Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Ritesh, my physiotherapist, for anyone dealing with muscle pain. After less than a month of sessions for my right thigh muscle pain, I’m back to normal. His treatment is effective, and he takes the time to provide detailed explanations of the machines used and the overall treatment plan. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I booked with Ritesh after feeling that my recovery process at another physio clinic had stagnated. Ritesh really took the time to go through what was currently still causing pain/discomfort, explain the physiological mechanisms of what is causing the pain, and lay out a treatment plan. He regularly checked in with how I'm feeling and quickly built up a relationship of trust throughout my treatment. It has been very clear that Ritesh has a wealth of knowledge and experience that can make you feel confident in the care and attention he will provide. I can truly say that the (almost) a year that I was going to my previous physio clinic does not equal the few months I have been going to Ritesh. I have seen considerable improvement in a short time and I feel that there is a plan in place to strengthen my body and help prevent future injury too. Fantastic experience: I am a senior who fell and fractured pelvic and groin area. No surgery required but within a couple of weeks after returning from hospital I started getting severe muscle pains along while still having severe pain in the injured area. I contacted Ritesh in tears. He saw me immediately relieving some muscle pain. He fully understood my injuries and explained what was happening to my body. He was able to get copies of my xrays and scans to allow him to set up an exercise for weight bearing and added new exercises as my body was able to do them. He is patient and fully explained the muscle areas and how my fall, injuries and muscles are related. He always listens each time I see him and continues to work to getting my body back to where it was. He gives positive comforting

I took my father there for sharp pain in his left shoulder and with just 3 sessions, his shoulder was so much better. He used the dry needling technique and provided exercises to help with recovery. Fantastic experience: Excellent service !! Big thanks to Dr. Ritesh Sinha. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had visited 4 physiotherapists for my arms. There was no improvement rather pain increased, in my legs and arms. From last one year, every physiotherapist was giving me treatment of tennis elbow for my arm. I got frustrated and started looking for different physiotherapists. It was a great decision that I came to recovr physiotherapy. Dr. Ritesh diagnosed my problem, and he said I actually don't have tennis elbow ! He said I would be better soon. After explaining the plan for treatment. Immediately, he started working on it. He applied Lazer, Shockwave, and a few dry needling. It was just like a quick recovery after 1st treatment. He did ask me to continue your daily work while others said a complete rest, which was difficult with kids. After every visit I started getting better and better, no pain at all. Now, after one month I am feeling good. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee and had been to a couple different physiotherapists with little improvement for a few months so I decided to try Recovr. It proved to be the right decision. Ritesh diagnosed the injury right away and was clear and transparent with my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: It's rare to see a perfect 5.0 on Google. But I tell you what, they deserve every bit of it. I've seen a lot of reviews of Ritesh, however I've had my session with Saravanan, and he deserves equal praise. Went in for a shoulder injury I sustained through work almost a decade ago, and after two surgeries I thought I'd never get back to normal. But, by the end of my first session with him I went from having ~75% movement to full mobility after only a few well placed IMS needles. It's staggering how knowledgeable Saravanan is, to the point that it seems he knows more about my body than even I do most times. And, I've found that he, along with the rest of the staff are always in a cheery and welcoming mood and eager to help however they can. I couldn't be happier with the work being done there, and its really heartening to see everyone else sharing that sentiment. If you're on the fence about booking a visit, let the rating speak for itself, every one of those 5 stars are well earned.

Fantastic experience: I've always been very nervous to try physiotherapy. Unfortunately, due to a collision, I had to start. Fortunately for me, I've been very well taken care of by Dr.Ritesh. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review 5 days after the second session of Physiotherapy, hoping others would benefit from it. I met with a motor vehicle accident in 2019 and since then I have been suffering with upper and lower back (radiating down the leg at times) pain on and off. I was tired of taking pain medications for the past 4 years. I heard about Ritesh Sinha PT, met with him hoping for some relief / recovery to my back pain. After carefully listening to me, he did a thorough assessment of my Spine and hip Joints. He demonstrated the tightness in the muscles and the difference in both hip joints. I was surprised to see how my hip joints acted differently. The first session of treatment with dry needling was a “Good feel- sore experience” lasted for 2 days but I could sense that complete relief of back pain and back to near normal flexibility. I did all the exercises, he taught me. The 2nd session of dry needling was carried out from the base of my skull to the Sacrum and the Glutes. This time the post needling soreness lasted for 1 day. Since then, there is complete relief of pain, and stiffness which lasted on and off for 4 years is gone. I can’t say enough “THANK YOU” to Ritesh PT for listening to me and treating me appropriately. I will not hesitate to recommend Ritesh PT and the RECOVR physiotherapy clinic for any Musculoskeletal or Neurological Disorders that requires Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Treatment here restored function in my wrist and included education on self management that I could easily incorporate in my daily life. Saravanan provided me different options on treatment. This flexibility let me experience many modalities, and the ones that worked best I used again. Patience is required for some treatments and I was pleasantly surprised when pain and mobility was restored after some straightforward looking adjustments. It just didn't feel like that right away. Treatment here has restored wristfunction so I could restart weightlifting and helping out at home.

Physiotherapists and staff people are very nice, helpful and listen to you at first place so they make a plan for recovery. Ritesh was very helpful and addressed my pain issues effectively, I felt better just after my first visit. Ritesh is very knowledgeable in what he does, explaining you this and that before he starts with the treatment and after.
