Aside from being pushed to my limits Paul’s knowledge and well informed of getting you back to a normal life safely was beyond what I could ever asked for. Negative experience: Would never recommend this place. They over book so you only see someone for 5 minutes. They do not update the exercises they email you. The exercises u can it do at home as you do not have the equipment.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Siva and Rachel for a concussion and they have been so amazing and so kind. I really can't recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I found the group program was not as effective as I had hoped. Some exercises could not be replicated at home and no direction for substitutions was provided. Also, the only video of exercises that was provided was at the start of the sessions. Paul suggested that I bring a notebook to record the new additions each week...not helpful. Also it would have been useful to get feedback on which exercises I should concentrate on as the shear number of exercises was daunting. At the end I was told a new exercise video would be sent to me. As of yet I have not received it and I have called them once to enquire re this. Not a helpful program to assist with my recovery. Private will be the way to go moving forward

Shows me the exercises to do, watches me do them & encourages me to take my time. Recommends ways to do the exercises at home with equipment i would have in my home. My physiotherapist is Paul Varghese. He is very knowledgeable & kind. He makes time to answer all my questions. I enjoy my time there even when the exercises are tough. As well the staff are friendly, courteous & professional! Can’t say enough good things.

Fantastic experience: Broke my Humerus back in January, extremely painful and depressing :( Started seeing Siva in February and I'm happy to report that I am well on my way to full mobility! I look forward to my sessions as I always feel better leaving than when I initially arrived. Fantastic experience: I have visited various massage therapists for the relief of stiff muscles and tension in my upper body, and after seeing Tammy I haven’t stopped since! Tammy is an excellent massage therapist that addresses her clients needs, and creates a relaxing environment. She is able to effectively find knots and release it - I’m always feeling a lot better and less tense after each session. I highly recommend Tammy for anyone seeking massage therapy!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Paul for the last three treatments and his assessment is very organized and detailed. He listens attentively and follows up with the treatment plan. He even followed up with my previous x-ray and explained it briefly, very kind and professional recipient. We have made great progress towards a full recovery! I recommend it.

Negative experience: Yesterday my son has an appointment @ 18:45 but I received a called @ 13:15 saying that If it better that my son will come at 19:00 because Dr Siva is running late with all his appointment booked. We give them a favor of coming my son @ 19:00 but unfortunately 5 minutes before 19:00 , I received a call that we are the one running late and they will charge us suppose to be $50 as "NO SHOW". I said to the receptionist how come that your passing the fault on us and i said I have an evidence that someone leave a voice mail on my phone asking us to come at 19:00. Then they agreed that my son to come now and we exactly reached Revive @ 19:00. Then only 5 minutes , my son call me that He is done.Really,that the way they do the treatment ??? Receptionist is very rude and not accomodating.Never smile and no eye contact. I will never never recommended that place to all my families and friends. Bad place to go if you need a physio.HALF STAR!!!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Revive Albany following a total hip replacement. Paul completed an initial assessment and asked what my goals in recovery were. He gave me an exercise program that was appropriate to assist with my recovery. The exercises were the right degree of challenge and difficulty, and I achieved my goals in less than six weeks. I was also given a link to instructional videos for each exercise that I found very beneficial. I would recommend Paul and the team at Revive Spine and Sport Physiotherapy Albany to anyone needing physiotherapy.

Negative experience: If I can rate this below zero I would have. I had a treatment plan with this location due to an accident I was involved in. All the treatment I had with the physiotherapist at this location is having me lay on the bed and apply heat pads. No massage, nothing at all. Unprofessional staff.

Fantastic experience: Paul helped me in a situation where no one else would. My wife had extreme sciatica pain after she delivered a baby. He helped me throughout the treatment when she wasnt able to put any weight on the leg, we are still visiting Paul for her physio sessions. Paul is best at what he does.

Fantastic experience: I went to Revive for the first time after delivering a baby. I started having a severe leg pain after delivery. I was kind of bed ridden when I first saw Paul for physiotherapy. And within a month I started walking now. I am still recovering from pain, but Paul did an amazing job. He is so patient and experienced about his profession. I would highly recommend this place.

They have worked their expertise on me and I can now move my arm freely without pain. The staff are fantastic, very easy to talk to, very caring. Fantastic experience: Paul is excellent. He incorporates cutting edge research into his treatments. He spends quality time with you to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit out of each exercise. He also provides you with access to a virtual platform that has your individualized program on it. Our orthopaedic surgeon even commented on the quality of the treatment program.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience here and wouldn’t recommend if you have a hand injury. My recovery was delayed by 3 months because for 3 months I came here based off my family doc recommendation. For 3 months there was no progress on my injury. I went back to my family doctor and got recommended to a hand rehab specialist and they did more improvement in 1 week than Revive did in 3 months. Additionally, my appointments were usually only 15 minutes long. Probably because I was a wcb case they saw this as an easy money grab and only saw me for 10-15 minutes per appointment. First appointment was only paperwork and they didn’t even look at my injury. The staff are good and nice and I have no doubt they are good for other types of injuries. The team has good physio’s but no hand specialists. Thats why im giving 2 stars and not 1. However for anything related to hands please please please go to a hand specialist that has all the tools and expertise. I wasted 3 months by coming here.

Fantastic experience: highly recommended, I had a problem with tendosynovitis all over my right arm and tension and stress on my face and headache, I couldn't even take pills and thanks to the consultations with Dr. Siva I feel much better with only 3 or 4 sessions I feel fully recovered.

Positive experience: Paul is an excellent physiotherapist and helped me a lot doing all that he could to get me AHS coverage for a multiple break of my ankle and wrist resulting in surgery. I did find that he moves quickly on exercises for me having some memory problems but when I addressed this with him he was wonderful in explaining and being caring. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough great things about this clinic, they have amazing staff and physiotherapists!! I have been working with Pooja who is a pelvic floor physiotherapist and she has made me feel so comfortable throughout a very difficult time for me. She has been very helpful in treating me and educating me on treatment plans related to the pelvic floor. I have been attending appointments with her for over two months now and have already seen a massive difference and so hopeful that continuing to work with her will increase my progress overtime. Fantastic experience: I had Paul for the beginning of my treatment, he was very attentive and cared about my healing process, easy to talk to, very nice, always a productive session too. He had a vacation coming up so I didn’t have him for my whole treatment but the time I had him for was great. Then I had Siva for the remainder of my treatment, he followed Paul’s treatment plans and put care into my healing process as well, both Siva and Paul took the time to listen about any concerns and how I was feeling. Fantastic experience: Went in with multiple years of back pain and decreased mobility. After the first session there was a noticeable improvement. As I have continued with my therapy my pain continues to decrease and my mobility improves. I wish I hadn’t waited so long.

Fantastic experience: Had 5 visits with Rachel Fowler for treatment of a lower herniated disc. All treatment was explained before implementing. Treatment was spot on as I'm as good as before. Would defiantly recommend and will go absolutely revisit Revive and Rachel in the future if I need treatment. The clinic is clean with efficient staff. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Paul for any post surgery therapy! Professional and friendly staff, clean, organized and calm environment. He found out what’s best for my recovery plan and is very attentive. He doesn't treat you in a “cookie cutter” style even tho having multiple clients in the clinic at the same time. An initial assessment was completed by my therapist to find out what my specific goals were. He developed a plan that was personally designed to slowly increase my strength and stamina and the ability to walk properly once again. I have now reached the point where my walking and balance are steady. I would highly recommend Revive Spine and Sports Physiotherapy due to their expertise in the field. They are also to be commended because of their care and compassion especially to the Senior clientele.

Fantastic experience: Revive Spine & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic... I could write endlessly about how amazing this clinic is! I had reconstructive knee surgery in May of 2018 and I did a little bit of physio at a couple different clinics but always left feeling like they never truly cared about me. I called Revive on a rain day from work to make an acupuncture appointment as I am always in pain and to start the woman who answered the phone was so nice and understanding and fit me in right away and needless to say I am now a full time patient of Paul who has absolutely changed my life and I'm not over exaggerating, he is so knowledgeable and truly cares about you and explains everything you need to know about your area of pain, the internal mechanics and what to do to help it get better and stronger, thank you Paul and Revive!! I highly recommend Paul, he goes above and beyond anyone I have ever met in this field, always makes sure you are understanding everything he is doing and why, plus he's super personable. I have been seeing him in the clinic for almost two months now and the difference in strength, mobility and pain reduction is night and day, I am so thankful and can't wait to see where I am in another 2 months.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and very thorough treatments every time I visit Siva at Revive. He helped me to understand the causes of my problem areas and what I could do to alleviate the pain. I was e-mailed really good exercises with visuals that I can follow along on my computer or iPhone. The staff are super nice and always accommodating with last minute appointments/emergency appointments and the clinic is impeccably clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physio treatment. 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful facility to heal injured body parts! Physiotherapist Siva is kind, professional and knowledgeable about gentle movement exercises in the path to recovery. He is easy to work with and I found acupuncture beneficial in recovery, along with the exercises. The front desk staff provide professional service and I look forward to their warm smiles when greeted at the door, or saying farewell, with each appointment. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I first arrived at this clinic over a month ago to rehabilitate me left knee. After suffering a dislocation my knee was feeling weak and even though I had some treatment at a previous clinic, I could feel the weakness coming back. I have just finished my 6th appointment here and I am already feeling a lot stronger than I have before. Paul takes his time to explain his assessment and the methods he will be using. He thoroughly explains each and every step which was very reassuring. The exercises have gotten more rigorous and my knee has been a lot better for it. Overall I’ve had a fantastic experience at this clinic and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rehabilitate any injuries.

Fantastic experience: Revive Spine and Sport Physiotherapy Clinic, Albany, has an excellent staff of professionals - from the front desk to the therapists. Their experience, knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness, supported by advanced technologies and state-of-the-art treatment modalities, provided me with a great experience. Impressive! The clinic has been extra vigilant about sanitizing equipment and surfaces, having patients and staff wear masks, stagger appointment times, and limiting the number of people in waiting rooms. Mr. Paul, my physiotherapist, intently listened to me and validated my concerns, evaluated my shoulder/neck strain, prescribed a treatment plan, explained everything while putting my mind at ease. He professionally guided me through therapy that significantly improved my ability to participate in day-to-day activities. In addition to the in-clinic treatment, Mr. Paul also provided me with a personalized home exercise program that also expedited the healing process. I look forward to continuing my therapy sessions with Mr. Paul. No doubt, Revive Spine and Sport Physiotherapy Clinic is where I'll go when I need physiotherapy again. Fantastic experience: Super friendly and attentive staff, ultra flexible hours, and helpful follow up systems (email reminders in advance of meetings, emailed video based exercise programs tailored to specific issues). Best for me was a designated “end date” dictated by my progress rather than when my insurance was tapped out. Really, I can’t speak any more highly of Revive and the folks here.

Fantastic experience: A very clean and equipped clinic with knowledgeable and polite staff. The therapist implemented a personalized exercise regime which included instruction via online app and booklets for home workouts. I attended 6 sessions that produced immediate positive results following my knee surgery. I would recommend this clinic.
