Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying I am so happy and thankful that the physical care place opened up. It has been a blessed experience with all the kind staff, and to know how close they are from my home is amazing. As well as they do take care of you very well, and striking up conversation is a breeze. With all the options that they provide, for example, physiotherapy,massage acupuncture, and even counseling, you do not need to go anywhere else. I would recommend it to anyone who would take the time to listen. If I could give ten stars, I would. Trust me and visit them you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: This is truly a caring place! The therapy, great professionals like Dr. Anas Ingar and Dr. Katie Heung provide, is exceptional. You can experience great support, starting from the reception staff like Andrew to the therapists.

Fantastic experience: Sahista was super helpful for the recovery of my ankle. I was seeing her for about 4 months and can feel all the difference in the best way. She’s easy to talk to and knowledgeable in her field. The front staff (all of them!) are all very friendly and welcoming. Probably the best receptionists I’ve ever encountered. I also had the pleasure of getting a massage (I can’t remember her name she was a young lady) who was literally the best masseuse I’ve ever had Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Saw Rakesh for intense pain in my right shoulder and back, within 2 sessions I was feeling better than normal. I would absolutely come back if I was hurt again and recommend him to others. They direct bill to Green Shield too which is very rare in my experience. Everyone including the receptionists are very professional!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ingar (Chiropractor) and his staff are the best. Special mentions to the people who we have directly dealt with Andrew, Marche at the front desk and especially Zi (RMT) Marielle (acupuncturist and cupping) Rakesh (Physiotherapist) and Kristen (Psychotherapist) who are the best! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs them. They are always prompt, friendly, give excellent service, are very knowledgeable about treatments and give great advice to keep your body moving on it's healing journey in the right direction. My children (teenagers) and I were in a bad car accident several years ago and had treatment elsewhere before the Physical care place opened up, years later we were still experiencing chronic back and neck pain, migraines and other issues. We started treatment at the physical care place about a year and a half ago and after years of chronic and sometimes debilitating pain we are all finally on the mend our injuries are on the mend, our chronic pain and my daughter's scoliosis pain are barely noticeable, we no longer get debilitating migraines from the pain, our quality of life has gotten better, we have all been able to go back to going on walks around the neighborhood and doing mid to low impact sports and activities and our overall health has improved. We have used physiotherapy, chiropractor and registered massage therapy services and all 3 practitioners have been nothing short of amazing. We have also taken advantage of the counseling services as well. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about any of the staff who work here. My only complaint is that I hadn't met them sooner.

Fantastic experience: I have been a regular to this place and everyone is so nice including all the receptionists. The chiropodist for customized shoes was so solid and smooth process. Then I have also been a consistent client for the cupping (naturopathy) and chiropractor which alleviates my severe back pain. Dr Anas and Dr Mireille are the best in town and very friendly. They have been really helpful!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Physical Care Place for over a couple months now for physio therapy and wow, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only is the building well kept, clean, and professional but staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Booking appointments and making changes is so easy and I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 mins for my appointment to start. I’ve been suffering from chronic pain for over 10 years and was never able to gain a proper diagnosis until going here. I’m happy to say, I’m on the journey to recovery and it feels amazing. I can attest that the physiotherapists here know their stuff! I’m very excited to try out their other services here as well.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my mother to this clinic a few times, and they provide the best service. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the clinic is immaculate. Dr. Ingar is professional, thorough and tailors the treatment to exactly what you need. My mother has a language barrier, but the staff at this clinic always makes sure she is well taken care of and comfortable during her visit. I will recommend this client to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the physical care place for a few months now and I am very impressed with the service I have received. I use to go to a different physiotherapy place and it’s incomparable. Sahista Patel The physiotherapist is amazing! She has helped my lower back so much after having my last baby. I had SI joint pain and there were times where it hurt to get out of bed and now it’s like day and night. I still go to keep up with it so it doesn’t get so bad again. She is very thorough with her treatments. I highly recommend her. I have since told my mom and best friend about this place and they have started to go as well and they are happy with the service as well. I have also gotten massage from Nimtaz Punja and it was heavenly. She worked all the right spots with the perfect pressure. Definitely doing that again. Me and my daughter had a quick consultation with Kristin Garrity the psychotherapist in regards to tools to use for communication between my daughter and I. We have not booked an appointment yet because summer happened and we’ve been busy but my daughter is excited to go back and see her and talk with her and play Jenga! I honestly can’t wait to try more services here. I love that there is so much in one place, it’s very impressive and all the staff I have met so far have been amazing and so friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is very clean and professional. They have alot of exercise equipment and machines that helped me relieved my pain. The staff are diligent and friendly, they were explaining me what I need to be done to help with my recovery. The receptionist was very helpful explaining to me what the clinic has to offer as well taking care of my billings. The clinics has many different practices that can help with your need, I.e physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, Naturopath and physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Ingar for all my chiropractic needs for several years now and find his services incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable and tailors the sessions to address my problem areas. Going to him has helped me manage my back pain, muscle stiffness and postural issues. I also obtained custom made orthotics from him which helped eliminate foot pain. I highly recommend his services based on my 5 years of experience going to him.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a Wednesday afternoon appointment. The staff and reception was extremely friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable, and that is something very important to me. The therapists are very knowledgeable, they walk you through what we are doing and why and always makes time to suggest at-home exercises that can help with my condition. I had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I loved my session! Not only was my therapy personalized, but I love how genuine the interaction was. I could see how hard the therapists were were trying to understand my condition and therapy goals. I have seen some really great results with his therapy so far. I would highly recommend them.
