Expérience fantastique: I have been a long term client of the Centre. I have been seeing Leah White for several Heath issues. Her skill as a physiotherapist is incredible. She has a deep understanding of my needs and suggests a course of action based on a thorough review of my medical and information shared by tests results from various referrals. I do not hesitate in recommending Leah for your physiotherapy needs.

Expérience positive: My first physiotherapist wasn't very good but I returned based off a recommendation and my next therapists seemed more interested and creative and knew when it was time to say, "hmm, this isn't working, let's circle back with the doctor." The doctor referred me to the fourth person I've seen at this clinic now and he was attentive and passionate about his discipline. Stars detracted because they lack direct billing, which I know would be easy to do. Sometimes the administration isn't as communicative as they could be, for example I was waiting twenty minutes over time and they could have told me "he's here, on his way, just prepping." Rather than me worrying about "I need to get back to work." I supplement the visits with free Physio clinics' videos on YouTube which have progressed me farther than these visits did alone. PS: good massage from Carmen, too.

Expérience négative: The physio program they gave me wasn’t clear as it was hand written in abbreviations. Other Therapists couldn’t even understand it. I was only scheduled for an hour at a time but there were too many clients for too few therapists so getting questions answered didn’t often happen. I didn’t end up doing 1/2 my exercises as I didn’t know what some were. therapists were too busy with others to help.

Expérience négative: I called down for a appointment with a physiotherapist and they scheduled me in with a chiropractor that the lady on the phone said could give me a assessment. I drove to down to the clinic and was then informed that he is only a chiropractor and can not do assessments. So long story short there definitely seems to be a lack of communication and knowledge at the front desk of this clinic.

Expérience positive: I felt that the massage therapy with Carmen was of the highest quality available and she identified the issue I was having, now with massage and stretching regularly I've seen improvement. I'm not sure how I felt about the physio with another person at Stapleford - in the future I think I'd start with a doctor's visit for body pain. I don't think there was anything lacking necessarily, but a more robust plan when I left that set me toward solving the root cause would have been nice. It was a few weeks later that I saw Carmen instead and she nailed it. I would definitely have continued to come for massage therapy treatments if this placed provided direct billing! Many insurance providers offer easy portals for services to do this for clients. I'm now going to a place that offers direct billing but if Stapleford began this service I'd consider returning. Expérience négative: Tried to book first appointment for my wife to treat a stroke. Voice mail not answered 3 times then spoke to the front desk person. She got the therapist to call right away and booked an assessment that she cancelled due to illness. She had recommended booking an assessment with a speech therapist but she never replied to my email. A very shoddy, inconsiderate organization.

Expérience fantastique: Have seen Conor twice now and each time I walk out feeling amazing. He puts together a great set of exercises that really help my back issues. Cannot recommend him enough.

Expérience fantastique: I have been to many physio therapist over the years and I have never had better than Robyn

Expérience négative: Scheduled appointment with Robyn and would not recommend her. Initial appointment was scheduled for one hour but was delayed by 10 minutes and while still I have other concerns to discuss, she said time up while it was less than 30 minutes. The intent was to get us again by booking another appointment and not to serve the patients needs. She suggested few workouts and I requested for printout to which she didn’t had time and mentioned that I will get email which I didn’t receive so far ( been more than 10 days ). If she realize that we have insurance, they will ensure that we return back and pay again. Worst experience and definitely not recommend her. If invoice shows one hour session and payment is made for one hour, while patient has things to discuss, stating time up doesn’t justify.

Expérience fantastique: The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I am a hairstylist and my body has a few issues due to the repetitive motions over the years. Elyse has helped rehabilitate my injuries due to overuse! Also, the exercises and knowledge she’s given me means I won’t have these issues again in the future. Elyse is the best!

Expérience négative: Do not see Chantale Nightengale. She minimized every symptom I mentioned when I went to see her for what was believed to be a hip injury. Now I’m left with a destroyed lumbar spine and need to see a neurosurgeon. She even tried to diagnose my condition as a brain disorder when I told her the hip treatment was making my back worse. Worst physiotherapist in the city by far. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Professional and clean atmosphere. Many great physios to book with and it has been helpful seeing an exercise therapist! Bonus that it's across from the Naked Bean to grab a coffee after.

Expérience fantastique: After having seen two doctors about my issue, I saw Leah for physio. She thoroughly explained what she was looking for - including the reasoning for her diagnosis. Now I've got defined follow-up and some rehab exercises. Definitely feel confident after that!

Right from the first call to the clinic over a year ago, we were and continue to be welcomed by friendly and efficient admin staff. Their clinic offers a clean, professional space filled with passionate staff to attend to one's concerns and physio needs. Rachel Molder - Physiotherapist has been AWEsome to work with for all our aches n' pains. Check out their youtube channel which is also a great healing resource! Expérience positive: The physio staff are amazing, very well qualified and great to work with. My only issue has been at the front counter. They seem slow and inefficient and not awfully friendly. Often a line-up coming in or having to wait and wait to pay on your way out.
