Fantastic experience: My experience with Will McDonald has been very satisfying. I met him through my mom's appointment and I watched how he informed her about her medical problem. I felt comfortable and he was very detailed. The communication back and forth regarding the stockings has been very prompt. I am very pleased with his service. Just like my mom with me, I would recommend his service to other friends and family.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Arthritis & Injury Care Centre with Dr. Samir Ouizi was excellent. The appointment started on time, the adjustment to my orthotics was done on the premises and I was able to walk out much more comfortable than when I arrived. Dr. Ouizi and the team at A&ICC are all professionals and I was impressed from the time of check-in to settling my bill once I was finished.

Fantastic experience: The staff are nice. We went to see Dough Iwasaki for helmet therapy if needed for flat head of my baby. Referral from physiotherapist or family doctor to see Dough if your baby needs helmet therapy less than 12months old. Thank you. My baby doesn't need helmet therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rihab Ouni was very professional and thorough in my assessment. She created a brace that day, so that I could start getting relief right away. It's been helping with the pain and my walking. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rihab Ouni if you need a podiatrist.

Negative experience: Both my initial appointment and my followup appointment where I bought $400 orthotics the clinic was late for my appointments. I feel that my time was disrespected and I'm not valued because my time is unimportant to this clinic. Won't be coming back.

Edit: Had my follow up appointment to pick up my orthotics - went very smoothly and great extra assistance by the front desk for all the reports and documents I needed to send to my health insurance folks to get my rebate.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I became well informed on my situation with plantar fasciitis. My many questions were answered. Exercises to do at home as well as orthotic insoles are paving the way to recovery. A friendly and wonderful experience all around.

Fantastic experience: Finally! I found someone who totally understood my issue (a diabetic ulcer on my left heel) and he knew exactly what was needed. I had been through a few different apparatuses, offloading boot, a diabetic conforming cast/boot and finally today I was given a true offloading sandal. My heel is suspended allowing it to be free of pressure which, I am hopeful, will promote healing. Thank you Andy. Your knowledge and professionalism is much appreciated. Fantastic experience: Been to 3 podiatrists. She was the first one to take the insoles out of my shoes to see where my pressure points were. Put in supports to see if it helps, which so far it has. Highly recommend her for her knowledge and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Their staff are literally God sends. They are the kindest souls, they work WITH you for appointments and treatments and everytime you go in, they are glowing and ready to help. Whether you are coming or leaving you feel so welcome. Aside from the amazing staff, Dr Mullins is probably one of Halifax's most attentive, kind and caring physicians. It is truly a blessing to have her as a part of my care team. She has went above and beyond, assisting with diagnosing different doctors, facilitating MRI's and referrals.. She follows up with CARE, takes note of appointments you have and makes sure you're covered. 11 out of 10.. or 6 stars out of 5 stars (if it was an option but 5 out of 5 will do). Thank you will never be enough.

She was very knowledgeable, she listened to everything I said and took the time to assess my foot. She recommended a preliminary care solution to help with swelling , a follow up date and a longer term plan to get things taken care of long-term. Great care.

Fantastic experience: The physician made a thorough assessment, making measurements of my feet, and taking impressions and records of my posture. In the follow-up appointment (included in the price of the initial assessment appointment), the physician had ready a special insert for the new footwear that I bought after the professional advice of the physician. My ache is reducing every day thanks to the assessment, the advice, and the supplies provided by the physician

Fantastic experience: Noah was very professional, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had exactly what I needed for my recovery. I could not ask for better service.

Negative experience: Website lied. I can only make appointments on Saturday due to work schedule. Which I also stated in my email. But they chose not to read that and chose to try and book me for a weekday. The person there needs to learn empathy and read the emails thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Doug to get fitted for an AFO. He was able to help me find the right AFO for my lifestyle so that I could stay active. He is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: They finally hired a Podiatrist about October of 2020 and he is fantastic! They called me as soon as he was available. I had an appointment with him on his very first day there! He is very experienced in his field and therefore knows the answers to all of the questions that a patient would ask of him. He cares about his patients. Also, the main receptionist there is very fast. She can keep up with multi-tasking. She is very professional. Where on this page does it say that there are NO Podiatrists at this particular clinic? It doesn't say that anywhere here! I called this office THREE times and went in person once to finally find out that there are NO Podiatrists at this clinic. I left TWO voice mail messages on their voice mail at this number requesting a call back about their services with a SORE FOOT but, never got a call back. I had to be the one to catch up to someone at this office before I finally found out that their services are NOT available to me.

Unfortunately this crazy COVID-19 pandemic has shut everything down so my son can't get the AFO'S yet but we are hoping everything will get back to normal soon and we can get them finally! ***UPDATE*** We got the AFO'S after I first wrote the review. Doug made after hour appointments with us so we could get them

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular patient of Dr. Johnston's - I get occipital nerve blocks every couple of months. Everyone there is so sweet. Highly recommended to anyone who has an injury or needs a little help.

Negative experience: Dr. Corkum or however you spell it didn’t even bother to see me. Got his/ her assistant to send me away after filling out all the paperwork. As if waiting for months for an appointment isn’t bad enough. These folks couldn’t care less, severely lacking in the customer service front.
