After several tests, physiotherapist Michael Carr diagnosed my vestibular problem. He explained the problem fully and introduced me to exercises to be performed at home. After treatment and five appointments I am free of those vestibular problems. Michael was extremely kind, very patient and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you Michael!

Expérience fantastique: Physiotherapist Michael Carr treated me for a lower back / SI joint problem about 1 year ago. I had had chronic lower back problems for several years, and this particular injury was compressing my femoral nerve, which was agonizing and causing numbness in my leg. I made an appointment with Michael and felt better after my first visit. The treatments were effective, and he also gave me some mobility exercises for home (which I continue to do daily). Following 3 subsequent visits, each 1 week apart, my injury and leg sensation had improved drastically. 1 year later there are no lingering effects of the injury. I am very thankful to Michael Carr, he was very technical, concise and effective. Strongly recommended, thank you Michael.

Expérience fantastique: Had a great experience with Mark for physiotherapy who helped me get back into the gym full-time after years of nagging pains in my shoulder and knee. He explained everything in great detail and helped me to understand why I was having the pains I was having, and how his prescribed exercises would help. Unlike other physios I had experienced, Mark doesn't leave you hooked up to machines or balancing you between other patients during your timeslot, and only books you in for as many follow-up visits as needed. I've been back in the gym for over a year now with no issues, but if anything ever comes up again Mark will be the first person I see!

All the staff there are wonderful, professional, competent and supportive. More specifically; Sophia (RMT), Jen (RMT), Alex (Kinesiologist), Mark (Physiotherapist) and Chuck (Chiropractor) have been doing an excellent job helping me recover from my service related injuries. As well, all the front desk staff are kind, caring, understanding and put up with my nonsense. Expérience fantastique: I attended physiotherapy sessions with Linda MacLaggan starting February 2020. Since then Linda has provided the most competent and appropriate treatment for my complaint. Linda quickly diagnosed the problem and began treatment. She explained clearly what was was the problem, and what and why the treatment needed to be done and the likely duration of the treatment. She was absolutely correct , and there has been considerable improvement in my health. As soon as I met and spoke with Linda, i knew I was dealing with an experienced and competent physiotherapist. I felt absolutely confident that she could help me. And she has done just that. Linda is the ultra professional. First of all, the treatment is succeeding, and I am feeling better. The procedures were explained in language easy to understand and Linda’s friendly and kind manner put me at ease. One of Linda’s clients recommended her to me. Their doctor was amazed at their patient’s recovery after serious surgery. That was a lucky day for me. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who needs such care.

Conveniently located, it is also efficiently run, has a very welcoming staff as soon as you walk in, is clean, has plenty of parking, and my appointments always start on time. I've been to countless clinics and this is one I'm going to stick with. Currently seeing Jen Jackson (massage, couldn't ask for better treatment or personality ), and Linda (concussion physio, really knows her stuff and up to date on knowledge). I've also seen Alex (kinesiologist - patient, knowledgeable, motivational) for an extended period of time. The front staff are extremely polite, professional, and go out of their way (especially Susan!!! Thanks Susan). Zero complaints, lots of improvement, great to deal with. Their people really know their stuff. Very Veteran friendly. Highly recommend.

My physiotherapist, Linda MacLaggan, was fantastic and is totally responsible for returning me to health after a scary and sudden attack of vertigo that was unrelenting until Linda's treatment. She gave me tools to help cope with dizziness and the anxiety that can make these events worse.

Expérience fantastique: After well over a year being off work with a back injury with the Fire Dept, I tried physio and chiro here and there but no with real organized program. After my back surgery in January I was skeptical that physio would help me at all but through my work they set me up with Mark and Alex and Lifemark. Both of them are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic therapists and through a 7-week rehabilitation program I learned this first hand. Alex is there kinesiologist on staff and through his progressive coaching and training, I not only learned how to do exercises properly (since I've been lifting the wrong way for YEARS) but I learned a few things I never thought I could do. Who would have thought he could get someone to the level of doing freakin handstands not even 3 months after a disc surgery?? With a well thought out, progressive program we were able to do just that. After Alex would finish really challenging me in the gym, Mark would be there to make sure everything was running smoothly, check my mobility, loosen up my back if it was stiff in any places and keep me on track for the next session. All in all this was an amazing experience and program. The two of them are great to talk to and I really couldn't be where I am now without them. After only a few days after my program had ended (and only a few days over a month since my back surgery) I was cleared to take my "fit for duty" assessment and completely destroyed it! Now I could be back to fighting fires in a matter of weeks so I fantc thank Lifemark enough for everything. If I ever happen to get injured again (I really hope not) I know exactly where I'm requesting to be sent and I'll be recommending this place every chance I can!

My physiotherapist is Nick, he is always incredible to work with he's very knowledgeable and really takes his time to make sure you understand what you need to be doing for home care. I also recently started seeing one of their RMTs, Jenn. She is great! She was very easy to open up to and made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. All of the staff is friendly, definitely an estblishment that I will be recommending to others. His customer service, education and experience on foot issues, gate issues, types of orthotics, types of shoes and what was the best fit for me was first rate. He was very thorough in his assessment process and the examination went very well. He took the necessary time to explain why I am having problems with my achilles tendon and provided his opinion on why he felt I would resolve my situation if I decided to purchase the orthodics. There was absolutely no pressure to buy them, which was great. Once I left the office, I felt very positive with my decision to order them and will meet with Paul again once the order arrives at the clinic.
