Fantastic experience: I was optimistic to see the positive reviews about this wellness/therapy centre on Google. My visit with their physiotherapist today was amazing! Very knowledgeable, through, friendly, and professional. Both the receptionist and physiotherapist were very accommodating, personable, professional, and caring. I look forward to my next appointment with them. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for attentive, professional, and up to standards work done on their body.

Fantastic experience: I am an older guy who enjoys Winter and Summer sports and who travels and works internationally. After struggling with a previous injury to a seriously damaged knee, I was excited to find an athletic physiotherapist who was able to focus his knowledge and put me back on the road.

Fantastic experience: I found that the South Sherbrook Therapy centre really helped with my separated shoulder, including correctly diagnosing my injury, which was missed by two doctors (Pam Am clinic & Kalo Clinic). Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at this clinic. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable folks. I saw Jason (athletic therapist) for a problem with my SI joint and am amazed at how quickly he was able to get me mobile and almost pain free. I’ve seen physiotherapists for the same injury before and it’s taken weeks, sometimes months of therapy to get to this point. In under a week (3 sessions) I feel great! Most highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Raymond from South Sherbrooke Therapy is an excellent and super knowledgeable physio therapist. I started seeing him with debilitating pain in both of my hands and arms from a desk related injury and working with him for 6 months decreased my pain immensely and allowed me to resume my normal activities. Getting treatment for chronic pain sucks but Raymond made physio fun and easy to follow.

They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me get back to the level I had to be at in order to return to playing soccer again. Fantastic experience: We took our daughter (a soccer player) to see Jason for a bad ankle sprain. He used massage and ultrasound therapy after a thorough examination and explanation of her injury. We’ve been to a few Physio and Athletic therapists for both my daughter and our son. Jason was by far the best experience we’ve had - don’t have to search around anymore.

I have osteoarthritis in my neck, shoulders, and back, and have been given so much relief by Sandra’s magic hands. I honestly believe she deserves an award!! Fantastic experience: I have had several injuries with significant pain that have all been quickly and successfully addressed visiting 3 different therapists at South Sherbrook, all who have been amazing and extremely conscientious at what they do! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a physiotherapy session before and I was glad that I booked an appointment with this place. Raymond Cao really helped me with my plantar fasciitis issue and was very informative on how to lessen my pain. He has been patient in answering my questions as well. I would totally recommend this place if anyone need to go for physiotherapy. Unfortunately, I could no longer continue to come for treatment since I will be relocating to a different province. Fantastic experience: Before i paid a visit to South Sherbrook Therapy Center, i had been suffering from acute lower back pain, leg pain and acute stiffness. I had an appointment with Sanchit Garg, who worked an awesome job on me, relesing up the tensed muscles in just 1 appointment and I am already feeling good as new!! Very professional and friendly staff providing stellar job! Kudos to the team!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!

Fantastic experience: Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Raymond Cao helped me strengthen my damaged rotator cuff muscles back to normal over the course of several visits. He was personable and engaging. Highly recommend. If I'm injured in the future (God forbid), I'll 100% go and see Raymond again.

Fantastic experience: I'd come to South Sherbrook Therapy with admittedly depleted hope in finding help with life-long pain I'd been in, but quickly found the help I'd needed! I'd been seeing Dr. Raymond Cao, and he helped me learn ways to lessen and manage my pain- I'd only been his client for about 8 months, and I'm at a point where I'm not in near constant debilitating pain. He (and the others there) are extremely knowledgeable and exceedingly kind and supportive. It is an absolute safe space; especially important to me as an openly queer and trans individual. I've felt respected through my entirety of going here, and I cannot recommend going here enough. The space is clean, comfortable, and filled with support, empathy, respect, and everything else one on their healing journey could ever want and need.

Fantastic experience: A good choice. Since seeing athletic therapist, Jason Muniz, my back pain has started to improve. He came highly recommended and I would recommend him as well. His assessment was lengthy, to correctly identify cause of pain. I am learning to engage muscles I didn’t know I had to stabilize my spine. Jason figured out my learning style, and so explains which muscles we are targeting, and why. I find parking easily and it’s convenient to book appointments. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff that are attentive to your health issue. They are realistic and patient centred. Jason advocated for me to have my injury properly diagnosed with a sports medicine doctor. He has a wealth of knowledge and his experience is trusting. South Sherbrook Therapy will always be my go to in the future.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend South Sherbrooke Therapy! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I've had Physiotherapy with Raymond, and Athletic Therapy with Jason, and they've both really helped me. Sending descriptions of exercises is a nice touch. The facility is clean and everything gets sanitized between clients.

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit to South Sherbrook Therapy and it was excellent! Oksana was exceptionally good and very pleasant to work with. She really helped my partner and me as we had a major vehicle accident the week before. Oksana was able to pinpoint where some of our bodily pain was, due to the accident, and she worked on those areas to improve them. I highly recommend this place and especially Oksana as a therapist.

Fantastic experience: I broke my wrist and was in a cast for 6 weeks. Jason at SST saw me once per week for 3 weeks after. As a piano player and writer, I was very concerned about my ability to use my hand. The initial assessment, the therapy and the exercise routines that Jason provided have been a miracle! I highly recommend this location. The staff are personable, professional and pay attention to detail!

They have an athletic therapist, physiotherapist and massage therapist, all with similar holistic approach to therapy. They not only look at the injury, but also the root cause of that injury. Fantastic experience: Ok, so this place is absolutely top notch. Jason and his staff were amazing in there care and knowledge to address my injury. I tore my adductor magnus in my groin (which is essentially like an Achilles tear or bicep tendon tear but in your groin) and was told by doctors it would be at least 3 months to just to get walking again normally.... Jason had me back to full capacity and training in 3 months not just walking. This team was critical in the success of passing my special forces experience and preparing for one of the most extreme training exercises i have ever been through. Without them I would not have been able to try out let alone graduate my class. To Jason and his team you are amazing! I will recommend all to go and see them. Jason and his team provide effective treatment that has gotten me back to being pain-free and active again. Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Jay at South Sherbrook Therapy for all my injuries. He works with pro athletes, so I like that I get the same kind of treatment. I'm just coming off an ACL reconstruction. What I love is they have a gym facility also. So my therapist takes me their gym for some sessions. He has me doing unique exercises in the gym focusing not only on strengthening my knee for day to day activities, but also getting it ready to help get me back on the ice for hockey and the unique movements I need for that. That extra attention to detail is what I feel is improving my knee faster than I expected.

The staff are friendly, organized and know what they are doing. Mark has always shown genuine care about my treatment plan and has a great balance of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
