Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to Aspire Physiotherapy for about a month and a half for a sprain and tendinitis. I’ve been seeing Jassy for these issues. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and always knows exactly what to do. My pain has significantly decreased after such a short amount of time because of her help! I would highly recommend booking with Jassy if you need physiotherapy!

Expérience fantastique: Had a great experience with Troy and Hanna who helped me work through my golf injury. They listened to my concerns and were very receptive. It also helps that Troy is TPI certified which made it easier to figure out what I needed to work on to recover and avoid re-injuring myself when playing in the future. After several visits for a couple of weeks, I felt significantly better and was able to do basic tasks that would normally trigger the injury without much pain. Everybody at the clinic was super nice and helpful. You definitely get the sense that you are taken care of when you work with them. I would definitely come back if I ever needed it, and also recommend anybody else who has injuries.

Expérience positive: I was very happy with my therapist Jennifer and the staff at the front. My only issue was trying to get my chart as my injury is a legal issue. The manager insisted I had to pay $50 for my records despite me being a senior and the chart only being 6-7 pages! I find this completely unreasonable and believed a person is entitled to have their own records without having to pay for them.

Dr. Simon McFarlane is laid back and personable and he did an outstanding job setting me up with a recovery plan for my back injury. The initial assessment was thorough, no frills, and straight forward. From there, he clearly communicated next steps that aligned with my needs, and we went with it. After 3 weeks, I'm feeling so much better and can confidently get back to activities I otherwise probably wouldn't have had I tried to manage on my own.

Expérience négative: This is the only physiotherapy I have seen where the physiotherapist sees you for the first session and then for all others sessions he sends his friend who has zero education and knowledge of physiotherapy to treat you. And you pay the same fee that you’d pay to see a professional.

One thing I can say is that at first: Physiotherapy can be a skeptical idea some days but guess what like the turtle winning the race over rabbit - that is exactly what physio represents. One session at a time. I’ve been to numerous physiotherapy establishments over the years and I’ve never had such amazing results as what I’ve experienced with Aman and Sabrina. I had a horrible lower back strain which made most tasks uncomfortable, even sitting! I could barely sleep from the pain. With their innovative and brilliant techniques, they were able to help me get back to the gym, work and dancing again! I am able to sleep now without the pin from my lower back waking me up. Expérience fantastique: I was taking part in a pickleball tournament and Aspire Physiotherapy had a booth set up offering physio sessions. I signed up to have someone look at my feet as I suffer from plantar fasciitis and bone spurs in the heel. Aman was the therapist who assisted me - he worked on my legs for a bit and then taped both my feet up for a bruised heel / policeman’s heel. I played the entire tournament pain free and my heels did not hurt. During the tournament I felt like I was walking on air. I cannot thank Aman enough for providing the relief and showing me how to tape my heels. I will definitely be using their services for further physio treatments.

Expérience fantastique: We visited the clinic for my son's injury from basketball. We had a really great informative session where they took time for assesing the damage, did some remedial work, and recommended very useful exercises.They didn't rush anything, Troy and his assistant were really great. My son is feeling much better, highly recommend.

Expérience négative: Disappointing service from this physiotherapy. Therapist was friendly enough but the more treatments I had, the less I saw her. I had a few sessions where the physio assistant was instructing me of exercises to do, I do them, then go home. No assessments whatsoever from the PT. I don't pay out of pocket for the treatments but I refuse to go back if all I am is a paycheck without her doing any work.

It didn’t take much time for Dr. Simon to understand what was wrong with my neck during assessment. With his few magic tricks and ticks I was able to open my eyes wide open and feel relax. They provided professional knowledge about my injury and exercises to help at home. They also used TENS, dry needling, cupping and soft tissue massage to help with my injury. I've personally never had such a positive expirence with a chiropractor as I have with Dr. McFarlane. He asks the right questions, adjusts well , and not only that but he does muscle work. He sends me home with excersizes and always follows up . It feels that he genuinely cares about my progression. Aman, the owner, is a patient , knowledgable physiotherapist who also is extremly diligent at continuily training his staff to confirm that everyone at his clinic is reciving the same high level standard that he provides . He listens and works on what you need and doesnt just throw tens on you. The massage therapist Harmon is gentle yet effective and also sends me home with stretches to help with the tough spots . All in all this is one of the most professional and effective places that ive been to and ive been to quite alot of places for my recurring injuries .

They were very understanding with my financial situation as I got turned away from another physiotherapist near by because I canceled two appointments. And the work that was done for my injury was top notch and the years of bad ankles and the stress and tightness in my calves and lower back went away after 3 weeks of physio. Only thing was maybe a plan to keep best prevent future injury after I said I felt I was 100%. Other then that I highly recommend.

She gives the most fluid and exceptional massage that I have ever had! Harman is an excellent communicator and has been able to explain what is happening to my body and advise me during this past acute sciatica episode. Harman definitely knows anatomy and is able to explain the effects of injury and how stretching and massage aid in recovery. Very knowledgeable about the exercises required to regain knee function after my surgery. I couldn’t have done it as fast as I did without her help and support. The clinic is spotless and the staff make you feel welcome and are all very knowledgeable. I’ve had multiple sessions with Simon the chiropractor, he has supported me with an issue I’ve had for years with my back, I’ve been to other physios in the past but nothing has improved. I started a care plan and I’m already feeling pain free. I’ve recommend Aspire to friends and family and I’ll 100% recommend it to anyone!

They didn’t make me continue going for nothing just to use my benefits once I was doing better. Troy told me if ever I felt I needed to just come back. That is in my opinion a good place to go!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Dr. McFarlane and his team at Aspire Physiotherapy go above and beyond your expectations. It's starts with the staff at the front, Hailey and Team do a great job of getting you checked in and settled prior to seeing Dr. McFarlane. Dr. McFarlane is very thorough in his examination and asks questions to fully understand what you have and need, and starts helping you on the first visit. He is very knowledgeable, patient and offers modern techniques to help you get better faster. I had chronic knee and shoulder pain and massages would help a little but soon would return. After seeing him for the first time, felt much better. During our sessions, he took the time to assess my progress and set up home exercises to further help me between our sessions. Great doctor and I will use always and happy to refer my friends if they have a need.

Expérience fantastique: Amandeep Hansra has good knowledge about his profession. As I was in lot of pain when the treatment started. The way Amandeep came up with different therapies, he did wonders for me. After the completion of my treatment, my pain was gone and I was feeling so happy. He is also very soft spoken. Also, his staff is very supportive, and flexible about reschulincg appointments. I highly recommend Aspire Physiotherapy.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love the service I have received at Aspire. I’ve seen multiple physiotherapists and both of their massage therapists, everyone has been friendly and welcoming. They also have great hours, open late and on weekends, it’s never hard to get an appointment in a time slot that works for my busy schedule.

Expérience fantastique: From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a positive attitude - this is a place where you can tell they genuinely love their jobs. Ive been going every week for WCB and have been alternating between Jennifer and Amandeep as well as their assistants (Maddie and Sabrina). My biggest fear was not feeling validated in my pain but if anything I feel more comfortable being honest with my pains than before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

No surprise the place was very well done and Aman took care of me and is helping me get ready for the upcoming season.
