Expérience fantastique: I have been searching for a good massage therapist now for quite a while. Had my first session with Fallon Gullage yesterday. She is amazing!! The pain that I was having for so long is gone after only 1 session. She is a true master of her craft! She thoroughly explained her plan of treatment and lets you guide her to suit your needs. Can't wait to go back for my next session!!

Expérience négative: I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received when attempting to keep my appointment for neck and shoulder massage therapy booked for September 30, 2025, at 2:30 PM. Despite confirming my booking in person, your staff informed me today that the appointment was deleted by mistake and claimed I had no scheduled appointment for tomorrow

Expérience négative: Would NOT recommend, absolutely horrifying experience as an injured worker. Physiotherapist refused to listen/made it very clear she did not believe my symptoms/extent of injury/wear+tear on injured body part. She was extremely dismissive of my symptoms, spoke to me with heightened sarcasm when I tried to explain my persistent discomfort, and was pointedly disrespectful to an injured worker. Her exact quote over and over again: "Anything at rest will heal! Think of a rolled ankle!". This woman went out of her way to make me feel as though I was some kind of malingerer. At one point she advised that, if I "didn't start to get better", she wouldn't be able to keep me as a patient. I just received my official diagnosis via ultrasound; I have a CHRONIC CONDITION that I have been advised will never heal "with rest". This "medical professional" was trying to send me back to work WITHOUT A DIAGNOSIS, performing the same duties that have led to this injury. Should I have listened to her, I would be much worse off. Thankfully I had the wherewithal to sense something was wrong with the treatment I was receiving, and switched to a wonderful OT/Physio operating out of a different company. I've been with her for 6 months now, and not once has she questioned the legitimacy of my complaints. My recent diagnosis of a chronic condition is exactly what she predicted it would be based on my symptoms - the same symptoms the Physiotherapist at Proactive disregarded/disbelieved. I have since spoken to others who have had a similar experience with this individual. NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH. The folks at the front desk are lovely.

Expérience positive: The service is as it should be. But this clinic will reschedule half of my appointments to a later time in the day and never tell me until the day of the appointment. Not acceptable.

Expérience fantastique: Their physio is great and Jessica Fowler helped me more with my mental health then any doctor ever has. Even without a "family doctor" she feels as if I do have one. They do a great job with prescriptions and they truly feel like they want to help you instead of giving you countless medications and sending you off. Favorite clinic in town!

Expérience fantastique: I find Dr. Ogunyemi to be an exceptional medical professional. He is polite , punctual, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. His staff are friendly and helpful. I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr. Ogunyemi in my corner. He legitimately cares.

Expérience négative: Please please be careful at the Grand falls location. The entrance to the building has tripping hazard and there is no wheelchair ramp . The accessibility at this location is ridiculous. My 79 year old mother fell flat on her face today and is fairly beat up. Shameful.

Expérience fantastique: The online system for booking appointments with ProActive is so easy and efficient, and getting the text reminders is great! Not having to pick up the phone to make or change an appointment is so convenient. And I also saw the option to add an appointment to the calendar. Very cool! ProActive has made the booking process so much easier than any other similar provider I've dealt with. Great job!
