Fantastic experience: I have struggled with migraines for last few years. Agricola holistic offers acupuncture, I decided to try it. Samara, the acupuncturist at Agricola is the absolute best. Samara is very knowledgeable, extremely sympathetic to her patients struggles and needs. She shares details about her treatment. She makes recommendations. Regular visits to Agricola for acupuncture with Samara has been a blessing. I would also like to give a special thanks to the Agricola staff for being amazing every time.

I've had thoughtful and relaxing massages from both Tara and Arianna, they are both spectacular and incredibly helpful. I've done physio and chiro here as well, Dr Ryan the chiropractor is fantastic. All the therapists are really knowledgeable, personable and skilled. Highly recommend.

She is kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. Despite my ever-changing symptoms, she always had a really impressive range of new ideas to try, several of which really helped improve my quality of life. She also has an encouraging and uplifting way that is so helpful to counter the hopelessness that chronic pain can bring. The clinic is a really friendly and welcoming place to be and I always felt at ease there. Despite it being in a busier area, I was always able to find nearby street parking - huge bonus!

Fantastic experience: I originally went to Agricola Holistic Health looking for someone to dry needle a persistent injury in my shoulder. After subluxating my first rib over a year ago, I was still experiencing pain in my neck and jaw despite readjustments from chiropractors, physiotherapy and massage. I was also looking for treatment for tension in my elbow (my best guess, cubital tunnel syndrome.) I received my treatment from Sarah, who is an absolute legend. After my first dry needling session, I immediately regained mobility in my neck and shoulder, which I had not experienced in over a year. After my second session, the pain in my neck and jaw subsided as well. We also treated the tension in my forearms causing the elbow pain, which immediately calmed down after dry needling. Sarah was super accommodating to my slim budget, and was a pleasure to work with. Funny, chill and professional. Thank you for the fun sessions.

Fantastic experience: sarah (physiotherapist) has so much knowledge and i’ve gotten so much improvement in my pain since seeing her. she is a joy to be around, and i find myself looking forward to my appointments with her - as well as leaving afterwards in a much better mood than when i arrived. i love the whole vibe of agricola, and i’d recommend this place to anyone! a great space to go through exercises and work out bodily issues at i’ve also met with sydney (massage therapist) for a massage. she helped relieve a lot of my TMJ pain, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. she’s very easy to talk to and has a great understanding of how to use massage to help with pain. so great for both mental & physical health!!

Fantastic experience: Gillian is a great physiotherapist - she really helps make sure you understand how to activate the important muscles which makes me more hopeful in getting my strength to where it should be.

Negative experience: Extremely lovely front desk staff and physiotherapists, however the amount of times they cancel or change your appointment time is really unprofessional in my opinion. I was seeing a physiotherapist and had 3-4 separate appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment. I had another time where my therapist stopped working at their other location so they were going to reach out to her and call me back with a compromise/time that worked. I never heard from them. I finally reached out and re-booked and they called me 24 hours prior to my appointment to tell me that that physiotherapist was no longer going to be doing appointments, but training instead... so I'd have to work with someone else. I had enough at this point and opted to go elsewhere. Consistency of care is important in the healing process! Again, incredibly lovely receptionists and very knowledgable physio staff, but won't be recommending due to lack of organization and professionalism as a whole.

Fantastic experience: I’ve received massages from both Rob and Shayna. The Agricola Holistic Health Center is a very welcoming and relaxing place to be. Both massage therapists were excellent at checking in and ensuring a comfortable massage. They go above and beyond and often suggest stretches to continue with care at home! Would high recommend!

Fantastic experience: Shayna was great. She had reviewed the information from my consultation prior to our appointment, and knew why I was coming in (nerve pain through my left arm). When our appointment started, Shayna took a few minutes to explain what her process was and what she was going to do to try and help alleviate the pain. I felt that Shayna was prepared with a plan, and made a point of including me in that plan. Once the massage was over, I was given a set of range of motion exercises designed to continue helping my arm. Overall, it was a great experience I would highly recommend Shayna.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a prenatal massage (38 weeks!) with Ariane and she was wonderful. She was very attentive to my requests and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. This clinic is overall very welcoming, calming and full of experienced staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been getting messages from AHH for several years now and they never disappoint! The office is warm and welcoming and their message therapists are knowledgable and thorough. Rob has been my therapist for the last while and he's just the best! He's able to work out the stress I carry in my back and I'm always left feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I visit Maggie Sparling at Agricola Holistic Health pretty regularly for chronic pain management and the treatment of flair ups. I honestly couldn’t recommend her and the clinic more; they are always helpful, kind and respectful in regards to client care and actual treatment. They direct bill straight to my health insurance, which is a dream! It feels like a queer and BIPOC friendly atmosphere, I feel seen and cared for. And Maggie is always a true joy to see every month, so grateful to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic treatment at Agricola Holistic Health with Sam recently! I went in hoping to relieve some tension from my back/neck and to get help releasing my tight IT band. Sam knew just what to do to help and gave me some really useful tips after the treatment was over. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: For my shoulders, I've done chiro, pysio and massage from here and the practitioners are the best I've ever had. All of them are experienced and easy to get along with. In particular, I always look forward to massage sessions with Ariane. It always feels like catching up with a friend rather than a treatment session. After each session I already feel much better than before I came in. The at home exercises are a must and give great relief when the pain flares up.

I've had chronic low back pain and sciatic nerve pain for many years, and working with the physiotherapist, Sarah, has been the first time in a long time that I've had some relief from the pain. Her manner is very reassuring and she is very competent. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I started physio here over a month ago with Jill and was impressed by her attentiveness to my concerns and the way she thought carefully about the exercise regime she prescribed me. And when I voiced concerns about certain things she was quick to adjust to my needs. But what’s even better is I’ve noticed an improvement since seeing Jill. I decided to start seeing Jessica for massages shortly afterwards and I immediately booked in for another 3 weeks and booked my partner in after my first appointment. She had done her research, looking into my records with Jillian so she could tailor the massage to my personal needs. But what is even better is she gave a massage that was restorative rather than relaxing or painful. While I felt brief pain when she hit a knot, the release from that was 10x better. I can honestly say I’ve never had a massage like that before, where I left feeling improved - hands of an angel. Thanks to the whole team for making me feel cared for, relaxed, and restored.

Sydney is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The sessions have worked wonders on my back and I feel much lighter. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Agricola Holistic Health for massage therapy and physiotherapy for over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough! I started going because of a shoulder injury. I saw Alexa for physio. I could immediately tell she is highly skilled at the technical aspects of her job. She easily isolated the specific shoulder issues I was having and devised a plan to help me strengthen the muscles that were weak. It took a while but eventually I was able to get back to full capacity at my CrossFit box. She was also super friendly and personable—actively listening to all my concerns and not making me feel bad when I didn’t do my exercises! I’ve also seen Sarah a couple times while Alexa is on leave and would definitely recommend her too! She seems great. As for massage, I would highly recommend Jess, Sam, or Rachel especially if you want deep tissue, therapeutic massages. When I go to massage therapy, it’s not to relax, but basically as ongoing body maintenance for a very active lifestyle. I mostly see Jess and she is just amazing! She seems to know exactly why I’m feeling pain, soreness, tightness, etc., and easily treats it. I always feel better after. She is also very kind and personable, also answering all my questions with a high degree of competence and friendliness. I’ve had similar experiences with Sam and Rachel as well the few times I’ve seen them!! Definitely go see them!

Fantastic experience: The first time I saw Shayna for a massage it was on a whim as my regular massage therapist at another spot had to cancel day of and I was in for chiropractic care that day at this clinic and happened to ask if there was anything available. Best last minute decision I have ever made! I have seen many massage therapists and Shayna has the best and firmest pressure that I have ever experienced! A massage with her is always super effective and I always leave her treatment room feeling a million times better than when I went in! Shayna is very informative and very caring! To address my chronic sciatic pain Maggie used a combination of mobility, strengthening, and manual techniques that proved to be very effective. Maggie cares a lot about helping her patients and demonstrates this through her kindness, attention-to-detail, and effective treatment strategies.
