Negative experience: Went here they have me fixed right up. Only problem I have is no change so I went to pay , they were like we don't have change , seriously, they wanted to to pay and the remaining go on my next visit. No next visit was booked. How is that acceptable as a business. And for this I can't go back.

Fantastic experience: I can’t rave enough about how great Integral Physio is!! I’ve been seeing Adam for years (all different injuries of course! I’m old ok) and he heals me every time!! He never says the old school “you have to come back at least 2 more times a week for a month” routine. He’s actually hands-on and finds the issue in seconds! They make your experience so easy from booking on-line, to a text or email as a reminder, direct billing and quick visits. The entire staff are full of knowledge in their field and make you feel welcome with a clean environment and smiles all around!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Integral Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic are wonderful and friendly. I have been treated very well and have had a great experience. My physiotherapist Amal Kamal was not just good; she was the best physiotherapist She is incredibly knowledgable. She really listens, adapts the plan accordingly, and always explains what she is doing and why. she is very capable, kind and accommodating of my special needs and limitations. I can’t recommend it enough!

Positive experience: pretty standard experience. 15 min or less spent with therapist, 10 -15min waiting for electrical pulse machine ( sitting alone) 15 min on an electrical pulsing machine, 10 min or so spent with a physio therapist assistant/aide doing exercises. Actual Physio therapist never observed me doing the exercises themselves. ( I assume this is due to booking multiple people within the hour?) My exercises were pretty much kept the same with very slight alterations, I can't perform one of them now because of a new injury but she kept it on the itinerary from last week because it wasn't really edited out to reflect the new circumstance. $100 an hour.. ... overall average experience. ( I think I may have been spoiled from my very first physio therapist from the glen sather who has moved away) she always used to at least take a little time observing the exercises from week to week and used a lot more of a hands on approach in diagnosing, testing range of motion etc. I felt that was more of a 5 star experience with a therapist invested in my recovery and progress.

Fantastic experience: Kaitlyn is the best. Does a great job treating you and is also enjoyable to chat with. Overall, the entire team I’ve had experiences with at the clinic have been amazing to deal with and I couldn’t come up with a complaint if I tried except for the fact I can only visit when my body is failing me!

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience on my 1st visit. Amal, who assisted me is one of the therapists, she was very friendly and gives a lot of information about the process of treatment. And the staff at the reception were very polite and approachable. I would highly recommend their clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a bone graph surgery on my right shoulder after having years of instability and dislocations. I have had 3 different surgeries on both shoulders and have gone to so many physio clinics over the last 20 years. I can't recommend the staff at integral enough. I unfortunately need to change clinics because I moved too far south and the commute is just too long. Thank you Amal and Shaun for all your great advice and encouragement! Hank is also extremely good at what he does and if you need a massage I would definitely recommend a visit. My shoulder hasn't felt this good in years after only one session. Thank you again for all your help!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going back to integral for probably a decade now. The clinic has consistently helped me through some hard accidents in that time (including a fractured tibia, fractured elbow, ankle sprain and concussion) as well as general maintenance. More recently I’ve been seeing Ryan Mercer for physio treatment and Hank De Marco for Massage. I really recommend them both. Ryan has been a patient, receptive, and knowledgeable therapist guiding me through my concussion and neck strain injury. His exercise plans have been really helpful and tailored to my recovery needs week by week. Hank has seen me pre and post accident and has always been thorough with his consult, friendly and helpful providing therapeutic or relaxation massage and relieving general work tension, providing relaxation after my injury, and helping me with my ~ ridiculous month-long eye twitch era ~. Integral’s customer service at the desk is really great and they are also easy to book with online, at the desk or over the phone. I highly recommend their services. :)

Fantastic experience: Found Integral Physiotherapy online and went to it because it was close and I can honestly say it is the best physio clinic I have been to. My physiotherapist was Adam G. and he is a gem, knew exactly what was wrong with my shoulder, how to treat it and how long it would take to heal, and he was right. He is so personable and friendly and so is all the staff, felt like family and I was definitely well taken care of. Would highly recommend Adam and his team.

Fantastic experience: I injured my back recently, and my previous physio moved to a practice in St. Albert, so I was looking for somewhere new. I was able to get in quickly with Ryan, so that's who I saw, and he was great! He taught me a new muscle name (quadratus lumborum?? I had no idea this was a thing hahaha) and helped me get back to pain-free in only 3 weeks. During our first session, he started off by asking me what my goals were, and he kept that in mind for every session after. His assessment was quick and professional and he was always really thorough with everything that he explained. Injuries always SUCK, but he made it really easy to recover from, so I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a physio.

Fantastic experience: I began seeing Jade 7 months ago for various problems:Sciatica, Bursitis, and restricted shoulder movements. I had visited other Physio and Chiropractic practitioners with no positive results, and my hopes were not high. However, my life has changed. Through Jade's needling and exercise program, I am able to walk a good distance without pain and am enjoying an active lifestyle again. The results that Jade has brought about on my 85 year-old body are amazing. I cannot thank her enough. There is always a relaxed and happy atmosphere at Integral, and all staff are pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Spent alot of time here unfortunately(because of the accident not the staff!) Kaitlyn is an awesome physiotherapist, answering all my questions, giving great suggestions and over the months going there has been genuinely friendly and helpful in every way. The whole team, is attentive whether they are part of your therapy or not, and are always fun to interact with and willing to help. I'm not a massage guy, but was glad I went. Hank made me feel comfortable, provided relief and was also a great source of knowledge when I asked for some things to work on some areas of tension. They helped me navigate my benefits and insurance, reducing a lot of the stress from dealing with some other things as well as provide many different scheduling options. Really have no complaints and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting massage therapy by Hank for the last 3 months. I had a sore sciatic so I asked him to work on it. After the massage the soreness and pain disappeared. Subsequent to a repeat treatment in two weeks and I feel completely healed. Hank is not only an excellent massage therapist, he is also a very friendly and pleasant person. Integral is the only place I go for massage therapy and Physiotherapy when needed. Before Hank I used to get massage therapy from Matthew for about a year. I found him to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had tried other massage therapists before but Matthew was excellent at his profession.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review before I have completed all my treatments because already I have surpassed what I was capable of doing before my injury and I really want to thank Basit for his insight, knowledge and professionalism. I primarily do yoga, calisthenics and some weights at the gym. From time to time I get some injuries, and about a year ago I injured my right shoulder really bad. For about a month I wasn't able to lift my arm but slowly things got better but not to prior injury times. I kept stretching and staying away from some of the harder calisthenic exercises hoping that eventually my shoulder would do a full recovery. A year went by and since things didn't get back to 100% I decided to see a specialist. Integral Physiotherapy stood out with all their high reviews, so I went to give them a try. My first appointment was with Basit for April 17 2023 and I just finished my 6th appointment with him. I can't believe the improvements that has come along with the exercises that Basit has given me to do to strengthen and open my shoulders. His knowledge and ability to explain how muscles work and what needs to be done to repair injuries has exceeded my expectations. Disclaimer : You need to do the exercises in order to get better. If you want to go in for your appointment and have it to be a magic cure without putting in work yourself, this is probably not for you. However, if you are willing to put in the time after your appointment, from my experience, you will get better. My handstands are stronger because my shoulders are more open. I can grasp my hands behind my back like in the photo, something I had never been able to do before. It wasn't until after the third visit that I really started putting in a full effort after the clinic visits and doing all the workouts that were planned out. Once I fully bought in, the results showed. If you have an injury book your appointment. Go see them now! Thank you Basit and the rest of the Integral Physiotherapy team for your hard work, professionalism and friendliness.

Things run a bit odd at my work and due to our processing I am usually 2-5 mins late per appointment. They’re always so understanding. The music in here is great, and the front staff go above and beyond !

Fantastic experience: I was training for a race and when I experienced hip pain, I felt there was no way I'd be ready in time. With Basit's help, I was able to not only be ready for the race but beat my target. Highly recommend the clinic and Basit.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff here are helpful and great from the admins and assistants to all three physios Basit has been helping me recover from a MVA involving a concussion and whiplash since August 2022 and Ive been getting better with the help of him and all of the other hard workers here. Fantastic experience: I had pain in the shin splints area for a few years during and after running. I went to a couple of places to solve it but nothing helped. Massage + heating pads always . I came to this clinic and I met Basit. He is a CRACK physio! He found the issue in the first session. He gave me exercises to do and the pain disappeared after 3 years of suffering. Thanks for your help! btw, the clinic is quiet and nice, and the staff are very welcoming and always have face.

Fantastic experience: Integral Physio is an excellent place to get checked out at. I tore my Achilles and am currently rehabbing it and worked with Basit, one of the new physios there. Practically no wait time, quick and easy steps for rehabbing my injury and extremely well informed to guide me on what to do and not to do regarding my workouts so as not to aggravate my injury. There’s also an online form they send to you to make it easier to keep track of the rehab program you agreed upon. Definitely a fun environment, friendly staff, and a homie experience.
