I was surprised and delighted at how quickly they were able to diagnose my exact problem and quickly outline a series of exercises to help repair the damage. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and dedicated. I had noticeable pain relief after the very first session, and I continue to get better and better with each additional session. This is not magic ( although it felt like it after the first session), and you have to work hard at it in your own time, every day, but it is critical to have an accurate diagnosis and a caring, committed and informed team, which is exactly what I got at Main and Gerard Physiotherapy. Expérience fantastique: This clinic is the best, the staff are so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr Hadi helped me over a decade ago when I had dislocated and broken my elbow. He was so committed to making sure I healed, and I received the positive reinforcement from him and all the staff each visit I so needed at that time. Over a decade later I went back with a sore knee, worried I’d caused permanent damage. He was able to identify the problem immediately and within the first session I felt relief. The staff are genuinely dedicated to helping you recover and provide the knowledge and exercises to make that happen. A few weeks later my knee all but healed, and I now know what exercises to do to prevent knee damage in the future. You are in the best hands here! Can’t thank you all enough. Update: Wanted to give a shout out to Michelle! She’s so wonderful and lights up the clinic with her energy and personality!

Expérience fantastique: I went to Main and Gerrard Physiotherapy to fix a very sore ” hip strain”, which I could not put any weight on without great pain.(injured going too fast on a treadmill. Am a 77 year old male) I was forced to use crutches to get around. After diagnosing me, they treated me with “vibrating heat pads”,followed by a variety of exercises that they taught me in their clinic and gym, and that I could continue at home. After 1 session a week,for 7 weeks, I can walk freely again, although I will do the exercises at home for 2 more months to continue to strengthen the hip muscles. The staff at “Main & Gerrard Physio” are friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend them. There is free parking on nearby side streets.

Hadi (physiotherapist) assessed my situation and concluded it was more to do with my pelvis, and that I did not require physical therapy. He and his colleague were able to make the adjustments which made me feel better right away. Was also taught several exercises to do at home.
