Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend this physiotherapy and massage therapist for anyone who are looking for the professional treatment. The price is little higher but the employees are very knowledgeable and they can help you feel comfortable just few treatments. I was planned to return twice per weeks within 3 weeks, but I completed in 4 treatments of physiotherapy and 1 massage therapy. When i want to tip a massage technician, he said they are not allowed to receive tip. I was surprised for that. I think i will book another appointment when my muscles need some relax.

Expérience fantastique: Hillary did an amazing job thoroughly analyzing my foot issue and fitting for the orthotics. She also explained the type of footwear to mitigate any future problems. When the orthotic arrived it required no adjustment and fits perfectly. I can already feel improvement. Very professional and personable from start to finish.

Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Hilary on and off for a couple years and she is excellent. Recently I have taken up running and developed the dreaded runners knee and Hilary gave me exercises and helped me out to the point where, less than two months later, I am running the same amount I was prior to the injury with no pain!! Amazing. I have recommended multiple friends to go visit Hilary and we all agree she is such a fun and positive person, and her methods are very effective too!

Expérience fantastique: Kenaston Common Physio is giving me back my life. Allison is amazing, caring and kind. Everyone is so friendly and always positive. Jordan, the athletic therapist targeted my neck and shoulder pain in my right rhomboid today and I cannot describe how much better I feel after his deep tissue treatment. I have not felt this good in my arm, neck and shoulder since I was a teenager, I'm 34 now. It's incredible. Amazing treatment from an amazing staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else., Thank you Jordan and Allison and all KCP staff for all you do. You are the best group of healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. I can't thank you enough.

Expérience fantastique: Staff are all very friendly and seem to work together very well. Great team atmosphere, if i was working in that industry this is where i would want to work. I have had a great experience doing physio for my shoulder and ankles. My therapist was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my path to recovery. On a side note i am also glad the construction is finally over.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to this place for several years now. Lindsay P. is an excellent physiotherapist. Very fortunate to have been lined up with her when my previous therapist left. The front office staff is great as well, very organized and an all around good setup.

And also one of the best physiotherapists is Samantha, she really reaches out to help u and guid u sooo good, I’m so happy there with Samantha my body is so much better than before almost 5 months ago and I highly recommend her as physiotherapist too.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve had many massage therapists in my life and Kendall is absolutely THE BEST!!! He takes the time and effort to get to know his patients and their needs and he gives an AMAZING therapeutic massage! He gets in deep and I felt like he worked all my muscles and tendons and when he was finished, he re-assessed to make sure he had covered all the areas where I was experiencing pain or discomfort. He shows that he cares about his patients and takes great pride in being a fantastic therapist. It felt so so great afterward and I know that I’m in the best hands with him. I will recommend him and Kenaston Common physiotherapy to my family and friends. The front desk staff are wonderful too.

She is knowledgeable in her field with a great personality as well. You'll feel better both mind and body afterwards. Make sure u do your home exercises!

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic first experience to massage therapy! The staff were all extremy courteous and friendly, I was paired with Fran who was very professional and explained the whole process to me before beginning. She warned me ahead of time of any areas that may be more painful/tender. The massage itself was extremely relaxing and she maintained good conversation throughout the session which helped with making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Would definitely recommend. Already can't wait for me next session.

Expérience fantastique: Friendly staff, bright & clean office and central convenient location! Allison is wonderful, she fixed my hip and ankle. Now I can go back to running and I have strength training exercises to make sure it doesn't happen again.

She was pretty awesome and works miracles! She is highly knowledgeable and within a few weeks had my elbow feeling brand new!

Hillary Prescott was my therapist right from the beginning and all I can say is she is god sent. she is kind, understanding, super knowledgeable and super emphatic in listening to all the concerns you have. I couldn't recommend this place more or Hilary. I was in so much pain due to my left shoulder and without her I don't know were I would be. Kenaston Common Physiotherapy overall also has amazing staff who are super kind as well from the front desk to all their employees. I never had a bad experience, as the moment you walk through the door is all smiles and warm greetings and it really makes a person feel welcomed. Thank you all again

Expérience fantastique: I went and saw Jasmine for some extreme hip pain that I'm having in my pregnancy. I've never done physiotherapy before and had no idea what to expect. She was extremely thorough in her assessment, took the time to work through finding the pain spots and came up with a treatment plan. She explained what she was doing and how it worked. The staff was very friendly too. I didn't realize how big the space was on the inside. My only complaint is that I wish I knew about this sooner!

I have been seeing Hillary for several months and have always felt well taken care of. Hillary takes the time to listen to my concerns, communicate and explain what she is doing every step of the way. Hillary provided me with some home exercises that have worked wonders as well. Hillary is also a great conversationalist and does everything she can to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Hillary Prescott (physio/acupuncture - and incredible at her job) and Youyi aka Magic Margaret (massage therapy and so so good at Chinese massage) are healing me from the outside in. It took me years to find a body psychic like both of these ladies. Healing hands and good vibes. Thank you thank you thank you! You've given me a freedom that I've never known. I'm nearly pain free. I couldn't be more grateful.

I can honestly say that with these treatments, proper stretching and exercises that I have been taught, it has increased my mobility, decreased my pain and in general improved my quality of life. She listened assessed and gave help in office and stretches to do and continue. I recommend Hilary very highly. The office/entire place is so professional and helpful. Masks r mandatory and they display "We r all vaccinated" I have been seeing Francisco-for Massage for several years. 10/10! Hilary encouraged me to use her with my issues now. What an amazing Combo! Alison, is such a kind and compassionate physiotherapist, always accommodating to her client needs. Fran, has been our massage therapist for more years than I would care to admit - but she is quite possible the best massage therapist I have ever had. Everyone who works here is kind, compassionate, and most of all extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough, if you are in need of physiotherapy or massage therapy this has to be your go to place.

Massages with Fran are like no other (having to book months in advance to see Fran speaks for itself). Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Jasmine at KC Physiotherapy for some time now and I always leave in better shape than I arrived! I have frequent sport-related injuries and the treatments, exercise plans and general tips/tricks have done wonders. The pain and mobility issues have improved, and consequently, my sport performance is better and my mood is lifted. Jasmine is compassionate towards her patients, very knowledgeable, and has a passion for her field of work. She will answer all of your questions to help you understand why the pain or injury exists and how to prevent it in the future. Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend Laura Peters for her care, knowledge and professionalism. I also highly recommend Kenaston Commons Physiotherapy for the kindness and cleanliness from all of the staff. I have been going to physiotherapy for 7 months now after two surgeries for a Meniscus repair and ACL reconstruction and am now a "regular." The staff always greet me by name, ask how I'm doing, ensure i've filled out the COVID survey and sanitize. I have never felt unsafe once in the midst of a pandemic. A special shout out needs to go to Laura for helping me go from crutches to walking. I came in timid and in a lot of pain and am now stronger, more confident and slowly getting back to pre-injury levels with a lot less pain. She always makes sure I am doing exercises correctly and gives feedback. This is a tough injury and I could not have got through it without her!

Both worked as team, communicated with each other to get me best treatment possible. Both of them are very knowledgeable and caring. Expérience fantastique: I made several visits to Kenaston Common Physiotherapy in recent weeks. I was very impressed with their Covid-19 protocols. Every precaution has been taken in terms of cleaning, including all equipment and surfaces. Masks were required for all of my visits and distancing of patients was enforced. I felt very safe from Covid. I saw Ron who impressed me with his knowledge and how he communicated with me as a patient. Strongly recommend this clinic.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to this location for physiotherapy after I was rear ended in a car accident. Business is clean, staff are friendly and has all new beds/equipment. I have been working with Jasmine and she has been fantastic in helping with my neck/back recovery. She has offered numerous easy exercises to use at home and was able to help with getting a body roller through MPI to aid in my rehabilitation. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jasmine has given me many homework exercises that are helping my shoulder on it's way to recovery. Jasmine recommended some massage for my shoulder as well. My massage was booked with Mikaela. This was my first time having a massage and I was unsure of what to expect. I was welcomed by friendly front desk staff, then made to feel even more comfortable when I went into the room with Mikaela. Mikaela was fantastic, she was gentle and thorough, I left feeling fantastic and ready to book another fantastic massage! The facility was clean, they take many precautions during covid to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend Kenaston common physiotherapy- you wont regret it!
