Fantastic experience: Ruby is fantastic, I wish I could rave more about her skills but I’m usually half way between sleep and comatose within the first few minutes of every massage. Which is probably a great testament to her skill come to think of it. Thank you Ruby!

Fantastic experience: Ruby, Jessica, Chad, Vera and Leslie are all fantastic. Ruby does massage, and is very respectful and flexible in terms of delivering what is needed on the day. Always gets a sense of what my needs are and then gets to work. She's really nice too. Jessica and Chad are the physio team and are very knowledgeable, personable and capable. Really happy with the progress that I have made in their care. Vera and Leslie run the admin side and are both welcoming and personable. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Lifemark with Pat Thompson has been very positive! He is an excellent physiotherapist who offers the latest evidence based treatment and advice. He is exceptionally caring and goes above and beyond at each appointment, taking the time to thoroughly discuss my progress, and explain and demonstrate next steps. Pat shares his thoughts and beliefs on the mind body connection and his simple, healthy approach to living an active lifestyle. This helps me to focus more on my health and less on injuries and my condition of osteoporosis. His expertise, support, and genuine concern for me is very much appreciated. Fantastic experience: I took my son today to see Jessica about his lower back and wrist pain. Jessica is very knowledgeable, kind and patient, she asked a lots details about my son’s training routine, then she came up some plans for the pain management with Chad. They both are very thoughtful and knowledgeable, one of the example was they demonstrated to my son (8 years old) many times to make sure he got the right stretch movement before let us go! Also Leslie at the reception make us feel so welcoming, she answered all of our questions with smile on. Such welcoming atmosphere in this clinic. Highly recommend for Jessica!

Fantastic experience: Came in with shin splints so bad there were days I couldn't walk. Jessica is very knowledgeable, thorough and great at what she does. She has made significant progress with me regaining mobility amd reducing pain. I would highly reccomend for physio! Edit: i feel as though I should also mention Chad, who joined my party of pain (management) recently. He and Jessica came up with a solution that has so far all but completely alleviated the pain in my shins. Its also worth mentioning everyone at the clinic is an absolute gem of a person; very approachable and kind and that the people who work on you are genuinely invested in your progress and recovery. Cant reccomend enough.

My husband experienced concussions several years ago and Patrick’s way of dealing with them has intrigued my knowledge of the science of our bodies as a Phys Ed teacher. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, I'm an athlete that has had several trips to Physio thru the years with zero success. That being said, I have been amazed at how good Leanne Huck has been. I had a severly damaged forearm that she was able to fix it using treatments I've never seen before. If anyone is a none believer of physiotherapy then please do yourself a favor and go see Leanne Huck at Lifemark, she is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found this centre. From the excellent front desk service by Vera to the amazing team, it is where I will recommend others seeking physio and other treatments to go. Just prior to the pandemic, I met Dr. Rosie Mullins, who is the doctor on staff there, for a rotator cuff tear injury. Initially, I started with virtual physiotherapy sessions with Leanne Huck and even virtually, it still exceeded my past experiences with physiotherapy. I met Leanne for the first time in person last week and she is simply amazing, skilled, energetic and motivating. In this clinic, they work interactively and I met Chad for my exercise session. He promptly followed up the session with an email outlining the specific exercises to do at home between sessions. All the exercises have a visual/video component. Leanne recommended her co-worker Patrick Thompson to try a session to treat vertigo and he is another gem on this dream team.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff they are so caring. they do thier best to always fit you in... vera and sarah on the front desk always a pleasure to see them.. I find my self going in early just to talk to them. Leanne she is one of a kind. the work she does with dry needling I think she has helped me get over my fear of needles. eric is great havent had alot of interaction with him but when I do she is nice to work with when he takes you into the gym he make you feel smart .. I always enjoy my time and recommend anyone to go in. Caleigh is amazing she always makes you feel relaxed and let's you pick music to listen to. I always love having conversations with her it's like getting a message and therapy all at the same time. I am here cause of a second car accident that happend is Oct and I called and they fit me in the day of the accident. I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My name is Theresa Connors and am a senior. I had a very bad attack of vertigo. I did not know what to do until a friend of mine told me about Lifemark. I called and got an appointment right away with Patrick Thompson. He was very nice and very empathetic to my condition. He was there for me whenever I needed him. His technique is great, I was no longer scared and knew he would make me better. The exercises he gave me to do helped me to function while we worked on getting me better. I am now no longer getting dizzy but I know I can call or text him if it happens again. Lifemark is very fortunate to have such a great physiotherapist.

Have gone to lifemark for physio, dry needling, acupuncture, rehab and RMT -- Leanne (physio,dry needling, rehab etc) and Monica (RMT) are top in their field. Leanne is an amazing professional and a deep listenerwho really knows her stuff. Monica is one of the most talented RMTs i know and is worth driving in from Cow Bay to see every time. She os an intuitive healer without realizing it. The staff at this location are also wonderful - from admin to all the specialists. Highly reccommend.

Fantastic experience: Lifemark SMU consists of a very friendly and welcoming team, right from the reception staff to Caleigh Robertson, my massage therapist, as well as to Dr. Chuck Dauphinee, my Chiropractor. Caleigh’s deep tissue massage is deep but gentle and her easy-going and chatting away attitude brings additional relaxation. Love her. Chuck makes you laugh. He is not only great at reading your body structure, he sees through other areas of your life as well. Love his laugh. I very much enjoy going to Lifemark SMU for my appointments. What I get are effective treatments and a good laugh.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Chuck Dauphnee for a few years now. He is the best one out there. He has a very distinctive approach of understanding your body and not generalizing, he gets to the root cause of the issue and treats it appropriately, then he will inform of ways to mitigate any future issues. He is super nice and welcoming, and gives off a good sense of security. I see him now on a regular basis for maintenance and I highly recommend him as a chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Halifax a couple years ago and needed to find a new chiropractor and massage therapist and luckily through word of mouth I found Lifemark. I get a lot of neck and back stiffness from my job and Chuck for chiro sets me straight every time (pun intended). And I highly recommend Shawn for massage therapy too. Between both those guys I always feel great afterward. They’re both super nice people who really know what they’re doing and are just great at their respective jobs. Highly recommend them and Lifemark if you’re looking for a new place.

She knows her stuff and is great at helping you learn how to help yourself in between visits. There is no one like her.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for treatment ranging from shoulder issues to back pain for over 2 years now. The treatment received from all of the staff ranging from the physiotherapists to the chiropractor has been phenomenal. The entire staff team is incredibly friendly and supportive. They provide a wide range of treatments (I've received dry needling, cupping, adjustments, theragun to full mobility routines.) I would without a word of lie be a broken mess without them instead I've been able to progress in my sport without major issues stopping me! Could not recommend anyone else than this clinic

Fantastic experience: On the back of a recommendation from a colleague I hobbled in to Lifemark with a dodgy knee and I ended up running a marathon. Leanne, Lindsey, Chuck and the rest of the team were instrumental in getting me back into regular exercise, and then helping me exceed what I thought I would be able to accomplish in running. My knee would flair up and become very uncomfortable after running 5km, but through the work they did and the advice they gave me I was able to start racking up the kilometers. They are a great team that combines energy and motivation with a personal approach to get the best out of your body. Highly recommended.
