Fantastic experience: I have known Susanne for more than ten years. It was only in 2018 she became my physiotherapist. I was experiencing hip, gluteal and tibialis anterior pain. No amount of stretching was bringing me relief. Even though Susanne is very familiar with my line of work, she was extremely thorough with her investigation as to when my issue began; when they caused me the most discomfort and what relief I did have, if any. Susanne laid out a plan of treatment as well as exercises for me to work on when I arrived for treatment and at home. Susanne was always professional, friendly and dedicated to my treatment. I always felt cared for during my appointments. Suzanne is truly dedicated to her work and her patients. She is integral in the reason I was able to return to my work and remain healthy to this day. I trust Susanne.

Fantastic experience: I saw Desiree today and she's excellent. She did a thorough evaluation of the pain that I'd been dealing from my lower back down to my left ankle. She explained the details of the cause and the plan to ease the burden. I am impressed with the treatment on how she did it by hand with no electric/electronic equipment used during the process. She also included a set of exercise for me to keep the sore muscles area loose. The moment I walk out of the clinic I can feel the difference already. I am looking forward of the needling process on my next visit.

Fantastic experience: After 67 years I finally visited a massage therapist and all I can really say is WOW! I felt awesome after the massage. Tamara wants to understand your problems by actually showing an interest in what is wrong with you and acts according. You can tell that her 25 years of experience shows in her work. Not only was the massage excellent but she provided sound advice in what you should be doing for your problems when you are at home. Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement surgery two weeks ago and had an appointment today for my first post-surgery physio treatment. My previous physiotherapist at Prairie Trail was on leave, and I was assigned someone I had not met before. Because of my knee, I could not sit in the chairs in the reception area, and the receptionist quickly ushered me to a patient room rather than having me stand using my cane. My new therapist was great - professional, friendly, proactive - all the good things. I look forward to going back twice weekly for several weeks to regain strength, flexibility, and overall health. I always recommend Prairie Trails.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dan today, and it exceeded my expectations. Dan asked me questions and did some exercises to see how my muscles reacted, and then he thoroughly explained the issues with my them and the areas we needed to focus on. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Gina for many years, initially after a car accident involving both me and my daughter. Gina has worked wonders for us, correcting my daughter's bad posture, addressing my knee and lower back issues, as well as relieving neck pain. Fantastic experience: Susanne is so skilled at what she does. I drive across the city to see her, because having quality is more important to me than having a local physiotherapist. I highly recommend her for Dry Needling. She will show you exercises to maintain the results after each treatment, improving your posture and strength week by week.

Fantastic experience: Dan is focussed on your healing rather than making you come back again and again. He assesses and gets to the root of the issue. He asks questions and listens. All of this while being personable, friendly, and appropriately humorous. Dan understands mechanics and kinetics of the body and can explain them, giving exercises that enable you to strengthen and avoid future reoccurrences. I wish Dan could train other physiotherapists on a regular basis!!

Fantastic experience: Susanne Robson is a wealth of knowledge, very experienced and enthusiastic. Her detailed and thorough assessments allowed for effective treatment (and resolution) of my issue. The exercises she recommends are available on an app with video demonstration. This made it much easier to ensure I was doing them correctly and the reminders were very helpful. I also had the ability to document updates, pain level etc. and Susanne always came prepared to my appointment with new recommendations, exercises when needed. Appreciate all the effective distraction techniques during dry needling! Fantastic experience: I’m currently 4 months post total hip replacement and I began PT with Dan Girardin 1 week post surgery. Dan is a very skilled assessor starting with the initial assessment and with each and every subsequent appointment. I very much appreciate that he continually challenges and pushes me to achieve the next level. He’s straight forward and clear, listens to and addresses all concerns, and is kind, encouraging and supportive in his approach. The program he sets up continually evolves as it targets the unique functional requirements and activities identified by the client. Fantastic experience: Suzanne is amazing. I have been seeing her off and on for several years. I was referred to her by a sports medicine doctor. When my sciatica cripples me I return to see Suzanne for relief. She works wonders with her massages, dry needling and exercises. While going for my sciatica a few years ago I mentioned my neck and shoulder discomfort. Well that was eliminated after 2 visits and still to this day has not returned. Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing Susanne for several weeks and has had positive results. I have had two chronic issues for several years and although I get treatment, the issues will not get better, so my daughter suggested that I get an assessment done by Susanne. I was pleased with the lower body asessment on August 3 and look forward to the upper body assessment on August 10. I hope to get the 2 issues resolved in time with the recommended exercises. I had the upper body assessment. I had a multisite treatment on August 17 and I was given an App with 5 exercises for my lower body and 5 exercises for my upper body. Performs dry needling which I was originally skeptical about but now swear by its value to aid recovery. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Susanne for arm and neck pain since February of last year. She has continually listened, problem solved and made recommendations. The exercises and dry needling have been amazingly beneficial. But one needs to know exercises need to be done regularly long term to benefit so a commitment is required in this front. But it works!
