Negative experience: So many issues with this clinic: 1) Our appointment was at 12noon and we had to wait more than 1 hr to be called and seen by chiro. What’s the use of booking an appointment if it will not be followed? 2) they only accept cash or Etransfer??? They don’t accept card. Also they said they cannot do direct billing for our insurance and they will file it via mail but they also asked us to pay?

Fantastic experience: Best services I got for my Physiotherapy, everyone’s very friendly and supportive and the manager is also very helpful for my case. I recommend Midland wellness for any physio related or to take care of post accident patients.

Negative experience: Do not sign the reassessment paper that they give you read all the fine prints, I had a terribly misleading experience at midland wellness centre. I was assured that my insurance would cover all expenses, only to find out at the end of my visit that I had to pay out of pocket for everything. Despite being promised comprehensive coverage, I received a check at the end of the day that left me responsible for the entire cost of the wellness services I received. This unexpected financial burden was not communicated to me beforehand, and it completely ruined my experience. I urge anyone considering services at midland wellness centre to clarify payment terms upfront and not to trust assurances of insurance coverage. It’s unfortunate that what should have been a positive experience turned into a costly disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for wellness services.

Fantastic experience: One of the best physiotherapist centre in Scarborough. The staff members are very adjustable and all kinds of problems are listened very carefully and use different methods of treatment accorded to patient comfort label.

Fantastic experience: I went here 4 times a week in 2 months! The time when I needed to find a place to get proper treatment and not worry about paying. It was stressful! Every place I look into was a bit pricey and at that point, I lost hope. Until a friend of mine suggested I go here! It took 9 sessions 45 bucks each in 2 months I’ve fully recovered and was happy that these people who work here even when we were in pandemic was able to help me comfortably!!! Kudos to everyone who works here. Please keep up the good work… thank you

You do not feel rushed or unintelligent when your spoken too. Other clinics and hospitals could take some lessons on how to treat patients properly from this staff. Fantastic experience: Over the last two years I have been recovering from a serious car accident. Only days after this accident I started my physio at Midland Wellness Center. They have the most courteous and friendly staff. They have always treated me like family. Management and Admin team is always very transparent, open and honest. They always explain the treatment plan in detail and always answer my questions. I am so glad I chose them for my physio and I would recommended them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I got in a car accident september 2015 Midland wellness team and staff went above and beyond to make sure i was back to normal. They started with a great dynamic treatment plan and took all the needed steps to make sure that happens as soon as possible. My wellness was their top priority and i strongly recommend them 5 star is not enough they are on another level!
