Fantastic experience: If you have dizziness and/or balance issues, do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Jen McConvey. She is a lovely and caring person and really, really good at her job. I saw several specialists for my vestibular issues and she was by far the most knowledgeable and the best at explaining things and getting me doing the exercises that would help me recover. I’m very grateful. My only regret is not booking sooner.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending PhysioPlus as a result of an injury for several months. From the moment that I walked through the door I have been greeted by their friendly and professional reception team and I have always felt welcomed. Over the past months I have worked with both Lauren and Monica and I have received superior care throughout my rehabilitation. I have felt totally supported, even on the bad days. I have made remarkable progress as a result of the dedication to their work; excellent patient care, support and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Martin Petrov. I came to see him in January of 2023. I was in bad shape and could barely walk. By June/July I was able to walk with or wihout a cane. Besides knowing exactly what exercises to do at home and during my visits Martin was also very encouraging and this made a lot of difference to me. I would recommend Martin to anyone. I have had other physios but Martin is the best.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Jeff for bad shoulder pain. After the first treatment, I already felt better. The staff is so friendly and efficient. I also love that appointments are easy to make and the staff is always accommodating for my schedule. 10/10 would recommend Physio Plus!

Fantastic experience: I do find PhysioPlus to be expensive compared to other practices in Bloor West. However my 5 stars is for Lauren, my Physio. She is a knowledgeable, skilled Physio who is really helping me get back on track after a back injury. I also really appreciate that they submit to my insurance for me, and the front desk staff call to let me know when appointments open up.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Jen McConvey for some sudden vertigo, and she was absolutely incredible! I had never heard of vestibular physiotherapy before, but in one treatment with Jen, my symptoms were completely gone. She is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and very calming. Grateful to have her as a resource going forward.

Fantastic experience: Jenn is exceptional in her treatment and how she makes you feel. I was suffering from BPV for the first time and was extremely anxious and worried of what was it and how could it be resolved. Meeting Jenn was the best decision I made. She not only explained explained everything patiently to me but also treated it completely in only two sittings. I did meet her for two more sessions and communicated with her on emails which was so helpful. Highly highly recommend her. She is the best!!

Fantastic experience: I went from not able to walk, to riding my bike 40km at a time! Fractured my patella in January, had ORIF surgery, 9 weeks in a full leg brace and I was weak, stiff and miserable. Lauren helped break up the scar tissue and encouraged me to work on my mental, as well as physical health while healing. 5 months later and I’m going on long bike rides and about to do my first hike. Goals achieved!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Physio Plus working with Demetria. After 6 months of discomfort due to a tennis elbow injury I was referred to shockwave therapy. It took 6 sessions and I was healed, have full function back and no pain. Such a relief! Would definitely recommend this clinic and this service.

Fantastic experience: Everyone's great in this clinic. The reception team is really organised, and very cheerful. My therapist Demetria was excellent. I presented with a torn tendon (super painful) and she developed an exercise routine for me that's easy, comfortable, and which works. Two weeks after my last treatment I'm nearly pain-free, and I continue to do the exercises. Great team here if you've got a sports injury!!

Fantastic experience: Sarah DeBoer my physiotherapist is very professional and pleasant. She answered all my questions and has helped me make progress each week through a long recovery. I have continued to see her for many weeks and see an improvement each week. The admin staff at PhysioPlus are also top notch. They process my insurance claims while I'm in with Sarah so it is ready to go when I am leaving.

Fantastic experience: I was there for back pain and Tennis elbow. Obviously no quick solution for either. My therapist was Demetria who was very patient teaching me the right exercises needed. She introduced some simple ones first and then added the more complicated ones. Also sent me the videos for each exercise, prepared by the center, so I could practice at home. I would recommend this center and Demetria.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing physiotherapist, Demetria Demetria Correia, since early November, 2022. She has been thorough, caring and effective in her treatment. I appreciate that there is a plan. She follows up on how I am doing between appointments with the prescribed exercises and is able to adapt the exercises based on feedback. Fantastic experience: A great experience — I went in with back pain that was excruciating and keeping me from doing anything. Demetria assessed my situation and developed a plan to take care of me. Through a series of appointments she treated me with small movements and muscle relaxation and she developed an effective exercise program for me. Over the time I saw her the pain diminished significantly, I regained mobility, and she helped me develop a plan to manage the discomfort going forward. If the problem reoccurs I will not hesitate to go back and work with Demetria again. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have used the clinic for both physiotherapy and chiro treatments. I came in with back pain due to work induced stress and bad posture. After 3-4 sessions with Demetria and Jeff, I noticed considerable improvements and mobility in my lower back and other supporting muscles. I'm pain free now and also know how to keep my mobility at optimum level through exercises provided by the clinic professionals.

Fantastic experience: I'm at PhysioPlus because of Sarah DeBoer. She helped me rehab my shoulder impingement 4 years ago, so I took the time to find out where she was currently practicing a month ago when my most recent injury of ~1year wasn't healing on it's own. We're 4 weeks in, she's introduced me to my osteopath and chiro who have also been integral in diagnosing the root cause of my injury, and I'm 95% recovered. Shes super professional, she genuinely cares about how your progress is going, she even reached out after my first appointment to see how i was feeling, and she had done wonders for my neck. I would definitely definitely recommend her for any osteopath treatment. Also the people are the front desk are very friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent and collaborative treatment from Erica and Dimitria. Their communication and joint program helped me realign and strengthen my shoulder quickly, and with very enjoyable appointments. Not that I WANT to be hurt again, but if I am, Dimitria and Erica would be the first practitioners I would go see!

Fantastic experience: I have been to PhysioPlus in Bloor west village to see Brandon, the Chiropodist and Lauren, a physiotherapist, on multiple occasions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic experience: Prior to my hip replacement surgery and serious back problems, I benefited considerably in dealing with both pre - and post surgery pain. I continue to use the strengthening techniques to help alleviate some of the pain. I look forward to continuing the'next steps'treatment after ok from my surgeon.

Fantastic experience: Dealing with very painful plantar fasciitis I was referred to Brandon Maggen who was very understanding of my situation and set me on the road to recovery. He recommended new orthotics for my shoes specifically made for each foot and a different type of shoe for walking. Brandon also referred me to a physiotherapist, Martin Petkov, for shockwave treatments and exercises. All of these worked and I have been able to resume my walking with very little pain in my foot. Amazing teamwork. I highly recommend PhysioPlus Health Group for your healthcare needs.

Fantastic experience: I have had very positive experiences at Physio Plus with all the services that I have used. I had tendinitis and a frozen shoulder. All very painful. I have had Jonathan for massage therapy regularly. I had Jeff for acupuncture and Lauren for physio therapy. Each one of them have been fantastic. They have really catered to my needs and the improvements have been remarkable.They are very respectful of my need to be masked during these covid times, and for them to stay mashed during our sessions. The place is clean and I appreciate the individual room setting rather than being with other clients in an open space.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Physioplus for years with back and hip issues. I have always received excellent care and advice. Currently I see Michelle De Marchi occasionally and and Monica Soderstrom for weekly Pilates instruction. I can't thank them both enough for the excellent care I have received. After 9 months of hip pain, I am now pain free and building strength in order to avoid future problems. Monica has been so encouraging and developed a program for me to continue working at home between sessions with her.

Fantastic experience: PhysioPlus at 2489 Bloor was a refreshing change from previous physio clinics I have been to. The organization itself was very organized, professional and nice. I had Martin Petkov as an instructor and he really helped me with my persistent knee pain.

Fantastic experience: Walking into the PhysioPlus office, you notice a poster on the wall that reads "We help you get back to the things you love doing" That is exactly what happened to me. Thanks to Jeff Belgue of PhysioPlus. I am a 67 year old widow who lost her husband at the start of the pandemic. Every day, I walk to the cemetery to visit my late husband and it's about a 2 hour walk. I was doing this until arthritis flared up back in January on both feet. Suddenly I was barely mobile. I felt grief wash over me once again. Then Jeff put me back together so I can resume my daily walk. Long term our goal is to get me ready for a charitable marathon in honour of a little person who is near and dear to me. I told Jeff that when I started to see him, I was like a broken puzzle. After researching a number of therapists, I chose Jennifer McConvey at PhysioPlus! After only 2 treatments, my vertigo was gone. Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with vestibular issues and it has been difficult getting any help through the pandemic. When I was finally directed to their vestibular specialist Jennifer McConvey and saw her a handful of times, she got me on the right track to dealing with my issues and the exercises she taught me have helped me greatly. My long-list of balancing tests at Toronto General Hospital, done in 2021 and then a year later in 2022 are proof to this. The whole team at Physio Plus are great as my wife sees a couple other therapists. But Jennifer is awesome. She genuinely cares, is knowledgeable in her field, and she works hard to help people feel better.
