I knew he was a talented physio but he may be the best communicator that I’ve ever experienced for any medical issue. He set me on a path for recovery that far exceeded my expectations. He cares.

Expérience fantastique: These people, at this place, have been taking such good care of me for such a long time. Since 2013, in fact. I cannot say enough about the staff in every area. Words simply cannot do justice. From the physio dept, to all of the doctors and surgeons, (I've had a few!) To the surgical nurses...the greeters, the diamond athletics store...this is the place to go for all of your ailing and broken body's needs. And for the care and compassion and concern every person needs. whenever anyone i know is broken, i tell them just the place to go to get themselves fixed. Often even better than before. This is that place. These are those people.

Expérience fantastique: Alex was great - I had a relatively minor back problem issue (along with some other, in the end, related issues) and Alex made sure to explain everything as we were going and managed to fix most of my pain. Really recommend!

Expérience fantastique: From pre op to post op, from the surgical staff to physio, the staff have all been absolutely amazing. Shout out to surgical team of Dr. P. Macdonald, Dr. Brown, Dr. Everett and Support staff. And a big shout out to Shanna in Physio who is helping so much on my journey to recovery. 6 weeks post op and progressing very well and feeling very optimistic about a full recovery.

Expérience fantastique: The care I received at the Pan Am Clinic exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the clinic I was met with the utmost courtesy. I can’t say enough about the amazing care I received from Jesse Rubel (physiotherapy). Gait and physical assessments were followed up by a consultation review and development of a treatment plan. Jesse reviewed the plan in detail and ensured that I was doing the exercises correctly. A follow up visit is scheduled to assess the effectiveness of the treatment plan. I have spent the last 5 years being passed from one medical professional to another, with no improvement in my walking gait. I feel that I found the right clinic and physiotherapist to support my journey to better health!! Marilyn Day

Expérience fantastique: Had an appointment to manage my arm lymphedema with Karen Dobbin in Physio. Have seen her twice since clinic changes as a result of CoVid -19. Always feel heard and cared for with Karen. The overall experience is great as such care is being taken to ensure we all stay safe and well.

However, from seeing Dr. Lukie, Diamond Athletic Medical Supplies & the physiotherapists Pierre & Alex, is a great experience. Would definitely recommend the Pan Am Rehabilitation Services. Very nice professional people.

My appointments didn’t seem rushed, they took the time to listen to my complaint so to help them understand and know how best they can help. With Covid and everything being so crazy, they have a pretty good system in managing crowd control.

Expérience fantastique: The front desk staff are polite and professional. The physiotherapy assistants were prompt to assist me before and after treatments. My physiotherapist Karen D. is professional and friendly. My injury was assessed thoroughly and the treatments I received were effective towards my recovery. The clinic is open until 8pm on weekdays so the clinic was able to schedule and accommodate my therapies even after work. There is ample free parking on their lot and the clinic on Taylor avenue is easily accessible via route 90 or Pembina highway. I am very satisfied with the exceptional service I received. I would recommend Pan Am Rehabilitation services.

Expérience fantastique: The staff in the Physiotherapy department is amazing - so kind, welcoming and very personable! I have gone to see Dr. Anene Cheung who was referred to me by a family member, and she was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable during my first ever appointment at Pan Am. She then referred me to my current Physiotherapist, Janine Didyk, who has been incredibly insightful and such a pleasure to work with. She provides straight forward “assignments” or exercises to aid in your physical recovery, which have been absolutely effective. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences during my appointments with the staff and would highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Great experience since my first time at Panam Physiotherapy in 2017 and now I'm back again in 2021 for my physio. The staff there is very professional, friendly and always ready to help you. I especially loved how Janine Didyk (Therapist) took her time to explain my condition, as well as my treatment, an excellent treatment that has improved my health condition in a very short period. Janine combines expertise and willingness to listen and discuss with her patients, make it possible for her the ability to connect with them and let them know where they stand immediately and what the next steps look likes. Expérience fantastique: After tearing my calf muscle during a game and going for rehab for several weeks at another clinic, I felt that I would only ever be able to walk, not run or play sport ever again. However, I decided to get specific sport physio from Carmen Lee at Pan Am. Not only have I returned to play multiple sports, but she has given me strength and core stability to be a stronger and faster player than I was before!!! I really appreciate how she gives education on why it happened and what to do to prevent future injury. She is extremely patient even when I have interrupted her with questions and she is very explicit with her feedback. I especially appreciate her notes with her workout /strength exercises to help me remember. I can't recommend Carmen or this clinic highly enough (heated blankets after workout was a added bonus!). From thinking that I'd have to hang up my cleats forever to being faster and stronger than before, I am super grateful for her knowledge and expertise. Pro tip: book your appointments on line !

Expérience fantastique: I have seen a number of physiotherapists for various reasons over the years and starting to see Carmen Lee last summer for what I thought was a knee issue. Carmen identified the actual cause of the pain in our first appointment, and gave me a set of reasonable exercises to start. I appreciated that she did not overwhelm me with complicated moves and that she watched me perform the exercises at the appointment to ensure I was doing them correctly. Over a few more visits the exercises became more challenging and I was quickly pain free. Carmen is now my go-to for physiotherapy.

My appointments with Carmen have proven that she is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and truly caring. Not only does she address the immediate pain/discomfort I'm experiencing but she gets to the root of the issue and she never makes me feel like any complaint is too small. Her treatment plans are well thought out and manageable and she always ensures that I am properly performing the exercises. I find that any time I am injured, she gets me back into playing as soon as possible. She always knows exactly what exercises to do that push me without pain/ to my max limit. Expérience fantastique: I am very thankful for the Pan Am Clinic. Dr. Marsh did my collar bone surgery on January 17 at Pan Am and I have been doing physio with Jesse Rubel at Pan Am. Jesse has been amazing and you can tell that he loves want he does and how he gets to make a difference in people's lives everyday. It has been great, the staff are knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the people they are helping. I would strongly suggest people to go to Pan Am for physio and surgery.

I worked in a hospital so I can honestly say this. He referred me to Physiotherapy and I met physio Karen Dobbin. Both Karen and Dr S have helped me tremendously! The staff at the front desk are amazingly kind ! They bill direct to both my plans to make it so easy.

Receptionists are quick and friendly in serving clients. My physiotherapist, Curtis, is professional, very knowledgeable, and has perfect amount of friendliness I seek from my healthcare providers. Curtis always makes sure I understand, and invites me to ask any questions I have on, the treatment plan. I also love that I can book my appointments online.

I appreciated that she took the time to make sure I fully understood my injury by explaining it to me in plain language. I also appreciated that she walked me through my entire treatment plan so that I could manage my recovery expectations. Expérience fantastique: Unfortunately, I've required the services of a physiotherapist multiple times in my life. The bulk of that over the past dozen or so years. Not only are the physiotherapists friendly and highly qualified, but the support staff are as well. They take a usually painful and uncomfortable time and help alleviate pain and discomfort with their expertise. If you require the services of a physiotherapist I highly recommend Pan Am Rehabilitation Services.

Specifically, Carmen Lee has been an excellent physiotherapist... she is personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have gone for pulled/sore muscles, patellofemoral syndrome complications, uneven hips, tendonitis, sprained ligaments, and deep tissue massages (etc). She has been a consistent and reliable source to eliminate any pain I have experienced.

Expérience fantastique: I've only been here a handful of times, but the service and knowledge of the staff is high quality! I saw Carmen for physiotherapy and acupuncture when I injured my knee and my ankle. She gave me exercises that alleviated my pain when running and also taught me proper body mechanics so that I could strengthen and prevent future injuries! Her knowledge, coupled with her high energy and enthusiasm made my experience so enjoyable!

It’s a little far from my house, but it’s worth the trip to see Carmen (Lee). She has a strong sports background so she can relate to (or understand) all of the injuries I go to see her for. She won’t prescribe you with a bunch of unnecessary appointments just to get business and is honest and reliable. She has also helped my girlfriend and her mom as well.
