Fantastic experience: Struggled with hip arthritis, limping and muscle atrophy in one leg for over 5 years. Negative experience: I didn’t enjoy the massage and left feeling worse than when I arrived. It was the least satisfying massage experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jessica Fenbow for face massage and lymphatic drainage treatments to reduce puffiness and swelling. My face always feels very relaxed and looks more sculptured after treatments. She's an excellent therapist overall and a pleasure to work with. I refer my clients to her when they need lymph drainage work and they have all been happy with the results also.

Fantastic experience: Olja was recommended to me by another chiropractor due to her expertise in Spinal Stenosis. Olja has helped me to improve my condition greatly and as a result I have essentially reduced the amount of my pain medication in half. Olja is excellent at asking questions and listening to my answers to get down to what is causing the issue. She has supplied me with a personal library of exercises that I can access online and perform at home. Using the same techniques, Olja has greatly improved the pain I was feeling due to my knee osteoarthritis. I would not hesitate to recommend Olja to anyone who is in need of chiropractic services.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with what I thought was sciatic nerve issues when I went to Activ Rehab. Olja after a couple of sessions believed it was arthritis in my hip - I had not been moving much and babying my left side - after seeing Olja about 4 times my mobility was 10 times better, i am now walking without limping and am able to do all of the exercises she has given me - I am getting stronger. Everyone in my family and at work have noticed I am no longer limping. I want to thank Olja so much!!!

Fantastic experience: After tearing my ACL, Naseem put together an exercise plan which included allowed me to spend all summer hiking and climbing in BC with a completely torn ACL! Fantastic experience: I came in a week ago with severe neck pain that was really disrupting my mental and physical health and lifestyle for over a month. I had a physiotherapist at a different clinic previously that did not help me at all after several sessions. After a bad flare up and one desperate phone call to Aktiv Rehab, Naseem Amani was able to squeeze me in for an assessment on the same day and figured out my issue within 45 minutes. Naseem is highly qualified and knowledgeable, and she gave me exercises that have pretty much cured my pain after just one week of doing them regularly. Fantastic experience: Dr. Olja is amazing! I came to Aktiv Rehab for a shoulder pain and injury that I felt like it will just never go away, but over time with my sessions at Aktiv Rehab my mobility and pain improved so much that I barely feel pain anymore and I'm able to positively enjoy my lifestyle and movement. I feel a lot stronger and pain-free since. I also committed to around 3 months of sessions here, but I saw a big difference even after my first session. Dr. Olja is professional, knowledgable and also empowering. She helped inspire me to get over certain mental blocks in my movement and view the body in a new light. Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience with Nas and at the clinic. I was treated with respect and made to feel safe during a period where I was suffering from pain. All practitioners were extremely helpful, and all of the support I recieved was designed to meet me where I was at, slowly building back the basics in terms of movement. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Naseem at Aktiv as she helped my recover from a bad back injury. I hurt my back one day while weightlifting and could barely do any physical movements. I’ve always had back issues and as someone who benefits from weightlifting and physical training as a solution to my mental health battles, I needed profession help to get me through. I was recommended Naseem through a gym friend and she helped soo much! She figured out stretches and routines that would got me back to my normal self and able to workout again!
