Her technique is simply outstanding—she intuitively knew exactly where my tension was and worked through it with a perfect balance of gentle pressure and care. I left the session feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and much lighter both physically and mentally. Fantastic experience: The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Wether it is in person or booking/questions over the phone. My massage therapist is Tracy. She’s amazing, she is very knowledgeable and has excellent bed side manner she knows when I would like to chat and when I just need to relax. She makes you feel very comfortable. She truly cares about her clients and their well-being. Wether it be a maintenance massage, working out some knots or heaven forbid something worse —she’s your masseuse!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Lifemark Bayers Road since September 2022 for treatment from a MVA. I have been seen my Adam for physio and Tracy for massage and more recently Isaac for conditioning and exercise. The staff have been exceptional, everything from scheduling and front desk and accommodating my very busy schedule to fit all my 3 appointments back to back in the same day, to follow up asap if there is a cancellation or issue. My treatment has been phenomenal. I can't say enough good about my therapists. They don't make you feel like just a patent or client but more like family. They genuinely care about you and it shows. I highly recommend Lifemark Bayers Lake! If 10 stars were an option, they get it for me!

Negative experience: These jokers make you wait around for nothing. I am booked in their system for 1pm but they tell the hiring company the appointment is at 12:30pm. Then the hiring company tells me to be here 15 minutes early to fill paperwork (which takes 2 minutes). I highly suggest, if you are booked for anything with this company, to call ahead and confirm the ACTUAL time of your appointment. Being here 45 minutes early unnecessarily is a total waste of my time!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using the services provided by this business, and I had a very good experience from start to finish. My massage therapist, Tracy, was excellent. She assessed my needs quickly and efficiently, and gave a skilled, and very effective treatment. Hours later, I'm still feeling relaxed and pain-free! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Great service. Conveniently located. Effective, timely treatment by physiotherapist (Steve on both occasions). Friendly and helpful staff. Have attended for two separate injuries over the last couple of years and would not hesitate to go again if required.

Fantastic experience: Armie is a top notch Massage Therapist! I have searched high and low for the perfect practitioner. I listened to friends and family and have tried their referrals, I've researched reviews for clinics and individuals, I've tried MULTIPLE clinics from Halifax to New Glasgow and no one can compare to or even come close to the service Armie provides! I've recently been receiving physio and massage treatment for a MVA, but I use to use other clinics for preventative maintenance (my job is very physically demanding). I've experienced a few different clinics and practitioners over the years, but If you're looking for a great massage then make sure to book with Armie! She has provided the absolute best service I've ever received!

Fantastic experience: I like the location with designated parking spaces. Everything is flat, no stairs or elevators which is ideal for those with mobility issues or chronic pain. They follow strict Covid protocols and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Negative experience: Extremely rude and unprofessional

Positive experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Although I would not have another massage there. Her nails were too ling and dug into my back. Not very relaxing. Also not a full hour. My physio guy mahhad was super helpful and very nice.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Public Health to get my final shot of TB for school, they closed because of Covid but didn't get in contact with me that they were closed. Had to have the second shot by a certain time or I was not going to be able to participate in clinical for my school. Jackie at Lifemark squeezed me into her busy schedule and not just me several people from my school that had appointments with public health as well!! In saying that Jackie stepped up and took those appointments. A huge thank you to Lifemark for going above and beyond for us!! 5 Stars allll the wayyy!!

Fantastic experience: I brought both my children to Shara Quinn the Physiotherapist, especially my daughter, Shara is great with her, provided her with feasible exercises that she needed to help her improve form her issue, and Bethany Wright is my daughter's massage therapist she suggested to see another practitioner to help with her condition, both Shara and Bethany took my daughter seriously and my daughter is getting better ever since, we have direction in how to deal with her issues- this team is amazing!!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an excellent experience with nurse Jackie Hartley-Langille. She went to extreme lengths to gather information regarding our planned trip to Australia/Asia. When we left Jackie we felt very comfortable that we had the proper vaccinations/inoculations for our trip.

Fantastic experience: Shara has helped me recover from a shoulder and knee injury on separate occasions. Her assessments are always thorough and she takes the time to explain details about your diagnosis, exercises and treatment plan. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great service and great results to overcome an ankle problem. Shara Quinn, physiotherapist, provided a program of exercises and adjustments. Bethany Wright, massage therapist, gave therapeutic massages to remove the knots in my legs. Paul Makinen, pedorthist, provided custom orthotics and an ankle brace. Result: hiking trips with no ankle pain and no feeling of instability.

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident where my back and neck were injured and going to lifemark helped me get back to feeling like my normal self. Everyone that works there is so sweet and accommodating. I felt very safe and comfortable as they helped me recover. I would absolutely recommend lifemark to anybody who needs physiotherapy services.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Lifemark with both Shara (Physio). Shara greatly helped in my journey dealing with ITB Syndrome in both my knees, stemming from muscular and flexibility imbalances. She accurately assessed my issue and targeted the origin of the issue, the failure of my glute med to activate and worked from there.

Fantastic experience: I went to Lifemark in August 2016 to get treatment with my concussion symptoms and again in April 2017 with vertigo symptoms. Shara was my PT and was caring, professional and very knowledgeable, just a great person and a great PT! I feel my recovery, wouldn't of happened as quick without her help.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Thoriugh treatment with OT, work hardening and physiotherapist, I surprisingly made many functional gains after being off work for a year. I have been working with Shara who has been great, there have been days that I go in and feel so frustrated, but by the time I leave I feel much better. Fantastic experience: From the first moment I walked in I felt cared for after my MVA in March 2019. The front desk ladies explained everything to me more so than my insurance company. Which I was so thankful for. I have received excellent treatment from my physio therapist; Massage therapist and from Paul Makinen my Pedorthist. You feel cared for and listened to most of all. Hard to find that combination today. My massage therapist Allison is amazing she hits all the right spots. Very skilled I must say. Steve is excellent as well in physiotherapy. He listens well and addresses your concerns. Explains everything to you. Why he is doing what he is doing and the course of treatment and why. The days when you feel you have been hit by a mac truck he is understanding. He has a gentle approach but still gets the job done. Paul my Pedorthist affirmed what I had thought in regards to my treatment. That getting my feet in alignment would help all the other areas come in alignment as well. This would also help in my healing from my other injuries. If you are having back trouble due MVA or other reasons. I would see Paul. The Bayers road clinic is the best I have ever been to, in regards to all around good care. This is a 5 star establishment.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on February 7, 2018. My insurance company sent me to Lifemark Bayers Road to start the recovery process to heal from whiplash. Bethany Wright was my massage therapist and what a delight it was to have her in my corner to help with my recovery. She was professional and worked very hard to assist in my healing. She always displayed such great encouragement and concern. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Bethany Wright to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Shara a few weeks ago for severe knee pain that came on each time I went hiking. As much as I didn't want to, I ended up having to stop hiking because the pain was unbearable. After the first visit I could feel relief and continue to feel it after each visit. From the exercises to help strengthen my muscles, the cupping, the dry needling, suggestion for massage, to her patience, I'll be back on the trails in no time (and can't wait)! Fantastic experience: Bethany is a very skillful massage therapist. As an experienced runner, I make use of massage therapy regularly. Bethany's deep tissue massage really helps in working out any muscle problems that arise. She is probably one of the best massage therapist I have worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I saw Shara after I began to develop shin splints while training for a half marathon. With only a week or two to go until the race, Shara was able to not only get rid of the pain from my shin splints but gave me some great exercises that has made it so I haven't had them since. Would highly recommend Lifemark and Shara in particular. She is very knowledgeable and extremely great to deal with!

Fantastic experience: This is the second year I've required treatments at Lifemark Bayers Road. With Amee on maternity leave, Shara Quinn has stepped into the fray to help me out this year with problems with my hamstring, left leg. Shara is putting me through the paces, with treatments during my appointments and the assignment of lots of exercises at home. It's a long road back, but slowly but surly I've feeling better. Shara's positive attitude and gentle encouragement are paying off. I won't be running a marathon but my mobility and qualify of life are greatly improving. Thanks, Shara.

Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic because they were close to my apartment after suffering a fall. Shara taught me a lot of useful exercises and did a great job lowering my pain level, and the admin staff worked with me in a tough spot. I hope I don't need to use their services again, but if necessary I'm glad they're on my side.

Fantastic experience: I had a travel health appointment with Jackie and it was a very positive experience. She was very friendly and warm and helped me feel prepared for the trip. She gave me a LOT of current information. This appointment was $30 cheaper than the public health clinic and although I haven't been there I'd say there is no compromise on the service.
