I’ve seen him for so many different things from headaches and migraines, to general pain from a MVA. he is extremely knowledgeable, and answers all my questions in depth and he has a very cool job. Fantastic experience: I'm still suffering, there hasn't been much improvement I've had over 100 treatments I'm suffering with Tramatic Brain Injury and so on I have permanent brain damage there's no treatment for that. Fantastic experience: I had suffered a briachal plexus injury and had zero strength in my left shoulder. I couldn't even lift my arm. Giri was amazing and started me on a regiment to increase range of motion and my strength almost immediately. I saw a gradual improvement in my condition and after about 6 months of regular treatment, I was almost back to my original strength.

Fantastic experience: Neha is amazing! I was in a motor vehicle accident, and my previous physio in Millwoods wasn't effectively addressing my pain points. Since switching to In Step and working with Neha, my knee and elbow have gained more mobility. I couldn't bend my elbow before, but Neha's treatment and exercises have helped significantly. Although I'm not fully recovered and can't yet resume my hobbies and recreational sports, I've made substantial progress.

The exercises I’m given have been really helpful and I feel I’m getting stronger and more confident every day. The Physio assistants are very helpful and patient. I also go to In Step for lymphatic message since I have lymphedema in my arm. The message therapists are also very knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. Getting lymphatic messages really helps keep my lymphedema under control. All in all ,all the staff from the front reception to the Physio therapy , message therapy are great! I feel well taken care of!

Fantastic experience: I came in for my scoliosis (4.5 degrees) and was having back pain and was unable to move or even try and touch my toes, but with Neha's help and instructions, I was able to get the help I was in need for. after 3 weeks of treatment I was able to finally feel flexible enough that my back doesnt hurt for bending over and I had a good plan of treatment which allowed me to relief my back pain and no longer require my meds. I do have to say that consistency is key and Neha helps you stay motivated and consistent. Thanks Neha!

Fantastic experience: I'm a very active, athletic person who injures himself regularly. In Step is without a doubt the best physio Clinic I have ever dealt with. Especially Priya, she is a gifted healer, an exceptional human being, and truly cares. I suffered an open book pelvic fracture. Priya has worked with me for almost a year on pelvic floor physio. I spent time with three different PTs to see how they would approach and what they could accomplish. It wasn't even close, Priya was head and shoulders above the rest.

Fantastic experience: BEST PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR CEREBRAL PALSY PATIENTS IN TOWN! I have cerebral palsy and have been very reluctant to go to physiotherapy because most physiotherapists I have been to lacked understanding of Cerebral Palsy therefore was not helpful at all. I decided to try physiotherapy with Giri for the last time, and he is definitely exceptional! My daily life has been developed (walking, standing etc) eversince I’ve been seeing him. I am recently recovering from a complex, debilitating illness that left me bedridden for five years. My needs are multifaceted and I feel I am in very good hands.

Fantastic experience: I had seen Amee for my Right arm Carpel Tunnel. She was really patient in examining my issue. I was in a lot of pain and had numbness in my fingers. The exercises they gave me were extravagant and it really helped with my pain management. The numbness reduced after continuing the exercises and i felt much better after the very first session.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from severe cervical pain. I was not able to make any gradual movements with my tight neck given my muscles were very tight. I was recommended to see an Acupuncturist for pain management and to relieve sore muscles. I came in to see Albert here and I was a little nervous with having needles done on me. But Albert was very warm and welcoming and I almost felt like time flew and I was hardly feeling the needles being inserted. For someone who had no pain tolerance, Albert did an amazing job with needles and I almost instantly felt the relief after the needle was inserted. His technique and traditional healing method were his highlighted quality. And I feel really satisfied with his style of care. Will definitely make a visit soon!

Negative experience: I do not recommend InStep for pelvic floor physiotherapy. The therapist was overconfident to the point of bullying. She liked controlling and dominating, which to patients who have been abused or traumatized, is troubling not helpful. She even tried techniques on me without my informed consent that caused many days of painful spasms. I took my business to another clinic and found someone who is gentle and encouraging, who listens and learns from me and with me, while empowering me to be my own best advocate.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of care at InStep Physical Therapy. I came to InStep with a problem that I was convinced was my rotator cuff. I quickly found out how wrong I was. After my diagnosis I received on site care and a series of exercises that eliminated much of the pain and discomfort I was feeling. The exercises help keep my discomfort and pain at a minimum and definitely on it’s way to completely disappearing. I highly recommend InStep Physical Therapy.

Negative experience: I had seen Kamal Janakiraman (Phd) for neck (cervical kyphosis) with loss of strength in my arms and back pain. I had bowel and bladder issues and had loss of power in my legs. WCB sent me here. These injuries took me out of the workforce. This guy said there was no such things by as cervical kyphosis and did nothing to treat me except stick a few needles in my back to realinemy “energy meridians”. I did that for 4 weeks, 3x a week. He said there was nothing else he could do and suggested I continue with his acupuncture. He would not give clear answers to simple questions about my condition. I found him disrespectful, uncaring and useless, and discontinued using his services. I was very disappointed. Phd?? And according to their response below, there seems to be no patient doctor confidentiality!! Good job folks!
