Expérience négative: Everything Chris said in the last review is true this place is terrible they injured me more then did good. They go behind your back and lie to WCB even with a MRI they will tell you it's all in your head and your doctors are lying to you. Sandip in the basement made life hell for me tell my doctors stood up for me and told me to get out there before I further get injured an glad WCB finally agreed and moved me to a much better Physio that understood my back injury and almost fully recovered. So please if your injured do not go here you will regret it go to a place that has respect and will not lie and make you feel like a criminal.

Expérience négative: If Megan and Shirrae are assigned as your therapists, you are in big trouble. Upon meeting Megan, she immediately declared my injury 100% healed before physical assessment. She informed me all the pain from the injury was only in my head. After 12 weeks from initial injury, all re-injures and stress factors were disregarded. This is what I’m told BEFORE assessment. Oh then, a few minutes later, its time to lift a 50lb box, despite my 15lb limit that was in place before and after, by two therapists. Megan and Shirrae will gladly work with Wcb and any involved parties to terminate your employment. Everything you say to them will go back to your employer to be passed around the office. They will tell you your pain is all in your head. They will ignore the fact you cannot walk right, nor even stand straight. They will do what they can to ignore your injury, in fact, they will work to injure you further if called up on (actually happened!) They will ignore restrictions placed by previous therapists. They will declare your injury as healed, send you back to work, regardless of your actual state of health. They will gaslight you and your injury, and recorded re-injuries. They will invalidate every fact you say. These two “therapists” are not there for your well being. They work for WCB. Do not believe a single word Megan and Shirrae speak, do not trust them for one second. Following their treatment, MRI was done. I now need surgery. I would consider Megan and Shirrae irresponsible, negligent, incompetent, and a danger to every worker. Their “science’ is apart from actual fact. You will not get a honest assessment from them. They will provide the results Wcb wants. The state of your injury has no matter to Megan and Shirrae. Because of their dishonesty, WCB suspends my claim. All professional notes from doctors, and specialists, and the fact I need surgery are being ignored and cast aside…. The reason being, WCB’s therapists, Megan and Shirrae, have overruled all science and doctors with grossly dishonest assessments. Megan and Shirrae have earned a pay check by stopping mine. The therapists that work upstairs are very good. It’s bizarre, comparing the treatment quality, being so good upstairs, then being referred to barbarism that is the ‘treatment’ I received from Megan and Shirrae, downstairs. They have cost me my health and my pay check. Please avoid these two WCB agents posing as “therapists” at all costs. Your injury will not be treated, instead, your injury will be relabeled as chronic pain, and they will tell their patients that they are failing to “block” that pain. Megan and Shirrae are a danger to all workers in their “care”. Do not believe a single word they say to you about anything, ever.

Expérience fantastique: As a native from sask. I went there and it was a very excellent experience the therapist was nice made me feel welcome and comfortable. Maybe the person complaining and bad talking this place is just an ugly person with an ugly attitude

Expérience fantastique: The only word I have for regina sports center Albert street location(1524 albert st) is outstanding. Amazing amazing amazing. Today it was my first visit at this location and everybody at front was awesome and super polite. Even my therapist though it was my visit but it didnt felt like I was rushed.Jennifer listened to all my issues patiently and even drafted the treatment plan.And i am hopeful that things will work if you have such caring and talented people. I have been to various other places but this was beyond words. I believe if you are treated nicely at front ,then all goes well Keep up your services like this always.

Expérience négative: That's all you got. I didn't use my name. My other google account is not accessible so this will have to do. I was there under the name Joanne Bolen, I stand by my formal complaint that I believe the reports were overly bias and meant to align with the bogus dx of MS by the most poorly rated neuro in Regina and reports from a disgraced NS, who's judgment is still on the internet. I sent the PT association documentation that I wrote on a hospital intake form my symptoms stared within days of the accident. Yet, PT wrote I said my symptom started 2wks after. Wrote I said I had ''spot'' in my vision and then wrote ''(which she had prior to the injury)''. Which I would never had said as that is a lie. Mild floater that almost everyone has but not spots which I ONLY had after the accident. And still affect my vision even tho my optic nerves are normal. I had trauma to the head yet was treated with such distain and not believed. Red flagged for saying I had too much back pain to return to work. Scans months later showed a t-11 disc herniation. PT wrote I said I drop things all the time at home, "But never drops things here''. Pretty sure a non WCB case would not had reports written like that. So yeah if I could give you a zero rating I would.

Expérience négative: Front desk girls are amazing. As for attending this place for a program with the downstairs is a hole different experience. They have like 6 staff and they watch your every move. Even stair at you while workout. It's creepy. They even follow you around. Very creepy and uncomfortable. Been there almost 5 months. I'm seeing my doctor and ask for a transfer to different physio. My pain isn't getting better. And can't stand being watched like a hawk by the staff. Many of us have noticed this.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Regina sports & physiotherapy for the past eight months . I have an 80% tear and a 70% tear in my shoulders. I worked with Jennifer Bruce throughout this time and she was amazing! She was so great at explaining all the exercises , how they worked , the benefits of each one and always taking the time to go through and demonstrate each one . Expérience fantastique: I had a Physiotherapy appointment with Alison Deis and it was a fantastic experience. Despite the fact that I was having a really good day and was in significantly less pain when I saw her than I had been in the past few weeks, I never felt like she was minimizing my issues in any way. She did a thorough assessment, gave me strategies for reducing the pain I experience with certain motions, and provided me with some exercises / stretches to do at home. She said she would email me them so that I didn't forget and I was pleasantly surprised that they actually have a portal which she added some personalized reminders to and listed the activities she had suggested, which included detailed explanations of the exercises.

It’s been a bit since I completed my treatment with her but wanted to leave a review about how amazing my experience was. This woman knew how nervous I was in the beginning and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and work slowly at my own pace. The time she took to educate me on my body and what I could do to continue to progress with my injury is something I still carry with me to this day. I will forever be grateful to her for giving a quality of life back I haven’t had in a long time. I miss seeing her every week and the amazing staff. You all were a true blessing and I thankyou so very very much for all your hard work!

Sound like from the other reviews this is a normal thing they do and say do not go! PS. didn't know that a surgically repaired shoulder pain was in my head...weird

Jessica Naylen is my physiotherapist and she has been nothing short of excellent. I highly, highly recommend this place. Come see for yourself.

Expérience fantastique: Went there for rehab after a bad head injury and got back to myself with all there help. Very friendly staff and always someone at the front desk with a smile. Would recommend this to anyone who wants or needs the help.

Expérience négative: This place keeps coming up on notifications to review so l will to stop the nuisance. I went there because l had a 90% tear of my main shoulder tendon with a damaged cuff. This is a very extremely painful situation. Though the person who did the initial evaluation kinda didn't do anything wrong... l just felt very frustrated with her. Half way through the appointment they are talking about me returning to work immediately and to just "breathe through the pain" l was not happy with them at all!! I will never go back and if asked l would tell people not to go there either. On a side note getting called due to a possible link to a covid 19 case a couple of days later was not a pleasant thing either. I didn't need the added stress of going to go get tested to be safe. In the end l went elsewhere and received much better and more compassionate treatment. And yes it was a false positive test in the end thankfully.

Expérience négative: I was at Regina Sports and Physio for 10 weeks about 6 months ago and the first thing you hear when you walk in the door is that if you don't have any redness or swelling, you don't have any pain. I have had chronic back pain for most of my life and I have never heard that statement before. The next best saying is: that if you tell your pain to stop it will. So for all of you with chronic back pain you now know what to do. Just tell it to stop and it will. I do not know where they come up with their information from. I told my sister who has severe migraines just to tell her migraines to stop and she thought that I was nuts. I think that Regina Sports and Physio employees should go back to school and learn what pain is. Maybe one of them will get seriously injured and learn what real pain is like. I would love to be there when it happens. As for Keith { the owner of Regina Sports and Physio} I do not know how he could give his own business 5 stars as he has never been patient there. Sounds like something fishy right or maybe just trying to keep the review number up. That is a severe conflict of interest
