Expérience fantastique: I love the personal connection and the consistency of the groups. We see a lot of the same people and we all keep each other accountable. The trainers are top notch and tailor workouts for participants interests once they get to know you, and can suggest or recommend modifications whenever you need based on your ability.

Expérience fantastique: Level 10 is the best place to workout in Regina!! I’ve been to so many gyms and nothing compares. The environment is really supportive and the staff are incredibly kind and encouraging. I also notice that they are very inclusive and have many different types of programs for different needs!

Expérience fantastique: I came here for a couple days visiting from out of town and was luck to do two classes while I was here. The staff is absolutely amazing. They accommodated the things I was not able to do but in a friendly space and included me , not making me feel overwhelmed or under minded. If I lived in Regina, this would be my Gym of choice!! Thank you so much for having me. I don’t think that this could have gone better. I will be back any chance I can!!!

Expérience fantastique: I'm in a class for postpartum women. I feel stronger than I was a few weeks ago. I also feel like the trainer is knowledgeable and kind. She's been in the same scenario and knows how to carefully level up each lesson. I also appreciate that there's variety, and that we also get the chance to choose our own weights when lifting, so that we can determine how much we can push ourselves.

Expérience fantastique: Brendan Mackenzie was good. He gave me a lot of swimming tips. Class was very structured and professional.

Expérience fantastique: Laura was so knowledgeable and gave detailed instruction to ensure proper form and breath work. Also keeping my baby distracted so I could focus on working out was so appreciated!

Expérience négative: Ignorance. Obviously this is a place that profiles against Natives. Never had an issue until tonight, August 28/23. The closing employee profiled my wife as she is Native American and myself for having long hair. The actions of the female employee was disgusting. Her tone and actions just wreaked of ignorance towards appearance. I would never recommend this place to anyone with employees that act in such a disrespectful demeanor. Not even deserving of 1 star.

Expérience fantastique: I started working with trainer Janelle, after lengthy illness and weight gain. I was really self conscious about going to work out. Everyone there is so fit. But I was welcomed and encouraged. It has been very beneficial to my day to day life in stamina, balance, and confidence. I can easily justify the cost of working with a trainer. Thank you Level 10 and Janelle!

Expérience fantastique: I went to see Kelly Knapp for physiotherapy on my shoulder and needless to say he did a great job to help me! He is very thorough and makes sure you understand the proper way to do the exercises. I would highly recommend him. Great sense of humour also.

Expérience fantastique: Level 10 finds new ways to make fitness fun, engaging and community centered. They also give back to community all the time, often doing fundraisers for charities. They care about their clients and really get to know everyone who trains with them. The trainers are well educated and meet each client where they are at in their fitness or sport-specific training journey.

Excellent hygiene, feels very comfortable and safe to enjoy our exercies there. Special thanks to Maja, you are amazing. Expérience fantastique: I've been attending classes here for over a decade with coworkers of vastly varied skill and fitness levels. The trainers encourage everyone equally and adapt any exercise to suit the individual. A great place to challenge yourself whether you are young, elderly, disabled, pro athlete, or anything in between.

Expérience fantastique: My son does the mixed athletics program on Monday and Wednesday’s, it’s amazing. Even in 4 weeks you see results, the coaches are awesome, they are encouraging and they push him which what he needs. Doesn’t matter what size your teen is, they accommodate. The best part is the results that the kids see and feel in their fitness. My kid loves to play basketball but also loves to play a lot of PS4 (lol) this is a great way to get them out of the house. It has helped with his foot work and strength, which just makes him better at his sport. Can’t say enough about this program!
