Fantastic experience: They are amazing, I have been suffering from Shoulder impingement for more than 4 months and finally decided consult Max health. I had 3 sessions with Physiotherapist Anna Petrie and to my amusement the pain subsided dramatically, she is highly knowledgeable, knows exactly what the problem is and recommends right workouts, I could see the changes from the very first day, Thanks Anna and Max Health, you have been awesome. For any of my future injuries I will only be visiting Max Health

Fantastic experience: I have a pinched nerve...those are NOT fun. I never felt such discomfort in my life. My first visit was a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. Jordan Shannon is my Physiotherapist and he is amazing and super helpful with how I can heal myself. His advice really helped because I'm back for my second visit with no pain. Another experience here I remember sitting in the chair waiting to pay, the pain was excruciating and some other staff around the facility would stop and see if I was alright and even gave me water. I definitely felt looked after here. Everyone seems really positiv

Fantastic experience: The staff at both Max Health clinics are the best at what they do and how they care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My complaint is that some of the PTs have a real problem being punctual. It seemed like every appointment would start 5 to 10 minutes late and end 5 minutes early. The PTs are also notorious for saying "I'll be right back" and disappearing for 5 or even 10 minutes at a time. The appointment is for 60 minutes ... is it so hard to be honest and fair about sticking to that? I'm now going to a different clinic. I won't say the name but I've gone in for half hour appointments where they ask "are you in a hurry to get out of here?" Of course I say no because I'm in pain and want my problem solved. They will take an extra half hour free of charge to help me as much as they can. This is the kind of service that you guys should aspire to provide.
