as I can remember I have been living with pain due to my bilateral clubfoot. I scheduled an appointment with William Chukwu and in less than 5 weeks, the pain that I've been living with for most of my adult life is gone. William is extremely professional, super knowledgeable and he was always very good at answering my questions and concerns. I cannot recommend him enough, the sessions we had and the excercised he recommended truly changed my life. Thank you William and Lifemark!

Fantastic experience: After a work place injury that required two surgeries, with a long rehab ahead. I had used the Court and Fitness Club years prior, so naturally decided to go back. The staff at Lifemark Physio were absolutely phenomenal and the facility is great. Lee, William and Cassie gave me the utmost consideration, kindness and care during my rehab process. I would 100 percent recommend this business to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Came in for rehabilitation for my ACL post op, after getting reinjured at work . Very friendly, could ask anyone on the team and they would always be willing to help or find someone or other exercises to have you satisfied with the time you've spent at the clinic, painless or not. Made lots of progress with lifemark , and leaving as a happy " graduated " client haha .

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to complete my fieldwork at Courtside under kinesiologist Orion Lonie as part of my studies at the University of Regina. Orion, and the entire Courtside staff are incredibly knowledgeable about everything rehabilitation and consistently go the extra mile to assist clients in reaching their goals. It has been one of the most friendly and positive environments I have ever been a part of. I would highly recommend Courtside to anyone in search of physiotherapy services.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased with my experience at Courtside. The staff are very professional and I received excellent care from William Chukwu. The pain I was having was hard to describe and didn't make much sense, yet he provided me exercises that alleviated the pain when I did them as instructed. He gave me other tips, too, which have improved my sleep, and took time to explain the causes of the pain.

Fantastic experience: Every one on staff were happy to help when I needed it. I don't know where I would be with out their instruction and expertise through out my recovery to get back to the normal use of my arm. I'm sure I asked way to many questions. Fantastic experience: My physio Jordan is great, he has helped me recover from multiple different sports injuries. His treatments helped me a lot and he’s really friendly.

Negative experience: I was in a 12 week program for a lower back injury sustained in an MVA. I was appointed to Jordan Lougheed for my physiotherapist. I didn't feel Jordan's treatments were as effective compared to other physiotherapists I've seen. He made me feel inferior to him; like I was a client that didn't know anything about my condition and he was the expert and will fix me. Furthermore, the professionalism displayed by Jordan was poor throughout my entire experience. My condition was improving, but at a slower rate than expected. There was never any compromise working with him, as it always had to be his way since he's the expert. Jordan never felt an extension was necessary as I could perform self-management at home. I still didn't feel okay at the end of my program, and not at a level where I could self-manage effectively without my condition worsening. Jordan would offer different reasons each session as to why an extension isn't necessary, such as: "insurance won't want to pay for it", "we're already giving you so much", "you are okay", and "further treatment is not recommended". I felt that Jordan was not fully supportive and did not have my best interests in mind during my rehabilitation. He has the best interests of the insurance company in mind, rather than the injured clients. This resulted with him raising his voice at me for asking about the next steps after my program during our last session, as he still never provided a clear answer. He referred me to psychology as the "perception" of my injury is poor and all in my head. I did have an MRI and orthopedic surgeon consultation shortly after. My entire medical-team (surgeon, family doctor, military doctor, chiropractor) fully disagree with Jordan's comments in my discharge report. I do not recommend Jordan as a physiotherapist. I wouldn't want anyone to endure what I did by seeing Jordan. Edit: After numerous phone calls from the coordinator asking to remove my review, I was invited back to attend the clinic for an SGI-approved secondary extension. I attended an initial consultation, and was made to feel like I wasn't welcome back by some of the staff. This most likely stems from my original review. When I saw Jordan in the clinic, he was very fake and snarky "welcoming" me back, and didn't take my health very seriously. There was never an apology from Jordan or Courtside on how my case was handled, nor an acknowledgment that they made a mistake. They almost made it right, but it was one thing after another. SGI then gave me permission to attend a different clinic (thankfully), and I opted to attend Alpha. What a very different experience between the two clinics. I would recommend Alpha Clinic over Courtside, as I was made to feel valued, respected, and cared-for there. They have my best-interests in mind over insurance. I have also made greater improvements at this clinic than when I was being treated by Jordan.

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent service at every encounter at Courtside! The exercise / OT and physiotherapists were EXCELLENT. Jen and Eric were invaluable over the past 12 weeks of my rehab program and have restored my abilities. Staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. The place is spotless and has exceptional cleaning protocols in place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Courtside for over a year now. The care I receive is beyond phenomenal. They never gave up on me and ended up being the reason that they found I had another tear in my shoulder. I am forever thankful because who knows if any other facility would’ve cared as much as them to make sure I heal properly & regain full range and strength. My physio therapist did everything in his power to try and help me with my injury, seeing multiple people and talking to others to try and find out what’s best for me. My exercise therapist Bailee is so personable and shows she really cares. She has shown me compassion when I am in pain, yet pushed me when I needed a push. The other exercise therapists, even though I’m not technically their client, has always been eager to help me and make me feel comfortable in a hard time. If you need any physiotherapy help with any problem or injury I highly recommend them. They have given me hope when I felt like I was forever broken. They’ve become a family to me over this last year, and with needing further surgery I’m going to make sure post surgery I continue therapy at this facility. 5/5 stars, would probably give more if I could! Thank you Courtside.

Fantastic experience: I had seen a physiotherapist at another place and she dismissed me as being recovered before I felt I was recovered. I felt that there was more to be done. I saw Jordan L. and have had great success with my recovery after my surgery. I would recommend him to anybody needing physiotherapy. He is very patient and very thorough.

Fantastic experience: After dealing with my injury for over a year, this was the first place that gave me a glimmer of hope that I could be pain free. This was my first time doing Physiotherapy and it was a great experience. The staff are all friendly and work as a team, and it is clear that they enjoy their jobs, which makes for an enjoyable environment even if the reason you are there is not enjoyable! I had a really bad vibe when I went for my first consultation at another facility, and I am so glad I chose to come here instead. It definitely made my healing journey more enjoyable . Fantastic experience: I have been in a Physio program for 8 weeks now and all I have is nothing but raving reviews. The facility is VERY clean, and the staff here goes above and beyond to ensure that everybody is working out in a clean, safe environment. The staff is not only extremely educated, but they are wiling to accommodate and do whatever they can to ensure you are working in the right direction to recover from whatever injury you have sustained. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff is very friendly and is always willing to go above and beyond to help. I have been to other facilities but this one takes the cake in Regina. Fantastic experience: The front office staff are very efficient, helpful and courteous. I worked with Jordan Lougheed, and would absolutely recommend him. I went with no particular expectations about my success in improving the function of an arthritic knee, but have made great strides under Jordan's professional, thoroughly competent, and compassionate program of care over a few months. He is realistic but forward-looking and patient, and takes time to explore and explain the things which will lead to pain relief and increased function. I am so grateful for having had the opportunity to work with him, and would return in full confidence if I needed further help from him.

Fantastic experience: My experience at courtside was great. The entire staff were very helpful in my recovery. After a year and a half of little to no improvement at another facility i was sent to courtside and made great improvements in recovery. My physical therapist Jennifer Butz was great and she actually cares about her patients. My kinesiologist Bailee Lucky was also great and kept me on track in the gym. Thankyou Jennifer, Bailee and the rest of the staff for all your help.

Fantastic experience: Nothing short of amazing, honestly. Lauren, Kelsey, Renee and all of the staff there made my recovery into such a positive experience. It's thanks to their incredible knowledge, passion and positive energy that I was able to get from a wheelchair back on my feet and walking again. Fantastic experience: I attended Courtside in August of 2020 for several months after my car accident. I was lucky that they had a last-minute cancellation, and I was accepted as a client during the pandemic. Jayla was my physiotherapist for the past several months. Her knowledge, skills and demeanor were great. My injury required a few adaptations for recovery and my return to work. Jayla was able to provide acupuncture treatments on top of physiotherapy. Her friendly demeanor made it easy to accept acupuncture (I hate needles). She was understanding with my stubbornness to rush things and taught me to listen to my healing. I had Kelsey as my exercise therapist after a few weeks of physio treatment. Her knowledge and adaptability helped with my rehabilitation. She found ways to include exercises that relate to my job as well as adapt them to help me with the pain. She was understanding and firm with my stubbornness to push through the pain and made sure I did not make things worse for myself. Her friendly demeanor made it easy for me to attend Courtside for several hours. I highly recommend Kelsey, Jayla and the Courtside staff without question.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank each and every person who was involved with my recovery at Courtside. I came into the clinic with 3 broken bones and tissue damage in my ankle and neck shoulder and back injury. Raeane was my physiotherapist she is a wonderful gifted therapist her educating me and pushing me to do my best and cheering me on with my daily rehabilitation, you are a rockstar at what you do and it does not go unnoticed! Blessed I was to have her as my physiotherapist. I was very worried I would not be able to walk without a limp, but after 4 month of rehabilitation I walked out of the clinic feeling like my world was back to normal! Jennifer Butz has been fantastic, she is stubborn, will dig into data/research to find a reasons for symptoms and then form a plan to recovery. Patients are without a doubt her first priority!!! In my brief time here I have had the ability to monitor many different client injuries and programs and have seen an amazing amount of progress that translates to clients workplaces and daily lives!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this program after asking many of my co-workers for some advice. I have been to other physiotherapy programs in the past. A co-worker suggested the Courtside as she had attended there for a car accident in the past and was raving their services. I have been coming to Courtside since Jan 14/20 and agree with my co-worker. I arrive every morning to smiles, good mornings and general positivity. I have received nothing but the best care while attending and look forward to the remaining 8 weeks of treatment. All the staff are helpful but I would like to shout out Janelle, Renee and the practicum students for their exceptional care. I know with their help I will be able to attain a full recover. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have used Courtside. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spacious workout areas, which is HUGE in my opinion. The staff take the time to monitor your progress daily and "tweek" your recovery program if necessary. I have experienced other recovery places, and they don't "hold a candle" to Courtside. Fantastic experience: I've had the occasion to use Courtside a few times (and for a long time) for rehab from a few motor vehicle accidents. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Their services are second to none and I'm always in great hands. As my program comes to an end, I honestly feel like I'm going to be missing some close friends. The only improvement I could suggest would be adding a weekend day to your business hours for out-of-town clients who might struggle with transport or work issues during the week. Fantastic experience: Before I was referred to Courtside, i felt lost, both physically and mentally, my progress was halted and had no motivation, after my assessment and meeting the team, i knew it was different, they immediately developed a program that was tailor made for me and within a week or 2 progress was evident, the facility is top notch, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional, welcoming and friendly, this is the place to go for all your rehab needs, special thank you to Chris, Jenelle, and Dr. Fuchs, the entire staff make the difference, thank you all for an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Raeane in January of 2019 for pain in my elbow, and some nerve and shoulder stability issues. She was and has continued to be a huge support in helping me get back to doing the things I want to do in the gym this year. Fantastic experience: I hurt my wrist earlier in the year and went to see Kelly for some rehabilitation. He was awesome! He took the time to explain to me what was happening with my wrist and worked on it for about an hour. After i left my wrist was feeling way better then when i entered and it healed up in the following month.

Fantastic experience: I visited courtside Physio for a minor sport injury that continued to bother me. My experience while I was there was great. The front desk staff was very polite and knowledgeable when it came to my coverage. The physio, Kelly Knapp, was super professional and thorough with his corrections on preforming the exercises.

Fantastic experience: I dislocated my kneecap and the Doctor that treated me put me in a cast. Once it was off I saw Kelly at Courtside. I had very little range of motion once the cast came off. Since seeing Kelly that has changed dramatically! I am getting closer to playing sports everyday and I know I wouldn't be anywhere near close to that without his knowledge and expertise. I would absolutely recommend Kelly Knapp!

Fantastic experience: I have had Jennifer Butz treating me since 2011 with many different types of physio treatments. She has helped me have full mobility with a broken arm after surgery just after a few months. Her knowledge, patience and drive for a challenge with her treatments has helped me complete Ironman triathlons and marathons, injury free! She also has suggested many different types of treatments and exercises that have maintain my overall health and mobility for me at work (standing all day) and with my active lifestyle. She is professional, knowledgeable and I admire her drive for updating and continuing her education yearly. I don't know what I would do without visiting her monthly!

Fantastic experience: My son had a shoulder injury from hockey. Courtside got him in quickly and helped diagnose and create a plan for a quick recovery. Staff were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and had him back on the ice in 4 weeks. We would go back to Courtside if we require any further diagnosis and rehab.
