Fantastic experience: I've gone to a few chiropractor clinics in the past, Matt is by far one of the most attentive and knowledgeable individuals I have met in the field. He makes you feel very welcome, bed side mannerisms are amazing, and he takes the time to really listen to your needs and target your sore spots. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After having my office job for three years my back decided to give up this spring. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my summer without the incredible help of the entire team at Freedom Physical Therapy. I have quite a bit of health anxiety and from my first phone call to book with Manwinder in chiropractic up to receiving a check in email from Nathan in Physiotherapy they were all patient. Everyone was informed and helpful with how to get the most out of what my insurance covered. The front desk was fantastic at working with my schedule and organizing payments. Hopefully nothing else happens to my body but if it does I know where to go!

Fantastic experience: Nathan Lentz is the best! He helped me come up with a gameplan to help me get my body back to optimal condition for weightlifting and combat sports. He was really easy to get along with and with his gameplan, I can once again lift iron, engage in mutual combat with my fellow combatants, and open giant jars of peanut butter. Fantastic experience: Joey was wonderfully educational and spoke to my daughter (8yrs) at a level she could understand. He listened to her and only asked me for confirmation on minor details. They have accommodated after work appointments for us to continue coming for treatment. Very happy with the facility and services provided.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend if you are recovering from a sports injury. Nathan has helped greatly in recovering from a climbing injury that has bothered me for several months. He put me on a well structured plan with goals and a timeline. We were able to meet all goals while still climbing once per week. The exercise/stretch list was updated each week, with clear instruction for each one. Nathan checked in frequently to make sure the exercises were performed correctly and corrected me several times throughout the weeks. Thanks for all the help.

Fantastic experience: Updated review: After needing the services of Freedom Physio for almost 2.5 years I can safely say I wouldn't go anywhere else. ALL the staff here are amazing, from front desk staff (Lorna, Jashan, Karlee) to the various treatment providers - Emily and Sofia especially, but also Andrea, Jenna, Holly, Danelle, Fiona, yes even Matt the list goes on! They helped me through the lows of my injury to get to where I am now and I am so happy to be getting on with my life in a more normal capacity. Thank you everyone! The staff here are great. Bryce and Nicole are excellent! Working with my WCB case has been headache free!

This facility stood out to me due to their website and branding. And proximity to my home. Upon calling their front staff was incredibly kind and helpful and took the time to ask around my question to their staff. They called me back to connect me with Nathan. Nathan has been patient, calm, kind and is incredibly knowledgeable. He communites very clearly and effectively creates a program tailored to your needs while consistently asking you lots of questions. I definitely recommend this facility and Nathan. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the staff here, goals and the exercises needed to achieve them were straightforward and assistance and clarification was prompt and effective when requested. As well, working with Nathan as a climber made tracking progress and defining my limits a easy and enjoyable process. Highly recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: Went to Freedom Physical Therapy for my arthritic knee. Was quite skeptical when I first arrived. Didn't think physio would help much, but Nathan was my physiotherapist and he was fantastic. Explained the process to me in detail and gave me some exercises that helped immensely. All the staff are very friendly and they even have a couple of four-legged staff members who are just as friendly. Would highly recommend Freedom Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had issues with my shoulder from work, climbing, etc and I went to Freedom looking for help with managing the pain. Nathan was my physiotherapist and was not only able to help me manage my pain, but he helped me handle and work towards overcoming it. The quick hands on experience I had with him sometimes felt almost better for my shoulder than an entire hour long massage. He was able to give me exercises to help with my shoulder and was able to modify and accommodate them to help work better for my lifestyle. Since I started going to freedom, my shoulder has felt so much better and I’m able to work, climb, and do so much more without the pain I used to feel! I would highly recommended trying Freedom Physical Therapy if you’re at all curious, I’ll definitely recommend them in the future!

Fantastic experience: I was recently in an accident and having never been through the process before. The lady at the front desk Lorna was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining the process and steps when getting into a motor vehicle accident. Not only were they able to get me in right away for assessment and treatment as it’s best to do it sooner than later. Their hours are very convenient so I didn’t have to take any time off work. My physiotherapist Andrea has been amazing to work with in my recovery journey. Also very friendly and it doesn’t feel like you’re talking to a stranger the whole time you’re there. 10/10 would recommend Freedom Physical Therapy to anyone. Also they have cute dogs there

Fantastic experience: I have a recurring injury on my right elbow and my therapist Emily cured it, then just this spring I had an 2nd degree tear on my bicep so I made an appointment to Emily again. She is very good at what she does, and very nice too.

Fantastic experience: Physiotherapy: Fiona Styles-Tripp - She realized, diagnosed, and solved a pelvis/SI joint issue that I've had for over 15 YEARS that no other practitioner noticed. Everyone else said I had a leg length discrepancy and she realized...no I do not and corrected a twisted sacrum which resolved the issue and leveled my hips for the first time in over 15 years. I would have lived crooked forever had I not discovered her. Chiropractor: Matt Carson - Amazing. He explains what is happening with you biomechanically so you understand what is wrong and he creates a clear, through, and workable plan to get you pain-free and back to strength. The perfect balance of expertise and down-to-earth approach that makes you comfortable. Massage: Jackson Chu - Wonderful massage, his knowledge goes way beyond just massage and first time ever I tried Craniosacral Therapy and it is now a new favorite. Other: The clinic is clean, the front staff are wonderful, lots of good parking, and you can direct bill with many insurers. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: Nathan is such a great physio. We've been working together for about 4 months now, and he has really been an essential part of me going from debilitating back pain (bulged discs) to being able to walk, jump, dance and get up off the floor without any assistance or tools. He really takes a lot of pride in helping you feel better and move better, he listens to your needs and really tailors the exercises and stretches to exactly what you need, when you need it. Fantastic experience: Started with one of their massage therapists, Jackson. I've spent years trying to find a good one who actually fixes some issues instead of doing general things that help the larger muscles but do nothing for the intricate muscles. Forewarning though, he will make you want to jump off the table as he will utilize pressure points and whatnot, but it's FULLY worth it. Not what I would call a relaxing massage, but certainly a reparative massage which is what I look for. Next, Jackson referred me to one of their physical therapists Emily who has helped me a lot with my shoulders, neck, and upper back. She is quite skilled at finding the sore spots and when she does dry needling, it's barely felt most times. She even may have helped me to solve my chronic migraine issue by discovering an extremely tight muscle in my neck where the pain originates from, even though I originally just went in for severe shoulder and upper back pain that was hindering my ability to do my job. Overall, I am quite happy with the decision to go with Freedom Physical Therapy. The people who have helped me have been very pleasant to interact with, that includes the receptionist, and they do their jobs well. As I've only had a handful of appointments, though there is now newfound energy and have got the bounce in my step back.

The staff is super friendly, knows you by name and take their time with each patient they see throughout the day even if they are extremely busy! They are very attentive to your needs and progress. Positive experience: I see Bryce at Freedom physiotherapy and he prepared my shoulder for rotator cuff surgery and now I’m seeing him for the after care. Fantastic experience: CuiHong Yao (acupuncture) is the absolute best. She has helped me and my husband for years . I had hyper emesis gravidarum in my last pregnancy which she helped me through. She helps a lot with getting rid of stress. Love her!

Fantastic experience: Very impressive staff. I went through vehicle collision in the beginning of 2023 since then getting my therapy at Freedom PT and already feeling way better. I got physiotherapy from Andrea Young, Chiro from Matt Carson and massage from Rajvinder Kaur. If you are reading this review, you are going to a right place.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain when I hobbled into their office on a Sunday in June. They were all very caring and accommodating. They treated me like I was being heard and never made me feel foolish for complaining about the Pain. They have worked with me for a week now and I am feeling better, much less pain. His customer service is amazing as well. I highly recommend him! Only I don’t like the colour of sheets on the massage table, it’s quite drab.
