Fantastic experience: At the young age of 76, I had my first visit ever to a chiropractor, I seem to be suffering from menieres disease and was pleasantly surprised to actually having some benefit from my appointment after about 5 hours. I spent the time with Dr. Travis Wallace and found the whole process fascinating, he took the time to explain everything that was being done and why which was immensely helpful; he went through my history to best find a path to take to help me. I will definitely be going back for more treatments after actually seeing an improvement after just one visit....

Fantastic experience: Dr Wallace was very kind, thorough and helpful in dealing with my neck/back issue. He took his time explaining his diagnosis as well as his treatment plan for me. During my initial appointment he was able to identify the problem as well as provide the first round of care. He is clearly competent in his field and is very personable. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Travis is exceptional at his job, he is knowledgeable and professional. The location is clean and everything is sanitized or washed in between each use. Cleanliness and sanitation are important to me due to being severely immunocompromised. Travis and the staff at Back In Balance are all wonderful people who create a warm welcoming and safe environment for all.
