Expérience fantastique: I have been attending Kin fix health for the past 6 months for overall structural maintenance and specific injuries. I tried 3 different chiropractic clinics throughout the HRM in the past two years and not one has come close to the proper work that Julien and his team provide. I have been treated by chiropractors for the past 12 years as an athlete, and at this point I know who’s good and bad. Julien is better than good. I will have the odd massage done by Todd as well who always helps to speed up my recovery. If theres a clinic to choose from in the HRM, this one is your best bet.

Receptionist welcomed me by name, got a fresh cup of coffee while I waited in his modern, clean clinic. Everything from the deep tissue massage, and the acupuncture was top notch! Dr Payne explained what everything was doing, and why he was doing it! He also suggested I go to yoga to help loosen muscles, so I’ve been to a few classes. The instructor Jessa was excellent, offers variations to all the poses for the less experienced clients! I look forward to my next appointment or yoga class!!

I go to Julien, the Founder, for Chiro and he is really great. Very knowledgeable about the body and knows the right places for adjustments that give some great relief. I go to Raychel for acupuncture and fire cupping and always leave feeling more relaxed. She's great at walking you through each step of the session and I really like her approach compared to other acupuncturists I've went to before. I've only done a few sessions with their physiotherapist Calvin but I prefer him to other physiotherapists I've been to. He's really hands on and works closely with you to understand your exact situation and knows the right exercises/treatment to help. You should definitely check out Kinfix if you're looking for some great people.

She’s always up beat, has a great presence of mind, and she makes sure I’m comfortable through out my treatment. I’ve had trouble with my neck from a naggin jiu jitsu injury that has since improve dramatically. I would definitely recommend Raychel to anyone! After not being in the gym since COVID and being pretty out of shape, I walked into a class with a bit of nerves and shyness. One of the clients saw me looking for the door and brought me in and showed me around. She was so warm and kind, I thought she worked there. I'm a plus size girl and I was starting fresh but there was no judgement or snobby vibe there at all. I was comfortable and immediately bought a 10-pack. The thing I like most is that all exercises can be adapted and the trainers seem to have backgrounds in sports sciences so they feel safe. The only thing I wish was that the windows didn't face the road so my friends driving by don't see me huffing and puffing in the window. Maybe try some one-way decals so we can see out and no one sees in :D

You'll be greeted with a smile, and if your lucky some cuddles from the studio dog, Marty. Logan/Calvin provided professional and knowledgeable massage/physio treatments. Looking forward to trying some of the studio classes and maybe a chiro or acupuncture appointment. Julien and Juliana have created a wonderful space, it's such a great addition to the neighbourhood.

Expérience fantastique: I had an unusual situation. I am on vacation, visiting from Ontario. I had been experiencing neck pain and into my second week of pain when Dr Julien and Julianna got me in. Dr Julien gave me a game plan so that I could still do touristy things and so that he could finish his treatment plan before I went home. My neck isn't perfect but it's so much better! I was also a chiro virgin. Dr. Julien talked me through everything he did. Dr. Julien was also wonderful with my 7 year old son who asked him a million questions during my appt. And then totally made his morning by letting him feed the studio fish. All around wonderful experience!
