The physiotherapist I spoke to on the phone for a FREE 15 minute consult (BONUS—see website!) was JOHANNA… because she listened and was able to answer all my questions I was able to determine she would and could help me!…so I called back and booked an appointment—Gino assisted when necessary (what an amiable guy)—Johanna did a detailed and comprehensive assessment with additional exercises and much encouragement. She is definitely a gentle and caring soul and ready to dialogue! Everyone is professional yet possess a perfect dash of connectedness and humor—EVERYONE smiles there—authentically…which makes me think and feel they LIKE being there! It’s a calm open atmosphere and the bonus is parking spots available in the lot out front! …and they have those booties for your shoes if you can’t go without them and a giant shoe horn all at the front door. They also happily and unbegrudgingly will direct bill if you have health coverage! I’m glad I went there!

She listens attentively and will answer all your questions in regards to your therapy. I still have a few appointments to go but it's coming along. I would definitely recommend Johanna at River East Physiotherapy.

He also uses an physio app that is far more effective than diagrams, etc. There's always parking and it's free. The front office and floor staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

He is always very thorough and never rushes his appointments. He gives exercises that help you heal but also focuses, when ready, on strengthening the areas that are prone to injury. 5/5

Expérience fantastique: I came in with hip pain that was getting worse. I didn’t know what it was and had visions of being a hip replacement candidate, years of pain, on waiting lists etc. I booked an appointment and was assigned to Dana B. She was so kind and diagnosed with bursitis and with her program I should see improvement in about 4 weeks. I came in 1-2 times per week for 4 weeks for massage, ultrasound, and heat/electrode therapy and she gave me exercises and stretches to do at home. I was skeptical at first because for 2 weeks I didn’t notice any changes. But here it is 4 weeks and I am mostly pain free!! Girl knows her stuff!

Expérience fantastique: Liana Registered Massage Therapist is fantastic and goes above and beyond. I had recent surgery with extreme pain that felt like my wound was tearing open and especially bad at night keeping me awake for weeks. She took me in and did scar tissue massage. It improved after one treatment tremendously. 2nd treatment even more improvement. She was patient, kind and listened to everything I felt the need to explain to her regarding what was happening. I highly recommend Liana. You will be extremely happy with her care and treatment. 5*+ Thank you Liana. You are amazing with your knowledge and treatment experience.

Expérience fantastique: I saw Don because of knee and back pain. He is very thorough & demonstrated various exercises I should do. I already feel a reduction in my knee pain & am hoping I will no longer need a knee replacement . He also is considering if my back pain is actually being caused by my hip and suggested I have my doctor ex-ray my hip.

I was very much gung ho in my approach and she was very careful to make sure I didn't overdo it as far as my approach to the different things I was shown preaching form over how much weight I can carry. I was anxious to get some of my strength back after my stroke and Dana's cautionary approach to my therapy was not only welcomed but very much needed. I'm well on my way to a new normal for me and Dana gave me everything I needed and more. Thank you.

Asssestment was done some exercises were given and explained well was given follow up appt in 2 weeks to see how there working for me and a rx for braces for my feet johanna was very good

Expérience fantastique: Perfectly located in our area, River East Physio is a friendly, clean, and professional facility. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I truly appreciate my physiotherapist, Matei Dragne, he is top notch. He is very attentive, empathetic, supportive and will do everything he possibly can to help you recover. Lastly, I truly enjoy the paperless service they offer - all forms, receipts, and exercises are all offered online. But if you are paper person, they still offer hard copies too. I recommend River East Physiotherapy.

Expérience fantastique: Julia was personable and explained the process of what she was checking for with respect to my injury and the massage treatment felt very effective. The staff were also kind and professional. Peter has been consistently kind and friendly and his physio treatments are well thought out and highly effective. I had a bad fall onto my ankle which caused a chain reaction through hips to mid back up the body and was subsequently unable to eat or drink anything for a month without pain and exhaustion untill he saw me and did a diaphragm lowering treatment and upper GI started functioning properly again! Life changing. Thank you so much for putting the pieces back together! The staff are all friendly and the heat treatment is like meditation.

The assistants are always busy with patients, or cleaning, yet loving what they do! Don is my Physiotherapist who goes out of his way to help me, and with experience, I know I'm getting the best treatment. Regarding any issues, the owners will step right up to find a solution, and they encourage feedback.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to this Physio office for years and have always had good experiences with the whole staff. They are helpful and accommodating when booking appts and have great hours to help make scheduling around work etc. I am currently being treated mainly by Justina who is an experienced physiotherapist who just joined them at River East. I can't say enough good things about her! She is so thorough and takes her time with your treatment. She genuinely cares about your progress and making sure you are improving and feeling better along the way. She fits right in with the rest of this wonderful staff.

Expérience fantastique: My physiotherapist Dr Justina did a fantastic job on my back and leg I am grateful. She treated me with respect… she listened to me and where I was hurting , she did proper examinations they supported me without hurting me more… they are time oriented. They keep to time, they are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Justina… she really took her time supporting me and I was relieved from my pains before living the clinic. I am definitely going there again and will recommend this place and try Dr Justina when you go I promise you’ll enjoy yourself and feel better. Her attention to details is intriguing….. she’s very careful and she’s an expert she knows what she’s doing and how to help……. They also have good equipments too. I really enjoyed myself and I feel much better after my physio.

Lots of equipment for different options of exercise. Ask for Maddie, she is an incredible therapist and very nice to talk to. Very clean, sanitized and sterilized clinic. Ì highly recommend River East Physiotherapy. Close to Edison and Henderson. The whole staff are all very friendly. Ì will be going there for all my future physiotherapy needs.
